CSN Springfield repaired my car from a condition I didn’t even think could be repaired. Also, they did this in significantly less time than most autobody shops told me they could.
Most importantly (for me), they were super on top of their communication, and gave me consistent updates on the timeline. All in all, I would recommend them to anyone looking for a credible place to get their car fixed.

Excellent repairs in a timely fashion. Staff were incredible. Handled all the paperwork on the insurance claim so I basically dropped it off and picked it up. They even cleaned the inside which was a very pleasant surprise. Truck hasn't looked this good in years!

Very prompt service on my bumper replacement. I was updated via text message as the service progressed. I was given a nice clean courtesy car. Right from my first contact experienced superior customer service. Follow up and progress calls were made to me timely and without prompting. What I expected as a week or more time frame to complete repair was accomplished in two days. Damage repair was excellent. First class experience.

Nothing but great things to say about the team here! They were able to get me in for an estimate the day after my car accident (other placers were quoting me 1-2 weeks for just an estimate). They put me in a replacement vehicle as soon as I got there, and were great at sending me updates throughout the repairs.

They really helped ease the stressful situation I was in. My car looks great after all of the repairs they did - 10/10, I would highly recommend!

Went for my estimate appointment. They took pictures and I provided all insurance contact into which they photocopied right there. CSN was aware of timeline with insurance. CSN sent text that day to confirm their estimate time. I never heard from them again, they missed the timeline. Insurance coverage is over. They clearly had my contact info.

CSN did a great job repairing the back end of my black ‘21 f350, the technicians were also able to remove all of the every day scuffs and scratches. I was welcomed into the business with my first name, all paperwork was ready when I dropped the truck off, and the truck was ready in just 2 days, if needed (and hopefully not) I would use CSN Springfield again.

Unfortunately this was the second time in a year that I had to use the services of CSN Springfield. I was rear-ended, twice! In January 2022 I immediately thought to go to Springfield Autobody and was a little dismayed to find that it had changed to CSN Springfield. The team of Jesse at front desk and the crew in the back were very helpful and prompt. I was happy. In late Nov 2022 I was bumped again and this time there was more damage. Jesse went out of his way to make the best decisions for my vehicle and my family. I was absolute pleased with his professional yet congenial approach. The car looked fantastic. I asked about the change to CSN and he mentioned that a couple of guys he had worked with put together a new company and were working to improve the system for vehicle owners. I would highly recommend these guys.

My car was in for minor body repair. The service was spectacular. The appointment was booked quickly and my car was only in overnight. The communication was spectacular. Jesse was amazing and kept in contact via text and kept me informed of every detail. They provided a nice SUV loaner car keeping in mind that I drove an SUV myself and was used to that size. When my car was returned to me, it was cleaned inside and out. I can’t say enough about how seamless the service was, and everything was done to perfection. Jesse was able to fit me in immediately where other shops were saying anywhere from 2-12 months before they could get to me to make repairs.

I sent photos of the damage to Jesse and he gave me a time estimate. He had the parts ordered before my vehicle even arrived at his shop. Jesse looked after having my vehicle towed long distance to CNS Springfield from Nelson through my insurance company and my vehicle was ready within 14 days after it arrived at CNS Springfield.

His willingness to answer questions and respond were quick and concise. His technician and car detailer had my 2021 Toyota RAV4 Hybrid looking like it was new off the lot when I picked it up. I highly recommend CNS Springfield. Jesse and his team do great work and understand customer service.

No one wants to go to body shop, but CSN makes it seamless. Pick up and drop off took less than 5 minutes, all the paperwork was ready to go, and the courtesy car was clean and comfortable. Plus they gave me a free box of Girl Guide cookies at the end.couldn't really ask for a better experience than that when getting your vehicle repaired.

Had to have some collision repairs done, CSN got me an appointment very quickly and had a courtesy car for me. Fixed my car on time and it looks great they had sanitized the interior and it was all vacuumed and the exterior washed and I got a free car wash for later. Thanks CSN, nice people too!

Customer service was top notch. Quote was quick and accurate. They supplied a courtesy vehicle while my car was out of commission. They told me exactly when my car would be ready - and it was ready on time. Great experience and I’d definitely recommend!

Would not recommend going here as they have just shown me that they don’t take any ownership of their mistakes and also blamed it on me. Had my vehicle in for some work and received a so called courtesy wash that I did not know about or approve. This resulted in micro swirl marks across my whole black truck, just 2 weeks after doing a full detailing job on it. When bring it up with the offfice I was told I should’ve know about the wash and directed them not to wash it to prevent something like this happening. Blaming everything they could as to why this happened besides acknowledge their part in it. They will say that the swirl marks were there before and that there is no prof. Just showing no integrity and simply blaming me.

Second time having this shop repair my vehicle. Excellent and friendly service. They know the meaning of customer service and do a top notch repair job as well. Highly recommend!

We used CSN for repairs on our work van. They were so great about communication throughout the whole process and kept me updated on every step. They were also the only repair shop in town that was able to take in our van on the same day.

Had the rear bumper refinished due to a minor fender bender and was very happy with the end product and service I received. Lise had a great little courtesy car ready for us when we dropped off our car. She was super friendly, thorough and professional and kept in touch with us each step of the way. We have used the services of Springfield Auto Body a few times since moving to Kelowna several years ago and our most recent visit confirmed our first impression of this company. Lise was outstanding-helpful, efficient, compassionate and knowledgeable. Our SUV was ready on time, looked brand new and was beautifully cleaned. When driving home, I noticed a warning light on the dash and called Lise. She suggested that we bring the vehicle in the next morning. The mechanic/technician was very helpful and re-scanned the car which solved the problem. They test drove the vehicle for several km to make sure the warning light did not come back on. It didn't and has not since. Thanks Lise and all the staff at Springfield Auto Body! You relieved a lot of our stress by doing an exceptional job in every way!

If you bring them thousands of dollars of an insurance repair and your car was clean before the incident, they will tell you to go wash my car yourself after the repair. If they can't even give you your car back in pre claim condition, sorry.never again. I don't know how much you save by foregoing the car wash, but the cost right now it is this customer.
EDIT: yes you repaired a car for our family. Do you deny that your practice is to hand someone a exterior wash coupon at an automatic wash, after a repair and tell the customer to go wash it yourself?
