Waiting time is not the best, communication wise (English) is not the most efficient, but the employees are helpful and try their best. Rates are competitive comparing to the other exchange money competitors, and that's what I was looking for, a better rate not a smile.:) I would return there if they continue to have a better rate.

Very reasonable. They were able to round my currency up slightly for an even EUR exchange. Will be back again.

I have used various banks and exchange houses for my FX needs and CCE is by far the best in terms of rate and service. CCE consistently gives me better rates than the banks without hassle. The traders communicate clearly and are responsive to all my inquiries. I recommend CCE to all my family and friends.
