All the staff are very friendly. Kirsten was my hygienist today and she was very thorough, professional and explained everything very well. I have been coming for years to see Dr. Darcy Penkala and she is the best. She is so calming and always prepares me in advance for any work I may need done. She always makes sure I’m also very comfortable during all procedures.

Dr Spencer is the best dentist I've had. Very gentle and caring. Kind, polite.

I had a broken tooth and my usual dentist that I have seen for over 24 years could not fit me in so I was recommended to Amy. Hands down this place is the best and go out of their way to make you feel like its home. Keep up the great kindness and service!

This place gave me hope of relief of pain then inflated price less then 24 hrs before app. Still in pain never use these crooks.

Had a very good experience. Got an emergency appt right away. Upon arrival it smelled very sanitary and recieved a friendly welcome, had a short wait. My dentist and assistant were very caring n thorough. Everything was explained. Reception was very helpful with after care and costs and future appointments etc. Highly recommend

They have been taking random charges off my insurance and over charging for appointments. I have the pre determined amounts and after the appointment I was being charged more. Got another amount that I owed after my visit and when they called back they upped the price

Visiting from out of town and our youngest chipped a significant part of his front adult tooth out. Creekside Dental was able to get us in on the same day and repair the tooth to look like nothing had happened. Service was very friendly - couldn’t be happier with this team!

I am so impressed with the care we just received from Creekside Dental Clinic. We took our 5-year-old son there after a dental emergency (playground accident), and they were so accommodating and kind, even though we came right before closing. We don't live in Kelowna, but if we did, we would definitely choose this clinic for our family. Wonderful and compassionate!

Going to a Dentist is usually a stressful and agonizing visit; now imagine that for someone who prides himself on a "perfect smile" and no doubt "perfect teeth" - well as perfect as expected in a 60+ year-old. And that makes the "agony" even more surreal, as "my teeth never have issues" is the scenario - my wife is not so "perfect" and is a frequent, very satisfied patient; so she insisted I go too, when a small part of my tooth seemed to give way to her Greek Fig Appetizer - a ploy by her and the nicest reception here, who were amazed by these "perfect" teeth of mine; when I had so bragged just a few weeks earlier!

On short notice, as my tongue was sure it could "sand-down" the very sharp edges of this breakaway tooth fairy convict! And by day two, the tongue was yelling "Uncle" and my decision to relieve pride with prudence was settled! Off I went; knowing the reality of old"er" age and my sore tongue's failure to "fix" my chip. Greeted by the nicest of reception and swallowing my pride (as I had the tooth chip), I ended up with the kindest of Technician (she'll remember as I thought we had both dressed appropriately in black) - and her kind words and understanding of my "shameful" situation of letting my perfect teeth fail me.and to add to the dilemma, I'm only visiting Kelowna on a regular basis and did not ever wish to make my presence of possible misbehaving teeth be know - my wife loves the place and is happy to be a regular - her parents warned me 40+ years earlier!

NOW to the BEST part; Dr. Kelsey (using first names as she's old enough to be the daughter I wish I had) ; in the kindest of ways explained my options - and not having insurance, the relative price points - and then did the most amazing repair, absolutely painlessly (I've ridden a hoses; who needs a "local"), and much to my delight, it feels as though my original "perfect" tooth has been restored to its youthful normal!

The CARE and level of PROFESSIONAL treatment displayed by this team of Dentist and Technician, their speed and ability to make me feel comfortable, and fantastic result makes me believe I could not have had better anywhere else!

Thank you all - from reception, to professional ability; and to the management who have selected such caring individuals and support their success - I'm not surprised you pretty well score perfect reviews from all your patients: and I'm sure that the same service I'm so happy about is expected and granted to all your patients - WOW!

The staff here are really nice, helpful, let me know all that I needed to know. The assistant who was the only one working on Saturday March 18 was kind, curtious with everything. The dentist who was also working on the same day who did the examination was forthcoming with all that I needed to know. The receptionist who was working also was great also, kind. I've been going here since I was little but it has gone really downhill recently. Place is very disorganized and don't communicate efficiently or listen to the client. I have moved to another dentist who have redone my recent work and I am much happier with it.

I cannot say enough great things about this company. Emergency services were met with care and expediency with a price that I could afford. All information is presented in an upfront fashion and appointments are prompt and the times are kept. I would like to specifically praise Megan. Her communication and customer service has been some of the best I have ever seen. I'm not sure how else to write that or elaborate. Just unparalleled.

I had my first surgery ever at Creekside Dental! I have never felt so comfortable in such a high stress situation! I had the best team working on my teeth and they made my wisdom teeth removal easy and comfortable! Super thankful and I highly recommend this office!
