Can never get through to reception. They don’t have a voicemail and I’ve been on hold for half an hour to book an appointment.

Dr. Smith has been my doctor since I was pregnant with my first baby in 2010 and I was so happy to have him! He is so caring and understanding. All the staff at crossroads are top notch. Thank you all.

Di Smith has been my doctor for over 13 years. He was my foctor through both of my pregnancies and has always treated me and my kids with kindness. I feel so lucky to be a patient of his. I also like that if dr smith is booked up, you can see another doctor at Crossroads if you wanted.

Dr. Smith has been my doctor for 17 years and I could not be more thankful to have him as my doctor. I live with mental health issues and Dr. Smith has always showed kindness and has gone above and beyond in my darkest moments. Dr. Smith has been a life line when my mental Heath declines along with all the amazing ladies who manage the busy phones. What a blessing crossroads family practice has been for me and my family, many thanks to all of you!

Been my family doctor since I was 11 years old. Doctor Smith, pepa and the resident they train are amazing. Couldn't be happier with my doc. I even moved to Abbotsford but didn't want to give up my doctor either

Dr. Smith is the best and Pippa his nurse is amazing! The front desk staff seem to be all over the map though.
