My Car did not have too much work, however it took 3 times back and forth to fix it. The manager and crew are nice and they take responsibility of their work and they were respectful to me. I’m general they are ok.

Great staff and service. The body work and glass replacement was done in a surprisingly reasonable time given how busy the industry is this time of year and more importantly to exceptional standard. We received the repaired car back detailed as clean as it has not been since we’ve purchased it. Very satisfied, highly recommend.

The staff was exceptionally friendly and professional, making me feel truly valued during my visit. The courtesy car they provided, a Honda Civic 2022, was also impressive.

Great service and really appreciated how they texted me regularly to let me know what was happening. Great work on my car. Thank you.

Highly recommend Elite Xpress Body Shop for any size repair, Marika, Eimear and Wu were super kind, knowledgeable and efficient! The body tech did a great job replacing my rear bumper and the paint job was flawless. They even fixed a dent for free and detailed my car:) 10/10

I have a Tesla Model 3. This review would be a 1 star if not for CSN staff's professionalism and honesty. Firstly, their technician tried 3 times unsuccessfully, to install just a replacement fog lamp in my front bumper. I'm still stuck with the original which functions, but is not properly set in place. Secondly, their first attempt left the bumper's electronic harness unattached, so the fog lamps, heating and parking sensors all didn't work when I got it back. The obvious wasn't tested, but was fixed at the next visit. Thirdly, my car was left unlocked outside for some time. After the first visit over a weekend, I discovered some contents of my car were stollen. Due to the staff's professionalism, they reimbursed me, but this should never have happened in the first place. This whole experience took several months of frustration. You be the judge, but I will not use CSN Elite again.

Took my car in for an estimate to have a few things fixed. They were able to fix almost everything during my estimate and didn't charge me anything. These guys are awesome, 10/10 will be coming back here whenever I need bodywork.

Another great repair by Elite. I no longer live close to this location but It is worth the drive. Communication is fantastic. If you want work done right and a hassle free experience this is the location to visit.

I visited CSN to get an estimate for an ICBC repair, and read a lot of great reviews about their service and found the same thing with my experience - they are easy to do business with all through the process. From first appointment to get an initial estimate to the final delivery and quality of work, I was extremely happy with the service and the results. I would recommend or use CSN Elite Express Collision again.

These folks are always super helpful, especially with ICBC claims. They really help you understand what you can and cannot claim. Their workmanship is top notch and the in house painting is really great.

Service was really well done and I was impressed about the perfect shape they delivered my car after a bumper replacement. Cleaning and de cluttering my car was impressive! These details of service made really the difference and I really recommend this Body Shop. Price competitive and estimate very accurate. Well done everyone!

If you have any car issues COME HERE! Tim and Simone were super helpful and took me through my entire estimate and timeline for my repair. Super helpful and professional!

After further inspection of car after repairs I’ve noticed the following:

- Missing plastic screws used to attach inner fender to bumper
- Reused damaged plastic screws used to attaching inner fender to bumper
- Not inspecting surrounding areas to damaged area
- Physically misaligned headlights and it wasn’t calibrated after physically aligning them

While most listed items above were fixed, I’ve had to drop by shop 7 times to have them addressed. The second last visit was an appointment to take out bumper and confirming all screws in place. After being told that everything is good, I get back home and find it’s missing at least 2 more screws! In My last visit, I couldn’t get a hold of manager. Which made me write to Wade and Connor (owner/senior) about this and I’ve yet to receive a reply.

I’ve left 10/10 review on CSN’s corporate website when I received the car and paid in full believing that everything was done to code.

Positives: Communications with Simone was great in setting up appointments and notifications of repair status. The initial evaluation of needed repairs, options and approximate costs were accurate as outlined by Tim. The bumper cover paint job was great.

Negatives: Lack of attention to details and negligence in out of sight areas. I’ve spent time and gas going back and forth during business hours to have these issues resolved*.

I’d have to order the remaining screws from the dealership and have them inspect the car further.

They do very good work in an efficient and timely manner and for a very reasonable cost. I've been going to them for years and highly recommend them.

I had a couple of scratches to fix under insurance claims. My car was ready in 2 days and everything was perfect.

From start to finish of addressing my vehicle insurance claim to organising a rental big enough for my family in replacement of my car, Simone and Tim were very professional and super helpful and informative. CSN Elite repaired accident damage on my Subaru Forrester. They were very professional and curtious and the end product exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend this shop.

Came to them after finding my car smashed in a hit and run. Obviously wasn't feeling great, but ELITE made the whole process so easy and were extremely friendly and helpful.
Hope I never have to go through that again, but if I do I know who to go to!

Well this was my first time going to repair shop, this place was referred to me by NorthShoreKia where I get my car serviced, and I was not disappointed. I had to repair my front bumper and they did it seamlessly. They did the job earlier than estimated time. And also they did repair one of deep scratches on my car for free, I was so happy. When I picked up my car, it was so shiny and clean even tho I keep my car always clean but this was extraordinary clean and couldn’t tell even my car was in an accident. They were some scratches created at front of my car that it wasn’t there, and they just told me to drop by any time and they would take care of it no question asked. That shows how they take responsibility regards their actions and how good of customer service they have, however I didn’t have a chance to go there yet, but I’m very pleased with how they treated me and how friendly and responsible they act. I would recommend this place to whoever wants great, clean, on time job with fabulous customer care. If I’m not wrong the gentleman who took care of my file called Tim, just want say thank you to him and his team behind the scene for such an amazing service! I do recommend this shop and its great team.

Elite did an amazing job repairing our various dents and scrapes. We wanted to repair several small body dents and minor damage. Not a big job for Elite but they treated the work that way. They even found and fixed extra damage we had not seen and included that in the original work order.

CSN Elite Express exceeded my expectations! I was referred by my sister and she was right when she said they were “the best”! They were friendly, helpful and didn’t make me wait when I arrived to get an estimate. When I decided to go with them they provided a beautiful new courtesy car immediately and got the repairs done in a short time. It was so easy dealing with them and they did a great job with the repair. They also took it to another level of service when they totally cleaned and vacuumed the interior of my car so it was pristine when I picked it up! I will definitely use them again.
