CSN Kelowna Performance were great to work with from start to finish. They kept me updated on the progress and completed a flawless repair on my BMW. Hopefully I don’t need them in the future, but if I did, they would be my 1st choice.

Amazing shop they got my car in when everyone in my home town said it would be almost 6-8 months to have my car repaired, hands down the best body shop experience I’ve ever had!

The staff at CSN Performance Collision were so good, so professional and so kind in how they handled my entire claim. I had no idea on how to deal with an accident, the steps involved, the process, and the staff at CSN walked me through everything! Special call out to Desiree, her help from the time I walked through their door, right up to my pickup was simply outstanding! The repairs to my Infiniti are spot on and my car looks great! I recently went to Kelowna Performance Collision Centre to have my vehicle repaired. Jeff, Carly and Carolyn were professional, courteous and helped me navigate the ICBC claim. They gave me and my older Escape the same great care and service they provide to wealthier clients and their rides. When my SUV was returned to me, the entire vehicle was in immaculate condition and they outdid themselves with the loaner I received. This is most definitely the place to go to get Expert Service and Quality Treatment.

Just recently my 2015 Ford Explorer was repaired by CSN on Enterprise, and the service is still superb. You would never know it had been damaged. Even the interior was cleaned! I would not even think of another shop to handle any future bodywork I may need.

Replaced quick for good price but did not clean my car from broken glass. Last time I had that, they vacuumed the truck.

I was hit head on so the front of the vehicle was very damaged. It did take quite a long time to get the parts which was expected. They were extremely professional, polite and caring to say the least. They are an amazing group of people. Keith, the courtesy vehicle driver, was an absolute delight.

Wow, can’t say enough good things about my experience here. Friendly, downy to earth staff and vibe. Ryan went above and beyond to help! With his help I ended up deciding that I wouldn’t get the dent in my old car fixed before selling it. He gave me the information needed to make an informed choice and the guys in the shop even helped me to fix an interior panel that was falling off. Desiree made the experience Absolutely Amazing, She kept me in the loop in a timely fashion with her fantastic communication skills. When I picked up my car I was completely blown away. Our vehicle had to be repaired (small fender bender) and the repair and overall service was great but I was particularly stoked because the car was totally detailed (inside and out) which was a huge surprise. I definitely recommend the Kelowna Performance Collision location.

My car had a big scratch on it and a dent in a quarter panel that required disassembly, sanding, fabrication, painting, and ceramic coating. They did a great job, looks good as new and as a little surprise, detailed my cars interior. Awesome job!

I was rear ended and my truck need a new bumper, box side and tailgate. It’s better than new now which I’m sure they hear all the time. Paint match was perfect and the box and tailgate line up and close perfectly. While CSN Kelowna Performance had my truck, they took care of the details putting in a new windshield which was not part of my accident claim. When I picked up my truck, the interior was absolutely spotless. I was updated throughout the whole process and the truck was ready on time when they said it would be. While accidents are never fun to deal with CSN Kelowna Performance was fantastic and I would absolutely recommend them to anybody that needs collision services.

They did a great job fixing my mini cooper. Car was side swiped and had damage to the wheels. They did a great job coordinating with mini dealership to get the mechanical fixes done. They also kept me in the loop through the whole process. The body work they did was perfect, looked good as new. They also arranged to get my summer tires put in and worked with rental to get it picked up. Thank you so much for all your work really went above and beyond.

Company was fantastic to deal with from the first phone call through to the return of the vehicle. Always kept in touch to let us know how things were going. Would definitely recommend them.
