Happy with the touchless carwash. Prices are reasonable. The mid and top tier washes give your car an undercarriage spray.

Went to wash my car. The machine wouldn’t let me use my debit card so I had to use my visa. It charge me $25 and I was there no more than 10 to 15 minutes.if that that’s a little too high for me I’ll never go there again tried calling that number no answer, of course

I would give them 5 stars if the TAP would work on their machines. I even got a new card and it still doenst work.

This place is alright. I wouldnt use the auto wash tho unless just basic. The tri foam didnt cover my entire car. And the dryer shut off with 8 seconds left.

Always clean.and lots of soap.just went through the automatic car wash and something isn't working truck is not clean at all.tried to find the attendant no luck

I've updated my review because the vacuums seem to have improved! And it's nice and warm in there in the winter. I actually enjoy washing my car. I also wash my boots, floor mats and baby stroller. Sometimes I bring my dog and I vacuum him, he loves it. It's my after work therapy.

Made my dirty vehicle quite clean for how bad the dirt was caked on. Going more often. Worth the 15 for a diamond wash

I find their vacuumes to be incredibly weak. Ive gone multiple times And tried multiple vacuumes and it's an issue with all of them.

Everything works very well and it's kept very clean. The line can get long tho because it's a much desired car wash. Worth the wait.:)

Wand wash 2 out of every 3 times has no soap coming out, car still dirty after. Maybe to manny people coming through can't keep up with it. Will have to start going somewhere else.

Good pressure loads of soap on the soapy brush, you can wash the grime away and have nice shiney ride.

Acceptable services here, but the most unjustifiablly expensive car wash in town. It's cheaper to have the top notch service at the reputable Bubbles Car Wash where it is even automatic. I will never return here, it was an overly expensive disappointment.

Doesn't work. Wouldn't accept any of my cards or my girlfriends cards. Tried multiple bays on multiple different days.when I tired to pay cash the slot was jammed and it just got my change stuck. Owners never replied to my emails or calls.

Very difficult to use for a 34' motorhome. The hoses catch on the top and its difficult to exit.

Tried to get a car wash, ever credit card I put in were rejected. Left without a car wash. Hope they fix the problem soon.

More than just a car wash. One stop shopping. You can wash your car and fill up your water jugs all at the same place.who knew

Confusion at credit card POS and didn't clean back window to my satisfaction.

Bays kept clean, time allotment is good. Need speed up time to switch from one function to another.

Went thru the automatic car wash and I knew that we had some dust built up in places so did the Dimond wash for $15 and when we came out the sides of our car were not clean at all and there was mud running down the windshield. I have left 3 messages on the voicemail and no one has gotten back to me.

It was my first time at Cruizers Car Wash. It's automated and takes debit and credit cards, the machine wouldn't read our debit card so we used our credit card and it worked fine. We had the diamond wash which is the top level one, it had a rainx coating and multicoloured soap (which is fun, never seen that before). Its a no touch wash which is also nice. The only thing I didn't like was that the timer for the dryer was very hard to see in strong sunlight. Otherwise very nice experience, give them a try!

Work well, the only complaint i have is about the card only does $50 or $100 it should have a $25 option

Very picky about car washes for some reason, but this place definitely delivers. Lots of open area and a good amount of wash bays

Always clean bays, and I seem to get a lot of value for $10 when I have used Cruizers in the past. The vacuums also do a great job and the pre-soak spray is great if you have any dried on mud and winter grime. Best car wash in the North Okanagan Area

I used the touch less auto wash, spending $14 on the top wash. As the was ended I noticed my truck was still covered in soap. So I ended up spending another $2 in the self wash bay to get all the soap off that was left behind from the automatic wash.

Easy place for a wand/brush wash, 5 bays are self serve, with 1 fully automatic one if your lazy.

Can confirm, did wash car. Or rather I did, with the tools that they provided. Minus one star because it was expensive.

There was no attendant to help when the machine ate my money. The coin return button was destroyed.

We paid $14 for the diamond car wash and came out of it with our vehicle still covered in soap. We went and paid an extra $2 for the wand wash to rinse it off, but just going over our credit card statements we were charged $24 for the wand rinse! We left a msg and an employee called back and said he would refund our $24 which was really appreciated. If paying with a credit card make sure to hit the red stop button to stop the charge before you leave so the people behind you aren't using it on your dime.

Clean facility with equipment that actually cleans as expected.
You won't be disappointed

Equipment always functions, nice in the winter with the doors closed and the touchless wash is a fun treat for when you are feeling lazy

I never have to wait to wash or vacuum my car. & They have shampoo scrub for your vehicle's interior

Had a problem with the automatic car wash. I called the contact number and the fellow came down and reimbursed me plus gave me some coins to finish the manual wash! Good service.

Clean, well-maintained car wash, with good pressure and reasonable cost. Most of the bays are wand/brush wash, with soap, rinse, and wax options, and there’s a touchless automatic wash bay, although I’ve never tried it.

After going through the touchless wash (Diamond), soap residue was left in multiple areas on my vehicle. I ended up spending another $2 to rinse what was left off. Not impressed.

Basic car wash, you pick a lane and wait your turn. Vacuums are available, pay to use in your washing bay.

It is open 24 hours and it is very convenient. The doors have sensors that open up as soon as you get close to is. Great carwash!
