Great workouts, amazing coaches, and a fun, comfortable atmosphere. I've been going here for a few years now and the WODs never get boring. The coaches are very knowledgeable, friendly, and always happy to accommodate different skill levels. CrossFit Lions is for everyone, not at all intimidating. Loving the results I'm seeing so far and looking forward to learning more.

Been going here for a month now and I love it, everyone is incredibly nice, the owner Chris is super friendly, and creates an awesome non-judgmental environment. Great place
