Totally thrilled with the service I’ve gotten from Jim, Sean and the rest of the team at Crystalview. Jim in particular went above and beyond, answering all of my questions before, during, and after purchasing my tub. I’m also very happy with the tub itself.

Would not recommend this place. We were there to buy a hot tub. One of the ladies is racist and ignored me when I was standing right next to her with my child who desperately needed the toilet. I asked her a couple of times and she acted as though I wasn’t there and she wasn’t doing anything. I saw her moments before helping a Caucasian man with a completely different attitude. When she finally responded to me, it was as though I was being a serious inconvenience. I should have let my child soil the floor, that would have been inconvenient for her! Ended up buying our hot tub from Splash in Edgemont village.
