Crazy Raven Bar and Grill

Had beer and wings this weekend. Hot wings was average, beer was below average, over price. Service was slow for a slow day. Do better, this is one of our Tourist attraction. I would be embarrass if I was the owner.

Guys you gotta do better. 2 years ago, everything on the menu was passable, sometimes even good. Since then, it's clear there's some cost saving going on - what used to be a decent chicken burger patty is now a frozen, cafeteria patty that you're charging 20 something bucks for. You've got a responsibility to represent the city well - this is a tourist Hotspot for hiking in the summer and skiing in the winter. What's been coming out of your kitchen for the past year has consistently been dissapointing. It's legitimately mediocre cafeteria food, being priced like premium restaurant food. You guys have a beautiful setting, some great servers, but please start investing again in actually good food.

Btw, this is coming from a former season's pass holder, I've been to the bar 30+ times. It's sad to see the decline, please find a way to return to your old form, this just isn't good enough.

We were in cypress to go on the coaster for my girlfriend birthday. We decided to have a bite to eat while we were there. Probably the worst service we experienced in a long time. We did get our drinks right away, but had to ask someone to take our order. Then we had to ask for the bill. Our dirty dishes sat in front of us the whole time. We were never asked how our meal was or if we wanted another drink or dessert. Food was good though.

Place is dead. Waited 10 minutes for them to seat us. Waited 15 more for nobody to come talk to us. Went up to the bar to get a drink. Ignored. Byeeee….

Not bad in general, the food is fine but classically overpriced as you'd expect from the location. The reason for the 1 star is because it took over an hour between asking for the bill and actually being able to leave. We were part of a large group, but they failed to split the bill when we ordered, then had issues splitting it at the end. We had to inform the staff member multiple times of our order. While he was very apologetic he did nothing about it, happily keeping the 18% autograt.

Don't go as a group, and remember to scrub the autograt, you don't have to pay it.

This was my first time in what I consider the new area of Cypress. Great spaces to eat, drink be in the sun, and enjoy the views. I don't have very specific feedback on Crazy Raven yet, but it's a place with good vibes.

Food was meh. More like cafeteria style food than pub food. Service was not the best either. Place was not very full and after asking twice for water and ketchup neither arrived. The gf buns are not worth getting. They just crumbled apart. If you're in a pinch and starving but otherwise I would wait till off the mountain to eat
The drinks were descent.

I have Celiac disease so can't eat any gluten or anything cross-contaminated with it and our server Mariah was really knowledgeable and helpful in assisting me in finding something I could eat on the menu. It's always such a relief when someone understands and I get to eat something more than just a salad. Kudos to Mariah and the kitchen staff for making my awesome ski day even more awesome!

I recently tried the BC Burger with sweet potato and the beef chili bowls at this restaurant. I liked the BC Burger more than the other burgers I tried at this restaurant. Overall, the food was decent

Friendly staff, delicious sticky toffee pudding, yummy soup, Amazing prices for a mountaintop establishment! Leave your packed lunch at home, this place is great!

Should be an option for 0 stars. Our waitress Carolaine was absolutely dreadful and coughing without covering her mouth at our table. Our food and drinks took forever to arrive and every interaction with Carolaine was horrific. Highly recommend you don’t come here.

I arrived there to get food for my girlfriend because she was not feeling well. The waitress was too busy talking to her co worker, so i grabbed the menus myself and the waitress (asian ethic with dark hair) flipped out and came over and started telling me and my girl off completely ruining our experience just because she didint want to do her job. Awful 0/10

Was gonna tip in cash after I paid in debit but waitress made snarky remark saying "don't forget to tip your waitresses" and stomped off and when apparently the card got declined so we were gonna use another card she just made it awkward. She had red hair and originally the customer service was great and even if someone doesn't tip, the least I expect is the waitress to even say anything or make a comment about how much I tip on it.

Horrible place. Carolaine our waitress was super rude. I didn’t have my physical ID (but a picture on my phone and credit card) and our whole table couldn’t drink alcohol because of that (I am 30 yo LOL) policy is totally absurd (they are asking for 2 ID’s while you can get anything at Grouse Mountain without being ID at all). I got a hot chocolate and the same waitress named above served it too me overflowing and spilt all over the table. I asked for napkins and she gave them to me very brutally. She was mean the whole time. Food is expensive and the quality is not there. Avoid this place if you can! Unfortunately this is the only open restaurant on evenings (after 7pm) at Cypress: (

Nice place to take a break after skiing. Chelsea from the staff was amazing. Food and wine was excelent!

After a day skiing at Cypress, love it here. It has the ski chalet feeling you expect from a ski resort with huge hearth fire, solid wood and stone, and massive windows. Staff are nice and the hot wings are good, the sauce on the hot wings is extra delicious and they make the hot wings perfectly and not rubbery. I'm a huge wing fun so this is a big bonus.

Last night-Feb. 17.2023 around 7: 10 PM my wife and I was there and ordered one whisky Burger+3 Cesar, when I saw your menu I noticed that the prices is different with the bill, unfortunatley your waiter charged me $95 dollars+ tips for these orders, and she did not get me the receipt of the orders just get me the payment.
Please be careful on the bill for this restaurant!

So sad for the hard working staff, but whoever is managing this, is still in the 90's. Bad music, CNBC on the TV screens, luke warm filter coffee. It's a great room and could be sooooo much more.

Nice and friendly staff, ok beer, and then it goes downhill…
Food is terrible, not just the taste and price, but also the junk food selection.
