Crystal Mall Food Court

Great food but not the most comfortable place to be. Not well lit and uncomfortable chairs…but I guess the point is to fly in hungry, fly out full as quickly as you can.

The market does have so many Chinese fresh food. It is so busy at weekend. We went there for lunch and could not find an available table to sit. It took 30 minutes to have an food order available to pick up. And they only accept cash which caused inconvenience in receiving so many pennies.

Hawker stand vibes from the crystal mall food court, food is cheaper than most places, only problem is you need cash for most places, and the ATM there is broken, but if you manage to have cash the food is good

Always quite busy but there are lots of good food options. Not all places take card so make sure you have some cash on you. Also the parking here is terrible!

A delicious hidden gem among the bargain retailers of marked up AliExpress cheap China products. Crystal court is under appreciated.

And array of Chinese food restaurants with menus with multiple Chinese pages and half a page translated to English. The aroma of this place is just tantalizing just don't ask where the meat came from.

The food court is always busy, and lots of varieties food to eat. Our favorite place is the dumpling place, and there's always have a line up and prepared for at least 15 mins waiting time for the food to be ready. However, they would give you a buzzer when the foods are done.

This food court is quite small and too crowded. Some food shops doesn't follow proper hygiene I saw. I wouldn't recommend it for kids or families.

I absolutely adore Crystal Mall. I go to Crystal Mall for my glasses and am always happy to wait for my prescription while I enjoy the many offerings of the food court. Dim Sum or Malaysian food are my favourites but there’s many options from all over Asia. Grab some barbecue pork or brisket on your way out from the market downstairs. I give it a solid 5 stars.

I thought it would be strange to review a food court, but I see they already have over 500 reviews here:) I eat here so often, I guess I've tried every single item on every single menu! So, while definitely not the top gourmet fare in the city - it definitely is good quality food for a good price! I will continue to patronize this food court whenever I am around (which is often!).

Some great food here but the food court is not quite as nice as it was before the pandemic. Not as many vendors and the place is a bit dirty. Hopefully it improves as business picks up.

A lot shelf is empty for common staff like paper towels, cheese slices, jumbo carrots, green onions, ground pork, turkey breast ham.

Feels like quality of food is slipping hard. I cant really justify lower quality poorer tasting food for higher price.won't be coming too much.definitely passed their golden days

Great mall, this should be a 2.5 instead of 3 because the parkade is like the 9 levels of Dante's Hell.

Some stores are cash only - parkade is credit card only (no debit cards).

Best food court East of Richmond. Best Cantonese ingredients East of Richmond also.

Great selection of food, notably Asian / Chinese cuisines. Excellent prices. Good quality. The food court looks a bit dingy though

Multiple choices of food. Reasonable prices and dependable quality. Seating could be hard to come by during mealtimes.

Even at 2PM, all the tables were occupied. Many of them occupied by one individual using their cellphone, who were still sitting there with no food and no other people even after I'd finished eating. The food selection is nice, but the atmosphere is tragic. Also, the parking lot is a DISASTER.

Good selection and different varieties of Asian food. Maybe a few places accept debit/credit but be prepared to bring cash.

Food choices are great! Only downsides are some are cash only and seating is limited during peak hours like the weekend.

If you want Chinese Street food in vancouver, this is a place to go.

Is the quality same as China on the streets? No. But they do have a wide selection, reasonable prices and it is good enough.

Highly recommend the 煎饼果子 (Chinese crepe) from the stall just beside the escalator. (老张煎饼果子） That's the best in gvrd for sure. Their combo with the tofu is worth the extra price over the tofu shop downstairs since they add a lot of extra toppings and it is always available.

However beware of the other place two stalls over from the children's play area by the window behind the escalator.

The fried chicken place is super average.

All the bubble tea places I've tried are pretty good here.

The yun nan noodles are also decent.

All in all, quality is excellent for the prices.

This is a go to place.

This place used to be great. I often stay at the hotel nearby and would walk over here to find delicious Asian food. However, now thanks to reckless government fiscal and monetary policies, 30-100% inflation is everywhere for dining out, even at this food court. Even worse, service attitudes of vendors here are generally poor.

One of my favourite asian food courts out there. I always get bbq meat and mini dumplings, and noodles bowls when I eat here.

Love this place, I feel like I'm back in HONG KONG! This mall been here since I was a young lad. My white friends loves it too. Everything you need you can find here!

The Crystal Mall Food court is very busy from 11.30am to 3.30 pm every day. Most of the food is Asian styles but attracting all kinds of people eat there. The price is inexpensive there. Usually a Raman with a soft drink is less than 10 dollars. A set lunch which is including coffee/tea, soup and a dish of rice is 14 dollars which is also including tax and tips. Great deal! Some vendors’ attitudes were very rude. Also, some vendors have the stickers saying they are on Fantuan delivery app, but I could not find many of them

Crystal Cafe highly recommended. Their HK style milk tea and beef brisket are always on my order list. Their all day breakfast is another good choice.

Smokey, dirty, stinky, packed, mostly cash only and some of the best food in Vancouver! My favorite is the soup dumpling place in the back which I gave a glowing 5 star review.

A taste of China in the heart of Burnaby Crystal mall is a Chinese mall where you can buy all sorts of vegetables and meats as well as electronics, massage chairs, vitamins, herbs, small appliances. There's a good selection of bubble tea shops in the food court and of course all the different Asian foods, no McDonald's here. That's typical with most things I have witnessed this culture does not use preventive maintenance so things look a little worn. The parkade is very tight and you need to be a savvy navigator if you want to go two levels deep

Parking a car is free for a couple of hours but often quite packed. The lifts are quite slow. However there are a good selection of shops and services still with reasonable prices.

I liked the large variety of foods you can get here and the amount of seats there are, but the area seems to be not very well maintained (I found lots of gums on the floor and underneath the tables)

This place has a lot of vegetables and other meat stuff, basically a market, and there are some restaurants and even some good dryfruit shops. A lot of things stacked in one place, a must go for household people.

Well I remember before the Coronavirus there was a female she is Chinese she rush when my friend was aiming to the table she just got in there in no time I think she should go back to China what a disrespect customer in the world Her family didn't teach her

Surprisingly found this place because our hotel is just next to this mall. Indoor market, food court, many small shops, no luxury items but many daily necessities.

Good mall with lot of shops, food court here is amazing, the potato noodles is a must try. Love the newly opened shop CC Mall, they have the cutest claw machine and soft toys, range of toys and puzzles are available to purchase!

Love the shanghai dimsum house especially their xiao long bao and pan fried dumplings. Very affordable compared to other xiao long bao place. Just make sure to bring cash as most of the places here is cash only

Lot's of variety of foods. Always crowded, better to go with someone together to find a seat before ordering the food
