Nutritious, flavourful and reasonably priced food … served by kind people … in clean and quiet premises …. What more could you ask for?

I wanted to email you but couldn’t find a address anywhere. I used to go to a Lebanese luncheon buffet downtown Vancouver years ago and it was so good. So walking by I decided to try you out.
I didn’t remember what the items were called so was so disappointed you didn’t have any pictures up with descriptions. There was plenty of wall space and even photocopies would have been helpful. So I tried the lentil soup and was horrified there were no lentils in it and was more a consommé. Usually it’s a heavy soup. Had the potato cubes and they were good and I was too gun shy to try anything else in case I didn’t like it. Wasn’t ready to gamble.
I find far too many ethnic restaurants do not want to make menus available to them that are easy to understand and with pictures. There was a Indian one near you that had lunch buffet but you had no idea what was in it and they subsequently closed. So please take pity on us and make it easier to understand your cooking and ingredients etc.

Regret ordering take out… ordered the mixed sharwarma plate and chicken sharwarma plate. Meat was fairly tasteless and dry, hummus tasted a bit like plastic. Not a great experience! Was looking forward to a tasty lunch.

Food is really good and flavourful. A nice place for dine in if you prefer a quiet environment to hang out and talk. The only downside is that they still serve you with takeout containers.

The food was good but the girl who took the order was disrespectful and somehow had the audacity to laugh at questions I was asking as a customer about the product. I called her out and she said, we have to laugh while at work and some nonsense like that. I would think twice before going back because of the staff's attitude like that.

That was scrumptiously delicious. Falafels are light and crispy. Love the Tabouleh.
Back again for shawarma wrap and plate, both as good as ever. Great to be able to depend on consistency

Found this place by surprise looking for some lunch. Great gluten free wraps and all the fillings were delicious

Such a amazing place to eat halal in south surrey side, great amount of portion, amazing food with limited place.

My friend and I ordered a Beirut wrap. I had Lamb she had beef. We decided Lamb was the better of the 2. So good. Definitely worth a visit.

Love this place! Really good wraps/Shawarma, and great service. Today I made an order online, said I'd pay in person but then I couldn't find my card, so called and said I'd be a couple hours late. I never found my card so eventually placed another order online and paid online. Long story short I was a very late and confusing customer, but they still put my wrap together as I arrived so it was still hot and fresh:) Thanks! Besides that the food is top notch! Highly recommended.

Okay food although the falafel were mushy.p
I recommend not to eat in the restaurant but to take out.
Reason is, no respect for customers.
While we were eating the boss walks in on the phone talking very loud. And then staff started cleaning all the walls while we are eating.
Boss comes back having very loud conversation with that employee while we are having our lunch. Just an unpleasant dining atmosphere.

Rude service.hair in my food and they tell me it's mine, humiliate me and ban me. I left in tears as the angry owner yelled at me to go and never come back. I am handicapped and he was mad at me for not moving fast enough. Awful experience

Best fries ever. Get the chicken pita wrap no pickle an light sauce cause they can be messy but it tastes amazing.

I just loved it. It was simply delicious. The chicken in Shwarma and Shish Tawouk was just sooooo soft and juicy! Perfectly made. Salad was fresh and crunchy. The ambiance was lovely too. Neat and clean area to dine in and washroom with a nappy changing area for babies for a life-saver for me, as many shawarma places do not usually have it.

Great Lebanese food. There was a bit of a line to order during lunch hour but once we got our food the reason was clear. Delicious food brings crowds.

Wow. First of all, the garlic sauce (toum) is incredible. It tastes like the fluffy garlic sauce I used to eat in Ottawa where there is a plethora of mouth-watering Lebanese food. Crispy Falafel also gives extra sauce without any extra charges! I ate the lamb Lebanese style beirut vibe and it was packed full of flavour. Garlic sauce, hot sauce, and tzatziki were drizzled on top of marinated well-done lamb. It was then bundled with parsley, tomatoes, pickles, and a half crispy wholewheat wrap. Highly recommended!

My friend for the chicken shawarma wrap and that was also delicious! Similar ingredients but with lettuce and white pita bread. You can ask to substitute for parsley and the wholewheat wrap.

