Recently had a windshield replaced. We had very disappointing interactions with rude technicians and the front desk. Poor job all around. Would not recommend.

My second time getting my windshield chip repairs through ICBC at Crystal glass. Staff was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Will definitely recommend them to my friends and family.

BTW they didn't turn down a tesla windshield repair like broco did, just because broco were not approved to replace a tesla windshield

On two separate occasions I have had amazing service with Crystal Glass in Maple Ridge. Most recently I had to replace a windshield and they had ordered the glass and given me an appointment within a day of going in. The actual replacement was quick and efficient and they even drove me to and from my home to their location with friendly and excellent service even though most places are not giving this service in our community and the whole procedure only took just over an hour. I felt I have had exemplary service and certainly will recommend them highly. They are an experienced and helpful and friendly team. Thank you so much!

We took our car in to get our windshield replaced for an icbc claim. The shop began removing the seal on our windshield before realizing the windshield they ordered had come in damaged, and they needed to reschedule us. After rescheduling us for the following week, the next windshield also came in damaged, and they needed to reschedule us again for the following week. This time we dropped off our car and they admitted to completely forgetting about our car and needed to reschedule us a fourth time. Today we picked up our car and realized it had been damaged by the shop, as it had two dents and multiple scratches as if it had rubbed up against something.

I took my screen to another glass place in town. After over two weeks they had done nothing. Took it to Crystal Glass and they finished it in one day. They took care to make sure the hose piece fit perfectly. We are very pleased with the service.

I had a rock chip in my new truck. We called the Maple Ridge Crystal Glass store for an appointment, and they said I could come down and they would look at it. Steve assessed it as being able to be repaired. Terri asked if I wanted to do it right away and it wouldn’t take more than a 1/2 hour. They both were very nice people. We were shipping a car to Hawaii and had been told that the windshield had a chip that needed to be fixed or they would not ship the car. The receptionist was abale to arrange a same day appointment (WOW!). Steve inspected the windshield and said (and certified) that it was fine. He could have easily made a lot of money by replacing it and no one would have known. It is so nice to know there is still honesty and integrity at this business. I have used them before and had a fantastic experience then as well. So be confident that if you their services, they will be honest with you.
