Had my hair done by Paris and I love it! I have gone to a few hairstylists since I moved here, but haven’t been able to find someone who understands the cut I was looking for. Albeit I am not the best at explaining or understanding what I’m looking for, but she knew what to ask to help. So happy to be feeling like myself again.

I had my hair cut by Katie recently and I can't believe the incredible job she did! My hair is a little complicated with multiple cowlicks, but she took the time to listen to my requests and then see how it would work with my cowlicks and face shape. She also checked in lots about the length as she went which I so appreciate! I've been getting so many compliments on my hair ever since! Highly recommend her as a stylist, not only is she fantastic at what she does but she's also just a stellar human, made the whole appointment a great experience. Thank you Katie!

I booked at this salon after reading positive reviews and reviewing the experience of the hairdressers on the website. I was looking for a luxurious experience and for some reason this salon came up as high-end. My experience dealing with them proved otherwise.

When I called, I asked to be booked with a hairdresser with no visible tattoos because I find them offensive and I don't want to pay a hundred dollars an hour to look at blotches if ink on beautiful flesh. She accommodated that request and changed the hairdresser she initially had me with to someone else. She then asked for my phone number to send me confirmation of my appointment.

I was appalled to find out a few minutes after we got off the phone that my number was given to a 3rd party that then sent a text message request that I sign up with my credit card to confirm the appointment. First class service means protecting your client's confidentiality and not wasting their time with useless applications. It also means providing personalized customer service.

Since I did not sign up for the application, I wondered if my appointment was still booked. The day before the appointment, I saw a missed call for the salon and called them back shortly thereafter. They put me on hold because they could not locate my appointment. When she got back on the line she told me I was booked with someone else instead of Roxy, who I was booked with a few days before.

At that point, I cancelled the appointment and want nothing to do with this place. To meet the standards of a high end salon, it is not only a luxurious atmosphere but excellent and personalized customer service. Although I have never stepped foot it this salon, I never will. It doesn't meet my standards.

Chelsea is awesome! Have been searching for someone I trust to cut and colour since Moving to Kelowna. She knows what I want better than I do, and the colour she uses stays beautiful forever!

I booked my appt a month ago. Took time off work to be there. My appt got pushed back an hour (same day) then I showed up and still had to wait 20 minutes. Super frustrating!

Crimson hair salon is the only hair salon I will go to. Tara is incredibly knowledgeable and very talented with hair styling for all occasions. Very friendly staff, easy to book, and great selection of hair products and accessories. I always walk out of Crimson with a smile, and perfectly curled hair that lasts for days!

Having just moved to Kelowna, I didn’t know where to go for a hair cut so I called in to this studio as it was close to my house and had great reviews online. I called in last minute for an appointment and got booked with Paris the same day. Paris was exceptional- I showed her inspiration photos and she gave me her honest opinion and helped me go in a direction that was still what I wanted, but more suitable and realistic for my lifestyle. She talked me through the process and the end result was better than what I asked for. VERY pleased with my new do and very very happy I found my new hair stylist that I will continue coming back to! Being new to Kelowna, my search for a stylist lasted a year and a half…until I found Tara. I can’t say enough about Tara and her 1) professionalism 2) ALL HAIR SKILLS 3) unlimited energy and 4) managerial style…well, let’s just say she is IT! From colours to highlights to “dustings” (lol), she knows her stuff and delivers ALWAYS. The vibe in her shop is fun and upbeat, super happy and sunny! Her staff are great and it is always a treat to spend time in her chair. There is always something new and exciting happening and she keeps her clientele up to date on all socials…can’t say enough! Roxy, hands down your hair guru. I have always been a bit nervous to try new hairstylists, because I usually walk out not fully satisfied - but not here. I have walked out of this salon a bunch of times feeling so happy and beautiful with my hair cut and colour. She listens to what you want and then suggests things that would work for you based on what you're looking for. Also, all the other staff members are fantastic as well. Come here, you will not be disappointed.

I have been going to crimson since they opened! I cannot say enough about the uplifting atmosphere, and the friendly and welcoming staff. I love that crimson offers products such as Kevin Murphy and Eleven. I see Roxy for my hair and not only is she the sweetest, kindest human, she is so talented and knowledgeable. I fully trust all her recommendations and I have never been disappointed with the end result. I always get so many compliments on my hair.

Roxy has been doing my hair for three years and it’s always fantastic! She’s done everything from foils, full blonde, back to dark, cuts, and even event styling for me and always knocks it out of the park.
