They lie on their website. It says walk in clinic but when my wife arrived for a visit they turned her away even thought the entire place was empty and they said they no longer accept walk ins.

Find a better place.

We thank Dr. Jafarian for all his care and support over past few years. With different type of health concerns he is always responsive

The fact that being a medical clinic receptionist isn't an easy job does not mean that they are allowed to be negligent, specially when it comes to individual's critical health situation. This clinic is not a cosmetic clinic so please select your staff wisely.

Very rude receptionists. I called last week and over the phone a receptionist said they do accept walk in and new patients. I walked into book an appointment for my son and ask if they were taking new patients, the receptionist or doctor rolled her eyes, looked me up and down and said no and turned away.

Extremely rude and unprofessional.

One of the worst experiences of having a family doctor in Vancouver based on the several years of experiences in these clinic. I can't stand it any more after several times facing with rude behaviors of doctor and also secretaries. Especially after waiting for more than 1 hour in waiting room for an online appointment and they were still encourage me to wait more and finally doctor didn't show up at all. What is the meaning of appointment and punctuality? ! I highly recommend to not waste your time here even once!

I recently visited Cure Medical Clinic and had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Jafarian. I cannot recommend him enough! He is everything you would want in a family doctor - knowledgeable, patient, and a great listener. He took the time to answer all of my questions and provided me with clear explanations about my health concerns.
Additionally, the staff at the clinic were outstanding. They were polite, helpful, and made me feel welcome from the moment I walked in the door. Overall, my experience at Cure Medical Clinic was fantastic, and I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of great medical care.

I am happy with my family doctor, Dr. Ahmad Setayesh.
However, the administration service always appointments me. I called several times to book an appointment. No luck. I tried to book my appointment online. Online booking system was not available! (attached picture)

Dr. Setayesh has been my family doctor for many years now. He is very empathetic and listens to all of my concerns. He has been especially helpful with refferals to specialists. Thank you Dr. Setayesh for everything!

Dr Afshari is the best dr I have ever had by a long shot. He listened to all my concerns and never made me feel silly only validated. He was kind and compasinate and I was so sad when he left canora for B. C. You are lucky to have him!

Even though you hid my previous review from the public with a thousand tricks, I declare here that Dr. Jafarian is not only a good doctor, but also a very self-satisfied, rude and irresponsible person without the slightest sense of respect and concern for his patient's condition. Yes, please don't even go near this clinic and this doctor who does even violate his medical oath.

Just don't go there. The disdain for people is over the top.

I have been dealing with Dr Setayesh and the staff for many years. Super professional Doctor and friendly staff I highly recommend Dr Setayesh.

First they changed my appointment day and time without consulting, then upon arrival found the doors locked. Worst clinic. Never been happy with their service, highly unprofessional

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Dr. Satayesh is my family doctor but he has 0 empathy or understanding for young female clients like myself. He is rude, condescending, irresponsible, and misogynistic. I have been waiting for an allergist clinic to contact me for over 2 months. I had to make an appointment with Dr. Satayesh to follow up with him and the clinic to see what was going on because I wasn’t aware it would take 2+ months to be CONTACTED— not even SCHEDULED for an appointment with an allergist. After asking what is the status on my wait time, he replies with “I dont know, I’m not them. I wouldn’t know your wait time. ”? He then proceeds to tell me that i could be waiting anytime from 1 week to 6 months… As a doctor, dont you think you should tell your patient that it could take up to 6 months? If I was waiting for a surgery, dont you think you should tell your patient the wait time to get the procedure done, and to give them a protocol to follow while they wait for their surgery?

This clinic is the worst, I wish Dr. Jalali was still here. But fortunately I will be switching family doctors because I do not deserve to be treated like this as a patient.

Don’t even get me started with the reception staff that work here. Absolute garbage.

Dr Setayesh is amazing professional and caring doctor.
He is my family doctor from 4 years ago and I really recommend him.

I can say how much my spouse and I are appreciate of Dr. Afshari - he has been nothing but a very attentive and patient family Doctor with us, and we are very appreciative of him. A side note and thank you to staff of Cure Medical for being a great support.

