All the staff are very friendly, service is excellent, and prices very affordable for even a modest income.

I had the worst experience ever. Zero Customer Service. Asked for a square shape and totally made it a different shape, it’s not even round, don’t know what to call it. No finishing at all. The nails are so thick that it looks so horrible. Would never wanna go here again and won’t recommend this place to anyone at all! Please don’t waste your money here!

I got the hot oil manicure and not only was the service amazing, but it's also reasonably priced. The best part, all the customers seemed to be repeat customers because the technicians all knew their names as they said goodbye as they left. Looking forward to being known by name there myself!

Horrible customer service. They apparently only have 3 techs that can do gel nails. The first time I got a full set done my shellac peeled off 6 nails within a week. The second time I got a fill and 2 of my nails cracked in the middle breaking my real nail and they told me I was “not happy”. They refused to book me in again for an appt. Anna refused me and Helen claimed she was booked for the next week. Pathetic nail salon. They say “HI” to you to make you feel like they’re nice but they give major attitude of you don’t like something. Typical nail salon

I got my acrylic nails done by Anna. She is very kind and friendly. Anna did an amazing work on my nails and made sure they look perfect.
Would be back again!

Booked an appointment for the morning before a wedding at 10 am. When I showed up one of the nail techs asked if I had an appointment booked and I said I called and booked an appointment for that time earlier in the week. The nail tech denied that I ever booked an appointment and did not take any responsibility for making a mistake with the booking. I found it very unprofessional and no apologies were given. I would not come back to this place. If you book an appointment with this salon it might not actually be booked.

Had the best manicure and pedicure. I’ve tried so many places and this one was the best so far. Great service and the job was done so perfectly. Nia nailed it.
I will definitely go back, this will be my go to from now on.

Try another place before this one.
Went in for a pedicure and asked them for classic without massage. They cut me below my toe then insisted on doing massage and did it anyway. Then when I asked them to clean the oil off my legs they kept saying okay but never did.

Horrible experience! I went there for a manicure, didn't get a manicure but instead ended up with some stuff put on my nails.my nails look horrible, like I did them at home myself. I didn't get a massage after no hot towel treatment the ladies were talking in their own language and laughing the whole time. The one that was doing my nails was on her phone more than actually doing my nails. Then charged me $57. Iwill never go back again.

I booked my mom and I to get pedicures done. We sat down and my mom started getting her nails done. I sat in the chair beside her and no one came up to me for 20 mins. Finally someone came up to me and started. Not sure what happened there. I probably would've been fine if someone would've told me what was going on. The lady that did my toes didn't do a good job, probably one of the worst pedicures I've ever gotten. My moms pedicure though was fantastic. It looked good and the person that did her nails was SUPER nice and friendly. Glad my mom had a nice pedicure

I was first time there and definitely I will go back again. I had terrible experience from the previous salon but this was totally opposite.
First, great customer service, warm welcomes, chatting and understand customer needs. Second, I liked how my nails looks like. I show her the picture and she did it better on my nails without any questions, angry face or unpatience (which isn't the case with others employess from the other salons that I went before).
Third, the place looks very clean and nice. 10+ from me.finally I found the right nail salon.

The staff will do what you desire, until they get it right! I prefer thin acrylic, nails, as opposed to thick and the girls have mastered it. I also love a good massage when I am getting a deluxe pedicure. I tip well and they are worth every penny!

What a bad experience I had Today, I got there with the intention to see if they have any openings for today. One of the staff at the front asked me to take a seat. I was sitting there for more than half an hour. Just to be told they didn’t have any openings. Honestly was so rude to make me wait just to tell me that. It was my first time visiting, I tried to call before going but not answer, definitely I will never go there again. This was enough for me I don’t like to be treated like that.

Fantastic. I am hard on my nails so get them done regularly. The quality and attention to detail is always a step above. Nia is amazing! I would highly recommend Crystal Nails to anyone.

Awful! Got there for a 2 pm appt for 2 pedicures. No one even acknowledges you. 25 min later someone asked to sit down. The techs didn’t speak English. I asked if they could paint my 2yr old’s nails, regular polish, no manicure, and they looked at me and said no. No time. My daughter left there crying.
And they ended up charging us $15 extra per person even though I asked for the price list ahead of time.

This business states that they take walk ins but as a precaution I called at 10: 40am and asked if they could accommodate a walk in. They said no book an appointment. They asked what time, I said 12: 00, they said no come for 2: 00. I arrived at 1: 55, sat down and nobody asked my name. Three people walked in after me and were escorted to chairs for pedicures. I was left sitting for 25 minutes and nobody acknowledged me or explained/apologized for the delay or when to expect my booked appointment to start. After I got up and left they chased me saying they can take me now. It was too late, I don’t have time to waste sitting there without knowing when I can expect to start and nor do I want my appointment to be rushed so they can fill the chair with the next appointment. I have been here before and had good service but that was years ago, I won’t be back.

Great 1st impression! Friendly staff! Both Nia & Suri did a great job. Suri did the acrylic ombre nails, very natural looking! Nia did a French shellac manicure and shellac pedicure, happy with the results. Definitely recommend them! Note: Good to book an appointment as they are busy!

Went to this nail salon after struggling to find a decent local salon. This salon is clean, bright and comfortable. The ladies are very friendly and do an amazing job on my acrylic nails. Helen is very detail oriented and always makes sure my nails are perfect. I have tried so many salons and this one is one of the best so far. I will be recommending it to all my friends and family! Thanks for the great service:)

My hubby and I go for the deluxe pedicures and enjoy the pampering. Always a pleasant experience! Very nice staff here. Highly recommend!

Great results, from an OCD client
I’ve been travelling 40 mins for the past year for my pedi, to see Lux. Was a bit hesitant to get my mani done from someone else (Lux only does pedis), so I was doing my own. I finally took a leap of faith, and I am very pleased. Detailed with cuticles, and my polish was applied and cleaned up very well.
So I guess I have found my place… the drive is worth it!
The staff are super friendly, and it’s overall a clean establishment.

I booked for a full set on the phone. I got there and waited for 45 mins (I booked for 12pm but the artist didn’t get to me until 12: 45pm) then they tell me I had only booked for shellac and denied service! That’s 45 mins of my time that was not respected. Atleast when I got there they should’ve checked what service I was there for but that was not done. That’s zero respect for my time.

I always love Crystal Nails! Vanessa is my Go-To nail gal for Acrylics! The Deluxe Pedicure and Manicure are also amazing:)
