Great store, good knowledgeable staff. Good selection. Only complaint is that sometimes the listed prices don't match up with what I'm charged at the till. Will still keep going there because of all the pluses.

Awesome service, was super helpful with getting me sorted out with a fish loss (unfortunately it happens to the best), would recommend to any of my island friends:) also gorgeous african cichlids, i’ve had some from there for over the last year and they are all thriving and loving life!

Wife and I went in when their wasn't anybody in the store I asked the cashier for help as the other two workers were talking in the rear of the store, when the nice cashier helped out she was yelled at for not watching the cashier but these two coworkers one being a manager was so rude. Yelled at her in the store then proceeded to come back all happy and ask how she can help at that point we left and not coming back. Treat your workers with respect.

Starting coming here for all my pet/hobby needs! I got 4 hermits (Constantine, Kepler, Apollo and Polaris) from you guys and I love them so much (my children)! Everyone is extremely knowledgeable and know their stuff! I have yet to meet the legendary hermit crab lady though (she’s only there weekends ive heard, one day I’ll catch her). I’m still learning a lot and I appreciate how much everyone cares about the animals! Love you guys ️

Inconsiderate. Empty lot and the man in the van coming out and locking the door parks right in the road way blocking traffic.

Avoid this pet store at all costs! It smells when you walk in and they a discriminatory sign at the front door basically saying people that use substances are not welcome and are trespassing by entering the store!

There’s a huge selection of creatures here! I have a waterfall, fake plants, a cave, and 6 vampire crabs. I’m looking forward to coming back and getting some cherry shrimp for my 2.5 gallon. Just if the aquatics guy try’s to get the vampire crabs make sure you don’t mix the species because I did and that’s how 4 died 3 from stress and 1 from fighting. There is so much negativity against the aquatics guy and he’s really nice so I have no idea what there talking about? The reason it’s a mess is because they have to take care of there hundreds of animals every single day. Just stop complaining they did nothing but help the animals. If you want to see animals not being taken care of go see the hermits with no water at petsmart

Love this place, skip the big box stores and come here, they are the pros and they don’t upswell you. Prices are great also!

We just recently set up a fresh water tank at home. We went in to ask lots of questions about different fish, good tank mates and came out with lots of great information/resources! Excited to come back this weekend to finally stock up!

Great selection of fish with reasonable prices, Billy is great and has an abundance of knowledge when it comes to any fish you ask him about!

Whoever runs the aquarium area is very unprofessional and rude. I see that you are doing something else (water change) but there’s no need to give attitude when a customer tries to get your attention (to buy a fish)! I’ve bought a rimless tank, fish, and aquarium plants, and hard scape multiple times now and his vibe is always negative. Great selection, and no clue how the other departments are but no more for me.
There’s absolutely no need to ruin my day to participate in a hobby love.

The fish are very nice, one thing that was unfortunate was the smell, maybe install some fans or something to give air circulation, besides that it was a nice experience

If your passion is with freshwater aquatics, this is one of the best stores I've been at.

Great selection, from my experience as a new fish owner the girls were open to dumb questions and giving great tips and tricks. I personally found the guys were super condescending to me when I either asked for advice or I asked to get a fish from the tanks when I was in the aquatic section. I will go back because the selection is great, but the attitude I was given by some employees will certainly turn away new people to the hobby. Not everyone knows everything to start, remember who YOU were when you got your first tank.

Absolutely horrendous customer service! Got treated horribly for asking a question and for information.

Before this I would have given a good review but I'll never go back. There was no justification for the way I was spoken to!

Five stars! The owner and staff are brilliant! I came in because my Betta was on the brink of death. I had to wait a bit as the store was quite busy, but with the huge selection of things to look at and browse I didn't mind a bit. The owner was finally able to help me and although they were so busy he really took the time to make some suggestions and ask pertinent questions to advise me on what I could try to fix the problem.
Following his advice, my Betta made a miraculous turn around.
I can not imagine the time and dedication required to maintain the level of high quality, vibrancy and variety of 'creatures' this place has, but somehow they get it done. My advice, be patient, it's busy, which tells me it's a reputable store. Listen to the staff. They obviously care about their animals, and have clearly dedicated themselves to taking care of them and insuring they are going to good homes, and providing people with the best information possible. The store smells, looks and feels like a tropical adventure. Well done owners and staff for maintaining a natural environment for all your tropical creatures. I love every bit of the whole experience.

I've been going here for many years and have always found the staff friendly and helpful. They sell quality stuff, however I find the prices on some things way over priced and other prices very fair. So, just gotta watch for that but making everything a price similar to other stores would gain you more sales. Overall, they are a great store with a good selection for all types of pets.

The ladies in the reptile department here are all-stars; they are friendly, helpful, and very knowledgeable! If you’re looking for an excellent selection of treats and food for any pet (exotic pets included) this is the place to go!

They were out of stock of what I needed at the time but they gave me a local source of what I need. Really impressed by this shop though. Friendly staff and full of interesting things. Looks like they really know there stuff.

Knowledgeable staff, excellent selection of fish and for the " go to" for aquarium supplies and accessories.

