The staff at Cowichan Collision were seriously my heroes. I was unable to find anyone where I live that could or would help me find a solution for a tow in ICBC claim…Cowichan Collision problem solved after reviewing my claim and got me back on the road with my vehicle with a temporary fix, until they had availability for an actual appointment. I am so grateful for their customer service and eagerness to find solutions for real people! They went above and beyond. Every single staff person was welcoming when I came in or when I spoke to them over the phone. 100% recommend them.

Great shop. After my car got sideswiped while parked I needed to use my car insurance for the first time and they handled everything. Got in a full month sooner than the other shops. Pretty much took care of everything and sorted me out with a rental car at no cost for 2 weeks. My car is back to the way it was before like nothing ever happened.

Gratitude to the entire team at CSN for taking on my very difficult project: a brand-new IONIQ 5 Electric damaged while parked on the street which provided a challenge that few shops could or would tackle. I picked up the car yesterday and it looks and runs like new. And all of their work is guaranteed.

I highly recommend Cowichan Collision. The entire staff are friendly and helpful. I was dealing with a warranty issue (peeling paint) on my three year old car, which the dealer was stalling on but finally, they agreed to pay for the bad paint job. They repaired the front end of my car in a timely and urgent manner, as I could not drive it much down the highway in the shape that it was in for safety reasons. They were friendly and pleasant. The cost was reasonable. They were open and honest and provided updates, in a timely manner. I recommend them to everyone!
