Crystal's View Bed & Breakfast

Our first trip to Vancouver and we stayed here for three nights. Having been through the COVID times, we have become a little anti-social, so bed and breakfast was a bit of a risk for us. But I am so glad we chose Crystal's. I cannot rave enough about this gem. From the moment we arrived, we felt as if we were at home with family. We had a couple questions regarding accommodations which were answered and addressed immediately, and kindly as if we weren't being a pain in the butt (which I was a little worried we were being a bit high maintenance-but we were never made to feel this way) Our first night Crystal arranged and made reservations for dinner with our daughter who lives in the city. The breakfasts were incredible. I have never had poached eggs before, but ever since eating Crystal's, I cannot stop eating them. The room was so comfortable and beautiful-with a gorgeous view of the City. Since our daughter lives here, we will obviously be back to Vancouver and will stay here EVERY SINGLE TIME-there is just no choice to be made. Cannot wait to go back-and will be recommending this to other family and friends traveling to the area.

Crystal and John are definitely 5 star hosts. They couldn't do enough for me and put me at ease after a stressful trip. I will definitely come back and highly recommend. Rooms and ensuites are beautiful and food is to die for. Thank you very much, Crystal and John, for everything you did for me.

Crystal and John were very welcoming, helpful and made our stay very enjoyable. Crystal helped book for our Victoria Island day trip, gave suggestions on what to see and do and when they found out that we were going on a cruise for the first time, gave us some tips that were applicable then.
This place is situated in a quiet neighbourhood, the room/s were clean, comfortable bed and you can see Vancouver downtown from our window! Breakfasts were freshly cooked with most ingredients from their garden. What more could you ask for?
We have no hesitation in recommending this beautiful place and the owners are amazingly friendly and very helpful. They will ensure that you have fun and enjoy your stay.
We will book with them again if the opportunity comes to be back in Vancouver.

My senior parents had a lovely 2 night stay at Crystal's View. The hosts were warm, authentic and charming. Crystal was an absolute sweetheart. She even had me over for a delicious crepe breakfast with my folks, even though I wasn't staying there with them. It was wonderful. Beautiful garden, decorations and view. Recommended!

What a perfect spot to enjoy a beautiful city! Crystal is a charming hostess who goes far beyond that extra touch. The rooms and home are well appointed and so comfortable. Delightful, freshly prepared breakfast and homemade cookies in your room!

The owner is very kind and friendly, warm hospitality. The hostess personally bakes muffins, breakfast, and coffee.
The rooms and bathrooms are very clean, and it can be seen that they have been carefully managed, and every detail has been taken care of. There is also a quiet and quiet garden outside the house.
The location is moderate, in the heart of North Vancouver.

We stayed at Crystal’s View B&B for our wedding at the nearby Grouse Mountain this past August. Crystal is really friendly and accommodating. Getting ready at the B&B meant that my makeup artist/hairstylist had to come to my room, and we were also hoping to take some pictures in the garden before heading out to the venue. To avoid any inconvenience to her other guests, she offered to let us rent the Mozart suite which has its own entrance. It was exactly what we needed. The breakfast was delicious both mornings. There were also a nice card and some treats waiting for us when we got back from our reception.

The owner couple is very friendly, with great hospitality. The lady owner makes excellent muffins and coffee, coupled with classy utensils.
Our room is spacious for 2 people, very clean and with beautiful design and decoration. Bathroom is in excellent condition with excellent shower / bath water flow. Windows are on 3 sides of the room, letting sunlight shine upon the room.
On ground floor outside the house, the owner has set aside for a beautifully designed garden corner too.
Location is very convenient near centre of North Vancouver, only 10-min drive to the Lonsdale quay pier area.
(For even better stay, you can book for the bigger room with jacuzzi built in too!)

This is an outstanding bed & breakfast to stay at. Crystal is inviting and great at conversation, which makes breakfast a highlight of the experience. The room we stayed in was called The Mozart and apparently isn't listed yet. It has a Victorian era theme similar to the other rooms, but uniquely has a small kitchen. Despite having way more room and breakfasts included, the cost was a bit less than what it cost us to stay at Seaside Hotel in downtown North Vancouver.

The breakfasts are varied but heavy on carbs, which isn't the best way to start the day, but at least what's served tastes good.

We have since visited a second time and stayed in the Deluxe room. As expected, we appreciated it more then the Mozart since it has a balcony with a view of downtown Vancouver, and slightly better furnishings. As with the previous stay, the experience was fantastic.

If I could give this place more than 5 stars I would! Crystal, the host is lovely, and so is her family! She is super attentive and nice! Her cooking is amazing and she treated us like family! The room is nice and cozy, the neighborhood is super quiet and the bed is very comfortable so you sleep great every night and the jacuzzi is amazing! We will definitely come back!

We recently returned from a wonderful weekend at Crystal's View B & B. We booked our stay based on the high reviews and comments. We were not led astray! While the room, view, and breakfast were all excellent, Crystal and her husband John are the reason this B & B has such great reviews. We were warmly welcomed, Crystal called and made our dinner reservations for both nights and provided discount coupons for the Capilano Suspension Bridge Canyon Lights. The bed was comfortable, the room was private, and the bathroom well appointed. It is clear that Crystal takes great pride in providing an amazing experience for her guests. While she is listed on a few booking sites, I would book directly with her. Next time we are in Vancouver we will not hesitate to stay here again.

A peaceful and romantic stay at Crystals View B&B
The owners' Crystal and John were amazing. From the accommodations to the breakfast cooked daily, including freshly baked goodies was superb! It was all very delightful, we were celebrating our anniversary, and crystal was nice enough to make a VIP dinner reservation for us. The room was super clean and very elegant and quiet. My new favorite B&B for a romantic getaway! Must visit again. Dan and Norma,
