Creative Edge School Of Arts

Tried other ballet studios and Creative Edge is awesome! Well organized, knowledgeable teachers and incredibly caring staff. My daughter went from just ballet (she was 4 when she started) to now 5 years later Ballet, competitive ballet, voice and drama. Take classes from Sept to June and loves the summer programs too. Highly recommend!

Wonderful place for children! They love their dance teachers and pre school teachers! All the staff is friendly and helpful

This is our fourth year, but because of Covid, last year was the first time we got to see the end production. Amazing! Every kid fits, and the school works hard to make sure the child (ren) feels like they belong!

My daughter attended ballet at creative edge in 2021/2022 and absolutely loved it. She loved it so much that this year (2022/2023) she now spends everyday here in the before and after school care program as well as being in ballet again and also tumbling. I can not say enough how happy I am she goes here. The staff are always attentive, helping and happy. It translates right over to all the kids being very happy and excited to be there. Highly recommend.

Underwhelmed with Creative Edge. While they do offer good quality art and dance classes, the additional costs for the dance classes are out of hand. I'm sure the school has reasons to back up the costs, but we had to pay almost $100 for costumes, for outfits that wound up being purchased from Shein for less than $50. We weren't allowed to watch the end of the year show live, even though some provincial covid restrictions had been lifted by the time the show took place. In order to see the kid dance in the show, we had to pay $30 for a web link. And then to see that my kids dance wasn't even a minute long. And now if we want a lasting memory of it, it's going to be another $25-30 for a dvd copy.

Considering we spent almost $60 per 1.5 hr class in the first place, this is extremely disappointing. We'll be going elsewhere next time.

Edited to add: Stephanie called me today to apologize for what we experienced this year, and offered to fix what she could. I appreciate her customer service, and do want to reiterate that the instruction is good quality. Added a star back onto my review for the follow-up and acknowledgement that she provided.:)

I absolutely love creative edge. We've have been going there for 9 years. The teachers have always been amazing and welcoming. My girls love being there and that's a good thing because we are there usually 3-4x a week. They are like family to us. They also offer an amazing preschool program! I look foward to continuing many more years there making memories

Fantastic staff, big bright studio spaces. Great variety of options including all of the different “arts”! A true second family where I feel completely at ease leaving my daughter for her busy days of classes.

My only warning, beware… it starts with one class then turns into MANY. ️
