CTS Turbo

CTS is amazing, top shelf products and they have EVERYTHING! The fact that they're local to me and I was able to pick my parts up is a game changer. The atrocious shipping costs from other manufacturers/retailers has stopped me from many purchases but CTS makes things possible that wouldn't be otherwise. Nik Martynov was personally extra helpful and threw in a bunch of freebies to represent the brand and I will do so proudly. CTS will get ALL my buisness:)

If you’re looking for a SCAM this is certainly feeling like one! It’s been over a month since I’ve had a reply from this company and even then I feel like it was automated. I’ve reached out to anyone and everyone countless times since ordering from their website and have been left in the dark. I spent over 1k on a turbo just for them to take my money and run. I’ve read countless reviews and comments of people having the same issue. They tell you it will ship shortly after first contacting them and then ghost you. Chances are if you ask for a refund for a part they probably never made or had, you won’t even see your money ever again. AVOID THIS AS POSSIBLE, THIS PLACE PROBABLY ISN'T EVEN REAL. Anger is understatement and at this point I’m hoping something comes out of this even if it saves someone else from wasting their money and thinking they have hope for something they worked so hard to buy.

The guys over at CTS Turbo are the best! I’ve built 4 cars now with CTS parts and everything had installed smoothly and worked as expected. Fit and finish is great with reasonable prices and high quality. Customer support is top notch and they’re a Canadian company so fast shipping and no border or customs fees in Canada. Thanks again guys!

Ordered the CTS Big Turbo FMIC kit from ECStuning for my B6A4 and I was shorted the 90degree elbow. I contacted CTS after ECS wanted me to remove what I had installed, send it back and get a replacement sent after receiving my package first. I didn’t wanna take the long route so CTS resolved the issue and sent me the elbow along with some “swag”. Appreciate the business!

Do not order anything. The absolute worst customer service. So heres how this goes. 1. You check the website usually always will say "In stock" then reading there fine print you need to give them about a week to process your order. 2 After a week you double check whats going and notice now that part you ordered is on back order. Weird. You try to call them which the phone number by the way goes to nobody its a automated response that tells you to email them. 3 You find the part from another website and brand, you then go back and sumbit a cancellation for the part you ordered and a hour later they then say your part has been shipped and where still you can not get ahold of a single real life human being to actually speak to. Get your parts from any other provider.

Customer service is terrible. Clay Marshall is a punk. I wouldn’t ever support this business.

Staff really care about their products and customers. The supra turbo kit has been absolutely spectacular, so much power, it’s unreal. No issues with fit or performance, have not had a bad experience to date. Would recommend!

Extremely high quality products! Both intake kit and downpuoes with HFCs fit perfectly! Not to mention great customer service!

Great performance products. Picked up my new air intake system and downpipe and can finally let my turbo breath.builds boost and spools so much faster and sounds amazing!

Awful to deal with. Use a more professional company with better products than CTS. Unfortunately these guys are very hard to deal with and their customer service level is 0.

Their terms are that they won't refund your money even if the order is canceled within 5 minutes of ordering. Buyer beware. Those terms are ridiculous. Once they have your money you're out of luck.

Anyone can come up with ridiculous terms "you agree to when ordering". Good companies won't have unreasonable terms and then later blame the customer.

Imagine buying an iphone and agreeing to their terms and conditions that apple gets to keep your money even if you cancel the order same day

You're right Apple would never do that. Because Apple isnt a shady company like CTS. Grow up CTS

I'm confused by those reviews that claim CTS Turbo is nothing but awesome. I highly recommend this place! Quick delivery and friendly staff.

Well I've heard many great things about CTS Turbo. From all their products on down to their great customer service. My intake has been working flawlessly and I can't recommend these guys enough!
