Came in with a pair of pants needing to be hemmed, fully expecting to be without the pants for a few days.the ladies were able to get the work done within the hour! Easiest experience I’ve ever had getting alterations done.

They cut my pants too short. When I asked them if there is a mistake made, and I told them I am not asking for a refund. The tall caucassian lady said "No, we don't make mistakes". Are they Gods? They don't make mistakes? ! People can do something over 50 years, but still can make mistakes. I am the customer who paid the full price and got my pants ruined. They are the proud no mistake making tailor. A simple apology to your customer is better than being arrogant and rude.

Quality of work is awesome no question. 3 stars because of two reasons:
1.they are super expensive and for small adjustments do add up without any flexibility to look at the total cost. 2.few of the staff are not as friendly as they should be. You need friendly staff in this domain. They need to make you feel good about what you are wearing as opposed to make you look like you are asking dumb questions.

Good quality work, fast turnaround times, and good prices.

I've taken a pair of pants and 2 suits here and have no complaints.

Is more expensive than the others but definitely worth it.

Excellent work on repairing a jacket that had been turned down by several places.