Awful experience! I've never seen such an unprofessional and extremely rude staff and manager. The receptionists over there are the worst and the most irresponsible people. A secretary (Mahsa) missed three time my appointment and every single time she (Mahsa) said someone new made mistake! She (Masha) tell lie and deny, and when I had complain, the manager (Goli) said she is the best and she is Doctor’s wife Last time they lost my forms and when I asked them what should I do now? Another secretary (Paniz) said what’s your suggestion and when I sent again the form by email for them and following the forms, the manager (Goli) said should be pay 35 $ for that although one week ago she gave me different cost (30$) for that, and when I went for pick up, the secretary said you have to pay 70 $! They don’t care about patients they see patients only as money. Goli said that everything I say is from the doctor!
I decided to move my file to the other doctor, and he filled my form just in 5 minutes and FREE but they wasted my time as one months!
I am sorry for the Iranian community who are forced to deal with such clinics with no consideration and big egos because of their language barrier in life

My family doctor is Dr. Hamed Afshari. He's a wonderful doctor and I am very happy with him. I am just super irritated and disappointed by the service at the clinic in general. Lack of organization and communication. I tried calling them to book an appointment but no one would pick up. I tried booking my appointment online but their online service doesn't work. What a mess! The owner seriously needs to review their procedures and fix this!

EXTREMELY RUDE RECEPTIONIST and what a waste of my time. Even though I read in the reviews before but I still went here. And I kid you not I wouldn’t go here even if someone paid me. I booked an appointment here weeks before, took day off from work to visit. 10 mins before my time she called and said my msp is not covered which I didn’t understand because it was my first visit to a doctor in Canada and I did tell her that when I FIRST CALLED. However, she shouldn’t Have booked me if I wasn’t covered OR ATLEAST INFORMED ME A FEW DAYS BEFORE. Later I happened to be near the clinic so I thought I’ll ask about how I’m not covered by msp. She refused to talk me without appointment And was soooo rude. Told me to go somewhere else.

This clinic is the worst in North Vancouver. Rude and unprofessional staffs and manager. I never recommend it.

Awful experience: I was running to make it until the clinic is closed and I was there 25 minutes before 18.00.
A person there closed the door in front of me and said that she already shut down the computer.
And she even didn’t ask me if I had an emergency or anything. Everything she was co cernes about is to shut the door behind my face 25 minutes before the end of working hours announced in the Internet.
Awful attitude.

Couldnt have a worse experience! I booked an appointment 5days ago with dr Sirous Jafarian. My appointment was at 5.30PM by the phone. After calling the clinic 3times, dr called back at 7PM! He was super rude, apathetic and not knowledgable at all! After 10 minutes of talking, he didnt let me continue and explain the other medical situation I was concerned about! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS DOCTOR AND CLINIC!

Due to Dr. Jafarian's wrong acting and not knowing about the vaccination protocols I didn't receive the Covid-19 vaccine today. Thank you for that. Not recommended.

I have not satisfied about secretary of jafarian doctor. Today I got appointment for husband and I explained that we have Quebec health cart. She (shirin, secreter) told come to doctor and she gave us time 4: 00 pm. I went from downtown to there in rush hours and again I called about 10 minutes late for delay. Finally, my husband went in clinic for visit doctor. But shirin told we didn’t except Quebec health cart and you must pay 100$ cash. They did not care my husband is sick and explained them (blood pressure is 15 degree and I am not ok). For them was not important patient bad situation and maybe die. She (shirin) tell lie and deny.she just want 100$ money under table. After that we went to hospital for my husband dangerous situation. If she’d not except by phone we went to clinic in downtown and we didn’t lost the time. They game with healthy of patients just for money.

5 stars for Dr Seteyesh. Professional, patient and caring doctor. Been seeing him since 2015 and wouldn't see anyone else.

I couldn't be happier. I came here without an appointment and was greeted by super friendly and accomodating staff. I was able to see Dr. Afshari in less than 40 minutes. Unfortunately we ran out of time due to some personal complications but Dr. Afshari was extremely attentive, thourough and understanding. I could tell he was determined to offer the best care possible, which is an experience I don't find with many doctors. I look forward to following up with him soon.

I had an amazing experience. Great service from front desk and Dr. Afshari was very pleasant, effective and on time.

Went in for a walk in appointment, was told that Dr Setayesh no longer accepts walk ins but was referred to the other walk in doctor, I believe it was Dr. Jafarian, the whole process took less than 5 minutes and I was able to see him very quickly. The doctor was thorough and did give me what I went in for, he took the time to explore options, not the friendliest however, but did his job well and helped me with my concern. The clinic exceeded my expectations for a walk in clinic. If you need to see a doctor and can't afford waiting for hours go here as they are not that busy yet and will get you in to see a doctor soon. The staff at the front desk were absolutely amazing, friendly and fantastic. New management and new doctors are really working well for the clinic!
