After removing the broken window from my parent while they left the job unfinished the job unfinished with a gaping 6' by 8' hole in my apartment wall opened the 2nd story cold night air overnight It's been 3 days and they still have not returned to finish the job. I'm guessing my downtown East Side address is a big part of the problem they had with me

Several calls and texts to them spoke to a guy over text for a few minutes and never got a response back from them. Unprofessional there are a hundred other glass companies I would recommend over them.

Sam was great! He was very quick to show up to my business and give me a quote. He replaced our glass on our door the same day! There was very good communication, and the team was professional. They addressed all my concerns and left the door looking perfect!

Very disappointed with this company's service. They simply just don't care.
Earlier September, I contacted them for repairing or replacing my skylights and they asked me to send some photos. The boss Adam gave a estimate quote which was about 20K. I emailed back for some clarifications but he never responded. Because I was hoping to get it done before the winter comes, so I sent him again an email to agree to process it. I also asked if they could start the process as soon as possible. During these 2 months, I sent them email, messages, phone calls and asked them when they could come to have a look. They either have no response for weeks or asked something like "are you home next week? " or "are you home tomorrow? ". I always said yes, but wanted to know what time would be proximally. Never got any answer back and no one showed up. Now winter is here, They have wasted my 2 months of time. All my friends couldn't believe this but said maybe this is a good sign not to go with them - such an unreliable and irresponsible company, such a bad customer service. Also learned not to trust reviews about 5 starts, it is totally not true.
