Got my scratched car to the shop and got it polished right then and there. Best advice and service possible. Ben was extremely kind and generous with his time. The world would be a better place if there were more people like him around!

Ben and his team did an amazing job of repairing my car on more than one occasion. They are upfront and transparent about the work. Highly recommend this place.

Excellent work. Fixed my rear bumper after a rear end. Can't even see where the issue was. Will be coming here again.

The shop didn't apply the coating in clean area. Had dust particles trapped inside clear coat when received the car.
Response was: "Come after a month, its normal, we'll buff the clear coat. " But that will basically remove the coating and expose the paint.
Not satisfied with finishing of paint.

We scratched our right rear door panel in an underground parking, took our vehicle to CSN Van Burn on Dawson Street on a late Monday afternoon for an estimate. We did not book an appointment ahead of time, Chris was in the shop, gave us a rough estimate, and explained to us the difference between claim ICBC and pay the damage ourselves. We were planning to take the vehicle to another repair shop to compare the prices; but did not do that.

We contacted Chris for a firm estimate the next day; Chris gave us a detailed estimate and specifically mentioned the new painting of the damaged door panel will stand out for a few months until it dyes down against the 10 year old paint.

CSN is a very busy shop and our repair appointment were booked one month after we received the estimate. We contacted Chris one day before our appointment, he had our file ready and a free Japanese brand courtesy vehicle put aside for us. It is worth for the wait, the job completed within the time frame Chris told us. When we took our vehicle back, the repair job did very well, the vehicle was thoroughly vacuum and cleaned in and out.

I had a terrible interaction with the front desk, gave me a bunch a attitude and sent me away because it wasn't going to be an easy fix. They only take on basic work. Amateurs. Not worth your time. Anyone can bolt a new bumper to a car. Take some pride in your work and learn your craft. You don't even know the difference between a tacoma and tundra. You are a business and should treat anyone walking through your door with respect.

Ben helped us to change a new washer fluid tank yesterday. He was very professional and did a really good job!

Ben helped me yesterday with a repair to my back lower panel on my SUV. He was so wonderful, did a fantastic job the same day I called and sent me on my way. I would ALWAYS go back to Van Burn and their team. I look forward to getting my other panel repainted with them knowing how trustworthy and skilled they are.

I had my Jetta assessed for a quote at several auto body shops after explaining I’d be paying out of pocket for the repair. Vanburn was honest and helpful with finding the lowest cost by looking into parts at junkyards and repairing damaged parts instead of replacing them with brand new parts! I saved $3,000. Super pleased with my experience.

Nothing but great things to share about my experience with Van Burn! I dropped off my car on Wednesday and was provided a great loaner vehicle and had my car fixed (and even cleaned) by Friday afternoon. They also noticed something off about my vehicle that was completely irrelevant to the reason I had originally brought my car in for. They went above and beyond and kindly informed me so that I was aware. Exceptional auto body craftsmanship and customer service! Highly recommend these guys!

The team did a great job patching up my car. Their loaner vehicle was new and shiny. The whole process was painless.

There were some minor matters on my car after fixing it, but the staff, Chr**, 's attitude to the matters was very good enough. Also, the thing it provides SUV for rent a car was good. Certainly, I would go again.

Had a mishap with a co create barricade. Snapped the under body spoiler, some other guard and pushed the front bumper so the hood no longer aligned. Within 20 min.they had me operational and comimentary at that. I am astounded. Some coffee gift cards on their way to these great guys.
My Acura Dealer on Lougheed recommended them to me and if I need some claim able repairs I will be back.

My car got rear ended. I bought my car in and Chris took a look and explained to me about the process. After ICBC confirmed that the other party was responsible, I called and Chris scheduled me in the next week. It took 4 business days like he estimated and they provided me a brand new courtesy car. The process was quick, easy and result was like new.

Excellent job with the work on the car and service provided by Chris. They offered a courtesy car when I didn’t have the coverage and my car looks as good as new when I received it. Can’t say enough!

I had some light damage to one side of my sedan. I took the car to VanBurn, who were incredibly helpful and accommodating. The car was repaired and ready right on schedule, the work was top notch and they were professional and helpful in every way. I was quite impressed with the entire experience.

Had a door replaced. Chris, (guy that arranged everything) is super friendly and professional. Job was done well, ahead of schedule and without any fuss. Also nice touch to vacuum the car. Highly recommend. I can see why Coastal Ford use them. Good job.