I was very willing to buy anything for a tortoise or even a turtle. A lady was giving loads of attitude and declined a home for one of them since we seemed “uneducated” or “did not do research”. I did not know we needed to make our own enclosures and grow our own produce for one of there pets. But by asking she got more frustrated when we talked to her but got excited to talk to other people. Idk what we did wrong but know I was willing to buy whatever they needed. Very odd to see a grown women get upset about that. But be glad we still bought a bag of cat/kitten food for this bad service.

I got this amazing little hand raised cockatiel from Creatures and couldn’t be any happier than I am. Christina was awesome, she took the time to explain everything about his care and to answer any questions I had. I ended up with the sweetest most cuddliest little bird ever and I am so happy I went to Creatures to get him. You can tell they truly love animals and make sure they’re happy and healthy. This is the only pet store that will be getting my business from now on, I 100% recommend them to everyone

Some of the best customer service I've come across. After a small miscommunication today, a male employee provided me with not only an apology, but a gift card for my troubles. Completely unexpected, and completely appreciated. Thank you for being a trusted place for me to find fish and advice. 100% worth the drive everytime!

The girl helping me rolled her eyes, I saw that. /: Don’t much care for the store but they have products that can be harder to find.

The store is very dirty, also there is no good customer service.you can see below when people give them one star how they reply to the reviews.they have a huge attitude problem. Cant reply in a professional manor. This is the most unprofessional store I have ever been too. Super over priced. I'll be contacting someone about how dirty the place is.

The cashier station looks like a teenagers messy bedroom with junk, unprofessional signage written with jiffy marker, way too much clutter, freight/merchandise sitting un-worked/piled up on the sales floor, no attention to merchandising displays and product shelves, high volume of random clutter and dusty products, looks like a messy thrift store.and then there is the customer service. The lack of even the most basic customer service skills makes this space intimidating and unwelcoming - especially in the fish section where, I assume the owner, will just bulldoze past you without making eye contact, a simple smile, or conversation of any kind. Engaging your customers especially during a time when people can find cheaper, more convenient products online is crucial to maintaining a sustainable, profitable business.

I always ues this store for my cat's food. They carry many good quality brands. I guess you could get the nice food or treats for your dogs too.

Bad vibes from the moment I walked in.
One of the most awful places for customer service I've ever experienced. The girl working the till was EXTREMELY abrasive and rude (yelling while people stared). To be honest it was quite shocking. There are many many other pet stores in town, there is no need to give this store any business.

Edit: just reading (and laughing) through some of the owners responses to low ratings, and it really encapsulates their poor customer service. Nothing except excuses, and snide remarks. Bravo!

Just dropped off my snake to board with them for a couple of weeks. Great service and I felt totally comfortable leaving him there, despite my initial nervousness, having never boarded him before. They even accommodated my request to go to the back where he'd be boarding so I could say goodbye to him. Their reptile boarding area offered him a spacious terrarium with a couple of hides and a high quality heating set-up, and they offered to let me bring in my own plants/hide to make him feel more at home. It's a big relief having him stay in a safe place (with people who very clearly know reptiles well) while I'm in the process of moving houses. Thanks for the great experience!

The staff seem overly annoyed after basic questions, like my bad? For not being a fish god after getting into the "hobby" for just a week.no reason to make a trip to creatures if you are in a decent mood, the male staff member I was acquainted with need therapy or something he has been around fish too long and no longer knows how to talk with humans

I visited today nice selections of live fish but it seems just a display there and not for sale common guys don’t be selfish when a customer asking information about the fish! It was the lady staff on duty at the aquatic station she is very arrogant. I visited today May 4rth. @3pm shes Not good with customer service hospitality and politeness. Sorry for the next customer my rate was On this visit.

In Addition with my previous review on my last visit compare to my latest visit in this pet shop was extremely opposite as in why? Here it is, so I went back there after a week since they are the only store in town selling the fish that I need. The store was a bit busy and good thing with this situation they’re strictly following the Covid19 safety protocols which is great 5star for thatThe cashier greeted me upon entering and asking where I’m going in a good manner Thank you for that And since the aquatic is fine to send customer in the area I went there directly. And found 2 staff the girl that was there on my last visit, and a guy. The girl was assisting other customer good job to you! You’re in a nice mood today! I was a bit surprised the guy asked me what I’m looking for I told him I’m looking for and so he assisted me and he even manage to explain everything about the fish how to care of it etc. His so knowledgeable very impressive They’re doing multiple job there like maintenance and customer service like wow all I can say with this visit was perfect from the beginning until getting the things that I need, the only thing I can tell is I don’t know why the price is to costly compared to other fish store. But over all nice enjoyable visit I’ll be coming back and back ️ Thank you

Went there for fish and when I asked for assistance and had questions regarding the fish I was told to do my research. Thanks to this terrific customer service I saved a ton of money going elsewhere for my fish. Thanks Creatures Pet Store.

I bought 5 Cardinal tetras and two died like a day later, the fish are poor quality and have fin rot I used to come here for all my fish needs however petsmart is cheaper and the fish there don’t die in a day. I will not be returning or recommending to anyone

Bad customer service. I bought fish here and was told I would get the discount for schooling fish but when I went in they were rude and told me that discount was only for customers online. Not to mention everything in this store is double the price as it is online. I like to shop local but it's not worth coming here between the rude employees and outrageous prices.
