Took our computer to CSR and the owner Bill was quick to diagnose our problem and give us a reasonable and affordable solution. Highly recommend.

Horrible customer service, months of ignoring my calls. Almost certain he sold me used parts and charged me for new. Lost several screws from the motherboard and case and just didn't bother to replace them. Going to Bill at CSR is not worth it.

I Have used CSR computer service several times and William has solved my problems each and every time! Its a great service that I highly recommend!

Since 2018, Bill has been our go-to person to set up and service our in-house server as well as the desktop and laptop computers we use to run our small business. Whenever we need to call him with a question or for service, he is quick to answer and will often be able stop by our office on the same day. Patient, skillful, and with up-to-date knowledge about our new laptops and operating systems; we are very happy with the consistent service we’ve received over the years.

Hello - I have been a client of CSR Computers for a very long time. Bought my original computer from Bill and then was a client as a small business account for over 5 years and then back to being a 'user' client. Have had terrific response and help over a span of more than 15 years!

I've done business with Bill and CSR Computers since 2010. He has been my computer tech from my apartment on Rutland Rd to my newly built home near downtown Kelowna.
He comes out regularly each year and services all my devices and most recently installed security cameras around my home and I couldn't be more happier.
He Is honest, reliable and affordable. Couldn't be more pleased with his work.

We called Bill out to fix our too apple macbooks and he did a fantastic. He also was very patient in answering all of our questions. Would definitely recommend and also have him back in the future.
