CSN West Kelowna were great in taking care of my truck as it had two major accidents and I got it back in pristine condition and finished before the planned date. Thanks so much!

I have mixed feelings about recommending CSN West Kelowna. On one hand, Neal Jones, Manager was outstanding in providing excellent service in ensuring customer satisfaction. I've returned the vehicle 3x and Neal made things happen quickly and efficiently. He was cordial and ensured clear communication.

Beyond that, prior to Neal's involvement, on numerous occasions, I was told by the Repair Assessment staff that parts were order but were not available (COVID backlog). Approximately 8 months after the accident, upon consulting Neal, I find out that my file has been closed with ICBC and a portion of my accident repair issue was never addressed. He immediately had ICBC reopened the file and resolved the repair issue within a week.

The quality of workmanship was substandard. The front passenger door was ill-fitted. It seemed that they were either rushing through the repair or assumed that they could get away with sloppy work.

In conclusion, I know that the repair team are very capable of providing excellent workmanship after being call on the carpet for deficiencies.

Brought my vehicle in after a confrontation with a deer. The estimate was done immediately, and they got me in within a week. The repairs were completed in the ti e promised. The staff for very courteous and professional.

Repaired my all original '99 vehicle's bumper after a hit when parked.as good or better than new.courteous, friendly and professional services and work! Highly recommended!

Had my rear left tail light and bumper replaced, no issues whatsoever. Even had the car brought back detailed and washed.

3 weeks after getting my windshield fixed I drove into another rock on the highway and I was able to drive in and get an appointment right away.and of course they took great care of me and my Truck. Best Receptionist ever.

I had some broken clips on the molding of my wheel well and a portion of the front molding was pulling away. I stopped in to get an estimate. I was driving home from Alberta when the sunroof in my Murano shattered and blew out! When I got home I quickly learned that I needed to make a claim and chose a body shop. I choose CSN in West Kelowna based solely on location. I went by for an estimate and realized that I should have made an appointment but the gentleman behind the desk quickly came out of his office and said he could help me I was so grateful that he squeezed me in without question! He advised me that it could take a week or two to order a new sunroof. Perfect

Later that day I received a call and was booked in for the following Wednesday! When I arrived to drop off my car I was met by the lovely Kimberly who already had my rental car set up! I was expecting that they would have my car for at least 1full day maybe 2 but to my surprise I received a call later that day that my car was ready for pickup, when I arrived to pick it up I was completely surprised to see that they had completely cleaned my vehicle it was spotless both inside and out! It felt like a brand new vehicle and I was completely thrilled!

CSN West Kelowna by far exceeded my expectations from the moment I walked in to their shop until I picked up my vehicle, so once again Thank you! I will definitely recommend CSN West Kelowna to all my friends and family! Great job!

This place was good when it was Boyd's, I have been going to Boyd's since I lived in westbank for over ten years for all my autobody and paint work.
Now that it is csn they turned me away said they have no staff and could not fix my car, even tho I had an icbc claim.
I would not waste my time even going here they might as well close there doors if they don't have the staff to properly serve there customer's
