Doctor is nice, receptionists are a disaster. Super rude and annoyed of all patients who come through the door. If you do not want to be there, just find another job. Terribly rude Chinese culture of treating patients with no respect or dignity.

The test was done on July 26, and I called on August 11 to ask for the result. The printed report said that the result will be available on July 28? From July 28th to August 11th, when the results were released, I called the front desk many times to ask the front desk to walk in and asked the front desk, but they said it hadn't come out yet? ? ? Not serious and irresponsible

I have not yet had a negative experience with Dr. Yang or the front desk staff. They were efficient, organized, and very helpful, both on the phone and in person.

Dr. Julie is very nice. Because my MSP has expired, I deliberately did not add any self-paid items during the consultation, and also reserved future treatment plans after the MSP renews. She is very gentle and the consultation experience is great. Thank you!

Dr. Lee is very nice and made me feel happy for a while while going to the doctor. There is an extreme shortage of family doctors in Vancouver, and CRC is one of the few walk-in clinics that can speak Chinese. The front desk staff all speak Chinese. Although the doctor does not speak Chinese, he patiently communicated with me using Google Translate and there was no communication barrier. I booked a time for Covid shot. There was almost no patient in the clinic but I had to wait for 25mins for it. The Pharmacist, whose name is Jacky (a male) was very rude. He basically threw the care card back to me. When he tried to fatch me another set of paper, I didn't take it. I asked him what he was trying to do and why he was so impolite? ! Poor service

He deceived the government and deceived the patients. The manager hid in hiding and did not deal with or solve the problem! Bad Attitude Everyone who has been treated unfairly at this clinic must unite and report it! They must be punished! Had an appointment at 9am the next day after the snow storm. Traffic was horrendous and the traffic stopped for multiple times. Called them at 930am to advise them my delay, but no one pick up the phone for an hour. Call them back at noon and try to explain to the situation I was having. The guy who answer phone doesn't seem to care for an explanation and keep telling me they have to charge $50 for no show. I don't want to go back to such an uncaring health center.

If I can give 0 stars, I hope to give 0 stars. The doctor is not responsible, and the front desk staff are not responsible. They will not tell you the results of the report, and they will not tell you the report you ask yourself. It’s rubbish. I advise everyone to go to another place to see a doctor. This place is just cheating on your medical fees.

First off, its hard to book an appointment. When you can book an appointment - the doctor cannot see you for 3 weeks. Booked an appointment for 3 weeks, recovered before my appointment. Called 3 timed to try to cancel my appointment.no one picks ups. And the charge me $50 cancellation fee.

There is an additional fee of $35 to open doctor’s notes. The doctor basically did nothing, just said a few nonsense words and sent me away. If I hadn't asked him to prescribe medicine, he wouldn't have planned to prescribe it to me. Wasting half a day sitting in the waiting room in agony.

I've never posted a review before, because I've never encountered a situation that would warrant one until now.

I got YELLED at by a lady at the clinic counter (not pharmacy; they're nice), when I was just trying to follow the signs to figure out where to line up for my vaccination.

There's so many signs that seem to contradict each other, is it so bad that I want to read them carefully? Plus, it wasn't even busy at the clinic side, why are you so mad and impatient?

As a customer service worker, I can say with complete sympathy that the lady working counter 4 today should be fired.

Came in here to get a COVID-19 booster as well as the vaccine for influenza. I saw that it was quite busy in here, however, they've got a great system set up here. Very organized environment and very professional people working here. Solid clinic.

Covid appointment, arrived on time but wait 30 mins to my “appointment”. Never recommend this place
