Fantastic food. The flavors were delicious, and everything we had was super fresh.

The service was great - very friendly and accomodating. The server helped us decide on how much we could share between the two of us, and even told us when we were about to order way more than we could have realistically finished, which was much appreciated!

The food was awesome, the service was very good, and the vibes were great so overall, we were very happy with the experience! Oh and the drinks were delicious! Highly recommend the rickshaw cocktail if you're not a big tequila drinker:)

The only piece of feedback I have is that we could have used a little more guidance. We were looking for some help with the ordering process, and still ended up ordering two dishes which contained very similar ingredients (pork belly confit and blistered shishito chiles). Since we were looking to order more dishes than we actually ended up getting, it would have been nice to know which ones out of the ones we were interested in would have been a good mix of different ingredients. If my biggest complaint is that I wish we had a chance to try even more of the delicious ingredients, I think this place is doing pretty well!

Darren the bartender is so much fun! We had dinner at his bar on Friday night. He knows his cocktails, and makes an awesome margarita. Very knowledgeable about the drinks and the menu as well. The tapas were large portions and so unique. The combinations of foods and flavours was excellent! Make sure you have dessert the churos are soo good along with all the yumminess that is in the martini glass! Highly recommend for food drink and such great service!

It was my first time here, everything was so delicious! We tried the tasting menu, and everything that came out was so GOOD! Even the drinks were amazing. The service was excellent! Everyone was so nice and friendly. I highly recommend this restaurant!

Good vibes, great cocktails and delicious food! We tried the scallop ceviche, pork tacos, corn and brussell sprouts. All great, will be back to try the lamb!

Every dish was a win. Try the corn, steelhead ceviche, lamb asado, sable fish, and pork belly for a fun evening of share plates with presentation and flavour that won’t disappoint. All of the cocktails were top tier but it was the tequila verdita that won the show. Will be back for sure.

Everything on the menu is to die for, the Peruvian scallop ceviche and lamb sirloin asado being my top go to!

The cocktails are so unique and the flavours are crafted perfectly. And not to mention the atmosphere is amazing and full of life!

The only con about this place is, I can now never eat anywhere else because Cuchillo has raised my standards too high.

The steak taco with the blueberry sauce was so good! And ask for hot sauce, especially Heckfire, it pairs so well with the tacos if you’re looking for a kick.
We got guacamole, tuna ceviche, steak taco, lamb taco, and the dessert. Highly recommend the tuna ceviche too!

I’ve been to cuchillo a couple of times and it has never disappointed. The staff are friendly and the food is great. Their cocktails are also really good.

Great food and friendly staff! We went during dine out and the food was fantastic. Can't wait to go back to try their regular menu!
