I had a gas hot water tank replaced. Mike was wonderful very accommodating and professional. Also reasonable pricing I got some crazy quotes when I was looking around.

I hired Creative Plumbing in July 2019 to relocate a kitchen faucet drain pipe. We were doing a kitchen renovation and the existing pipe was in a bad place which would have required cutting into one of our new cabinets. It needed to be moved 18 inches to the right, and the kitchen was already stripped down to the studs. There was also a tub drain that was broken but could not be removed, so I was hoping a pro would succeed where amateurs had failed.

The pros:
- both jobs were done properly. They succeeded where others had failed RE: removing broken tub drain.

The cons:
- I was overbilled, by a lot. Despite me sending them a clear image of the existing pipe, surrounding area and work needing to be done well in advance, the first plumber showed up without the required tools to do the job and had to schedule a follow-up visit. I was charged for the useless visit.
- First plumber had a health issue on the day of his follow-up visit that delayed him by a few hours. I have no issue with that, because life happens. The issue is that the company sent someone else on his behalf, but he ended up mostly just waiting for the first guy to arrive. Guess who got billed for the waiting around?
- The first invoice they sent me was for 8.5 hours. I called them to find out how they arrived at that number, and they had the second plumber working 4 hours when in reality he was in my house only around 2 hours. The final invoice was for 6.5 hours, but even this is grossly exaggerated for what amounts to 2 simple tasks. Keep in mind the kitchen was already stripped down to the studs and they had easy access to the plumbing stack. Also, I was billed for the initial visit where no work was done due to their lack of preparation.

Although they did the work properly, all the overbilling left a bad taste in my mouth.

Excellent! Derek attended to our busted heating system right away and got it fixed immediately. He sure knew what he was doing! Prices were very reasonable. These are the plumbers everyone should call - the best!

We have now spent $700 to fix our fireplace and every time they leave, it still doesn't work yet we keep paying. At this point it was almost cheaper to buy a new one. We originally sought several quotes the first time around, they came in the cheapest so we went with them but then when the final bill came it was way higher than the original quote. Stay far away from this company. Note with 3 visits, it has never been used and still doesn't work.

Update: The business claims they do not know who I am so I have uploaded 1 of the 2 invoices, will add other one later, tells you even more about the company you are considering.

We were out of town when our property managers called and said we had extensive water damage. It would be 3-4 months before we got back home. Our property manager checked for a reliable company to help get everything fixed and replaced. Creative Plumbing was hired. What a blessing. He showed up on time, cleaned up the things left all over our patio that the first workers from another company left behind, left a clean job site from their work, was very helpful when I needed to talk to him long distance. He was polite and courteous as were all his crew, and worked well with our property manager so the job flowed smoothly. We were very pleased with the finished job. Would highly recommend Creative Plumbing (and his crew especially)!
I have had Creative Plumbing do our plumbing work several times in the past few years. First it takes several days for them to come out or they have an after hour charge. I had to shut off the water as a pipe cracked in the main line. It was going to be tough to do without water. Thankfully they had a cancellation and could get to our place sooner.
Creative Plumbing came out to my home 2 days ago and installed a new hot water tank and I am so happy with the job they did and with their professionalism. They were prompt, did a great job and I ended up paying less than I expected. They were very kind when I was so panicked about the water leaking from my old tank. They dealt with everything and I would never call anyone else.

The Tech was very sloppy, scratched the vent he was fixing and did not bother to fix. I had to call the company several times to get it painted. The company asked to use my personal ladder, which was not very professional.
The technician claimed that he spent 90 minutes on the job. However the neighbor said they spent only 40 minutes on the job. I will never refer any one to this company ever. Very dishonest, did no keep promises, shoddy workmanship. Very poor customer service.

Creative Plumbing technician was very efficient, knowledgeable and friendly. I had my toilet replaced, tub drain and leak under my bathroom sink fixed in no time and at a good rate. The service manager gave me a quick estimate on a installation for my laundry room and hot water tank.
I will only use Creative Plumbing for my home and business as I support businesses that look after and take care their customers!

This “Company” deserves 0 stars. I went 18 DAYS without hot water because of this “Company”. They came to look at our water heater and said it needed a part from Toronto and it would take a week. When the part came in they sent a tech high on drugs to fix it. He passed out in his car (which we have video of) and then said he had to go home he was sick and would come back the next day. Two days later - no tech. He finally comes back and says he can’t fix it and in his opinion get a new water heater as this one is not worth fixing. My landlord buys another water heater from Rona and then the manager from Creative calls saying he wants another chance to fix it. He says my landlord will lose out on hundreds of dollars and says he’s coming regardless. They come and fix it and now a month later it’s broken AGAIN. We have a one year warranty on the service and when we called he REFUSES to come look at it. This is not a Company this is a shady shady group of people calling themselves that. Shame on you Creative Plumbing!

Had these guys in to fix my bathroom plumbing and was beyond happy. The tech who came was extremely helpful and was extremely efficient in his work. I would definitely use them again for anything else I should have to use plumbing or drainage for. I will be passing there name along.

We have had to deal with Creative Plumbing and Heating several times and we will continue to use their service, whenever needed. They do a great job and charge a very reasonable price. Excellent staff and repair men! Thank you Creative Plumbing.

You have no idea whom was driving and your assuming it was the owner? Instead of contacting the driving authority or the person themselves.you are public shaming someone on social media and other public pages without talking to this person directly.

This has absolutely nothing to do with plumbing services or any other services this company offers whatsoever.

Your reviews (accusations) are completely false. I have dealt with this company and have had no issues with anyone or anything this company has to offer and have been a satisfied customer for many years and will continue to do so.

I highly doubt that anyone with a company vehicle would be driving "recklessly" through a school zone. Im sure this company does not take lightly to false accusations of putting children at risk!

Absolutely irresponsible and reckless driving by this company. I personally witnessed the owner of the company driving recklessly through Citadel Heights and two school zones as well as two playgrounds! And this is after she came to a complete stop halfway through an intersection on a stop sign at a school, because she was speeding! When I called the company, a man answered and said that this is the owner of the company that was driving. When you are driving a company vehicle with your business name plastered all over it, maybe think twice about putting our children at risk! For this reason, I will never use your services.

If I could I would give this company 0 stars, 24 service is a joke, they don’t want to work after hours, they will make some other excuse to not come and help. I even over heard and employee say that there is no point in going to help a customer out so late at night. So rude. What a garbage company will be letting out strata council know to never use them again
