Was uncertain who I would finally decide to trust my vehicle with for some cosmetic damage from a wind storm … cosmos did and excellent job re finishing an replacing a hood on my bmw x5, along with several patches of light to medium paint scratches… car came back looking amazing, couldn’t be happier with these guys … would definitely recommend….

My humble little Lexus got rear ended in July. I found Cosmos from the review. They did a pretty good job fixing the rear bumper, trunk door & side door in 17 days. Just like new. But I gotta go back to Lexus to reset the parking assist sensors on the rear bumper which is NP to me. Joseph is nice & professional. The courtesy car they provide is Enterprise on 2nd Ave. Their Conor & Rajeev are nice & cool.

Joseph and his team turned a terrible experience (getting rearended) into a minor inconvenience. Professional aproach, fast turn around time and friendly customer service. Not to mentined a complimentary wash. Thanks again

Got my car fixed here after my car was hit while parked and my bumper got scratched. I'm from Alberta but decided to get it repaired in BC since I'll be here for a few months. The whole process with CSN was extremely smooth despite being an out of province insurance claim. The work was done within a few days and the bumper looks perfect. The colour blends with the rest of the car seamlessly! The staff was very friendly and easy to deal with too. Awesome shop.

CSN was very helpful and efficient. My repairs were more extensive than originally thought, but they still managed to complete the work within a day so I was able to have my vehicle back for the weekend. The entire process of getting repairs done through an ICBC claim was also very easy.

I can say had great experiencies in the past with other auto body shops. But this one is outstanding. Not only for the fantastic service on my car, but for the constant and transparent communication. With the lack of parts in the market, I got updates via phone all the time, which I never faced before. I highly recommend them!

Really great people, did an amazing job with my car, and they were really honest with pricing. I don't know anything about cars but they took care of it! And the entire bill came out $300 less than the estimate. Wow, just a great experience I needed when I was stressed about my car.

They've taken good care of my car. Found a little extra but unrelated scratch and they were super helpful to hide.

Update: turns out one too many things needed my adjustment and cleaning after. Headlights were never adjusted and useless shining right down in front of the car not ahead of it. Windshield washer hose was poorly installed that it kinked the line when hood is closed cutting off the water supply and thus a non working windshield washer system. Had to fix that. Inside had quite a few dust spots that needed a bit of a wet towel.

To the owner: please focus on those shortcomings and not just on thorughput. I get it's busy but these things giive people another bad taste in their mouth after just having had an accident.

I just have repaired my car front bumper there. At first, Joseph (Manager) gave me the estimated cost but at the end, the cost was lower than I expected. Joseph and Jason are friendly and honest. Cosmos 's service is quite good. I highly recommend.

My splash guard underneath my car was loose and dragging on the floor while driving. I called Cosmos and they jacked up the car and helped me reattach it, along with reattaching some loose front fender at no cost. They also quoted me a very reasonable price for repainting a door panel which I will be doing in August.

Had a paint problem with my front bumper, and I swung by and asked for a solution and Joseph the gentlemen that was working quickly found the problem and fixed 5 stars and good man recommended

I just stopped by for a quote for our van for Whole Way House Society to fix a big scrape that happened along a wall. Joseph was so helpful that when he heard that we use our van to help seniors and veterans go to the doctors and to the bank and on outings, he just got some polisher and fixed it for free. So so so kind! Come see these guys! Great business giving back in the community!

I hadn't had a personal referral to go to Cosmos, so I was a bit hesitant but I do not regret my decision! Joseph was great and dropping the car for the estimate was a breeze. They replaced my back damage with new parts and it looked great. There was a dispute with icbc about some front damage, but once that was sorted out and I brought my car back to Cosmos, it was handled just as professionally. Joseph even loaned me the company car for the day, rather than having to go through the hassle of a rental again. Both times my vehicle came back impeccable. They detailed it and buffed out any little parking lot scuffs without me even asking. That is fantastic service! Not many people strive to go above and beyond anymore; it doesn't go unnoticed and I will now always bring my car (s) here if needed.

Speedy and great work by the guys! Brought in my car on a Thursday after a collision and was ready for pickup by the next Wednesday at a price even cheaper than the estimate! The manager Joseph was very nice and honest and fixed problems with my car that weren't even part of the collision.