The ladies at the counter and in the kitchen were very sweet and helpful as well. It was a great experience!

Just as I was beginning to rave and spread the word that this place has the best fries anywhere in the lower mainland.they changed them. Im hoping it was temporary.
Honestly the fresh hot, lightly crispy, beefeater style fries, lightly seasoned with Lebanese spices and salt. Omg.drool!
Please bring them back! (Our recent order was also very very salty.)
Otherwise the fare is very good. One off day won't stop me from coming back.brunch, lunch, dinner. Soooo satisfying and yummy.

Also a pick up counter with a few tables so friendly and without demand for medical info.

Terrible experience. Tried chicken shawarma plater, halibi plater and lamb wrap. Lamb inside the wrap was over cooked/burnt. Food smelled bad was not fresh, taste was not good Worst wrap I ate in my whole life. Portion of plater was not appropriate. Place was clean and girl waitress who took order was helpful. This was the first and last visit. I Don’t recommend this restaurant!

Delicious wrap and plate, plentiful. Especially like the tabouleh. Although same chain this one doesn't feel as authentic as king George one. Been back since and is now as good as King George and much more convenient.

This place has good food. However, there is this guy work there he never wear mask amd out side on the door said wear mask.

First visit to this place. The interior was very clean and we were greeted as soon as we arrived in a friendly manner. We both tried a lamb wrap. It was delicious. It was well spiced with good flavors. I will definitely return.

Very friendly and kind staff. A Very neat and clean place - great location. We tried just the chicken shawarma and falafel; shawarma wasn't could be more flavorful (perhaps the? Shouldn't be a part of it). Will try the beef or lamb skewers next time. Overall a nice experience. My son rated it 9/10.

We were craving tabouli and kebabs, so we checked out Mashawee. The food was amazing, so fresh and delicious. Authentic, flavorful food, great service and reasonably priced. Check out Mashawee for wonderful Lebanese cuisine

I've been eating at this place since it opened and it is the healthiest and best food in town. The staff is always kind and so hard working and it shows with every meal! My favorite place to eat hands down. Very affordable and food is always fresh and made perfectly. Must try for anyone who hasn't been before!

What a cozy Lebanese restaurant in White Rock! I love the decor and the outdoor space that they have. But more importantly, their food is delicious! Tried the Sujok Plate and it was beautifully made and was yummy. The babaganouj (eggplant dip) was also a great appy.

There’s convenient parking out front and they have some seating inside and outside. It’s a great central location and a popular spot frequented by locals.

I ordered through Uber Eats and had a great experience. The chicken shawarma was fresh, and wrapped very neatly. I would definitely recommend and return!

Overall good. The flavours were good but I was a little disappointed with the lamb. It was relatively under seasoned but the sauces helped. Not dry but just lacking. My shwarma again was good - although it was my first time having it pressed in a panini maker, so all my veggies (or at least the majority) were all warmed so it felt more like a burrito or wrap than a shawarma or donair. The menu is small but it appears they have a nice variety of platters and plates as well. They advertised 'donairs' but their menu inside only said shwarma; not sure if there is a major difference but perhaps this is where the press came in. I was hoping for more Lebanese flavours in both their sauces and protien, but generally I enjoyed my lunch for the price. You get a decent sized wrap for $9 which is great for a quick meal. The staff were friendly and prompt. Lots of parking and 1 table outside to sit. Their hotsauce was fairly mild, the way their counter is situated you can't see their veggies but they gave me lettuce, onion, pickles, tomato and garlic sauce. Super simple and and overall good.

We ordered for takeout today and it was absolutely delicious! Wonderful service and was very impressed that they were able to accommodate my gluten allergy and also had vegan options. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We ordered the Falafel Plate and the Veggie Deluxe Plate and they were wonderful. Highly recommend!

I really very disappointed today with the staff behaviour. Both staff guys (girl and boy) spoke very rudely with me. They were very aggressive and bad behaviour. They both were using very abusive language. Even the issue was only order delay.

Obviously this restaurant desires 5 stars. I love this restaurant because of the food. This was my first time trying lebanese food and it was top notch experience. I had a chance of interacting with the owner and he was such a humble man.

This is my first experience with Lebanese food and it's so amazing! The employees are very kind and the food is delicious! I was also offered a cup of cardamom black tea while I wait which was very tasty. I'm definitely coming back again and again!

Highly recommend this place and the food was amazing. I came with my friends they really loved it. I will be coming here a lot more and there are so many different varieties. The staff was very helpful and amazing. Keep up the great work guys.

Great food and reasonable prices. Ordered as a group at work and they individually bagged up everything and labelled the bags clearly with our names.

Saw really good reviews for the this place about a week before I tried it myself. Their food is as good as everyone is saying. Their seasoned potatoes and eggplants were very well done. Very tasty. My only not good review is the potatoes and the eggplant was soaked in oil. There was so much it was literally dripping. Not sure if it’s supposed to be like that but otherwise it was very well seasoned. The garlic sauce was more buttery than garlic too. I didn’t taste any garlic in it. But again, everything else was very well done. I myself am a born vegetarian, my husband and mother in law both said they didn’t taste the beef in the “beef and lamb” mixed kebabs though. I will come back to Mashawee in the future for sure! The atmosphere is clean, the staff were very nice, customer service was great too. Overall great place.

Firstly of all, the compliment that i want to give is that this place is very clean. I would emphasize on the fact that the food is very satisfying especially the meat is very juicy and they have a-lot of variety of vegetarian food as well. Along with that the staff members are very hard working and helpful. The owner is very friendly and he is very down to earth.

Waited over 30 mins for takeout then was told it would be another 30+ mins. Over 1 hr for 1 wrap is ridiculous especially when the staff don't even know the menu. Avoid unless you want to waste most of your day waiting for your order.

Even though i am not familiar with any of the Lebanese food recipes.but honestly there food is amazing and they deserve 5 stars.
I always go there every week with my family and we cannot find no better place than mashawee.thank you to all the staff members and specially owner who always made us feel special.he is so down to earth person.whenever we go there he always offers my whole family tea without even charging us for that️️️️️️️

The best. Always fresh and we always upsize! Best deal and if you don't finish it it's a great second meal. Also try the platter if you're sick of sushi platters. Great value and selections.

The best authentic Lebanese food you will find in the South Surrey / White Rock area. The owner is a great guy who is always talking with customers and ensuring they're satisfied! They now have 3 locations so go try them out soon - you won't regret it!

P. S.my personal favourite is the chicken shawarma plate.just thinking of it makes my mouth water.

Pretty disappointing shawarma. They use a very dry pita and don't grill it. The chicken they use is fatty and greasy. Not worth a second try.

Really wanted to love this place but my beef donair was terrible. The meat was grey and goopy. Won't be going back.

Great food and pleasantly pleased with my lunch, pita wrap, last week. I was sitting alone with my eat-in meal and something gave me an idea. This Pita Wrap would make a great take-away lunch with our group in the park. Easy to eat, okay cold, add more veggies, nice flavour, nice taste. I am definitely reviewing the great 5-star food and not the décor and has nice outside tables.

Staff are super courteous! I had the falafel wrap and seasoned potato wrap, and they were both really good! Eggplant is next on my list

The staff is always very polite and attentive. There’s one gentleman there that always goes out of his way to get you in and out ASAP. We almost always order the same thing, beef shawarma plates and fries. The fries are great and the plate portions are generous. I find this location to be better than the other one on king George

Had high hopes here as this is close to home. Could have been that both times we went was shortly after opening. Meat was flavorful but dry, some were chewy and not edible.

Absolutely revolting.
My husband just came in and ordered several donairs. One lamb for myself and two chicken dinners. When I took a bite of the lamb I had to spit it out right away because it tasted like old putrid meat. When I opened it the meat was grey and sticky.
I tried this place once before and it was fine but this time I was shocked by the meat they served me.
I just called the restaurant and explained what I just experienced and the lady was rude and raised her voice saying that I’ve never tried “their” donairs and that’s why it tastes different COMPLETELY ignoring my concerns.
Also the tomatoes looked old and were soggy.
Please don’t go here unless you want food poisoning.
