I’ve been getting all things tire’s done at Curtis Tire for years! These guys are professional, efficient, and knowledgeable. Couldn’t recommend them enough!

I have been going to Curtis Tire & Wheel Abbotsford for years. The guys there are knowledgeable and professional. My winter rims and tires were purchased there and every year they do my wheel switch. The reason that prompted me to write this review is, to avoid my rims getting beat up, I request they do not use the power tools when switching my wheels and every year they comply to my request. Also I scratched my passenger side rims on the curb. I had them send out through Curtis Tire for repair. They were like new. I highly recommend Curtis Tire & Wheel Abbotsford.

They are the best. For anything tire related, they'll give you great tires, great service, and normal prices.
Plus, they give free drop-in service for flat tires and rotations (if you bought the tires there, which you should because they're awesome).
Annnnnd, they have free hot drinks while you wait.
Basically, unless you hate the brands of tires they offer, you should go here. But also, don't go here, cause the more popular they get, the longer I'll have to wait in line.

Made an appointment to get some winter tires I bought installed on my van. Sent my son there, and they wouldn't install them because they were not the factory size. Went to Abby tire instead, installed them no problem.

Very happy with Curtis Tire. Spoke with both Gord and Dave and both were very helpful. Got my car in and tires on in a timely fashion. Highly recommend.

I came in today and they were very quick to change my spare tire cheaper than their competitors. They had a clean lobby with WiFi, air conditioning, water and coffee. They also recycled a damaged tire of mine and were instrumental in providing strong recommendations

Best tire shop in town! After we got a runaround at Abbotsford Chrysler they were awesome and I had my tire repaired quickly and on my way. Can't say enough good about this shop. Customer for life.

Caught in a bind trying to get home to the interior on a storm day. Curtis Tire came thru. Put 4 new snow tires on my car in very short notice, got me on the road in 1hour. Tires performed beautifully and had amazing traction on hills where others were struggling to climb. I am so very grateful for their amazing service and lovely kind attitude. Thank you.

GO HERE. That is ultimately the moral of this. Skip your big box stores and mass production agencies, and visit this shop! I called around to several places, prepared to buy a whole new set of tires (knowing mine were near the end of their life and having one flat) and Curtis Tire and Wheels offered to fix my flat tire AND quoted me on new and used tires, should (and I will) ever return!
The customer service was excellent, my tire was repaired, my other tires were cleaned and shined up, and they sent me on my way! They didn’t take advantage of someone who didn’t know what they were doing and they provided exceptional service! 13" tires are hard to find for an old Civic. They sold me a set of 4 rated for M+S that are 100% garbage in the snow. They did not stand behind their product; no offer to do anything. Salesman told me not to expect too much from an "entry level" tire. It wasn't entry level when they sold it, just when the problems came.

Stephen was very friendly and helpful, had the guys fill up my tires in under 5 minutes and I was out of there. Thank you!

Rotors bought Aug 13/20 needed replaced July 19/22! I had not braked hard enough so they rusted! BetterBusiness said Rotors had a warranty that expired so I have no case! TAKE CARE if you buy Rotors.
I have spoken to the manager and it has been a misunderstanding on my part and I withdraw the previous comments.
Everything has been handled even better than I expected.

Went to get a quote on new tires and they gave me 4options of tires. They told me they could do it right away after I decided and they were done installing in less than 45 minutes after I walked through the door. I’m very impressed by the service and friendliness I received at Curtis Tires. Will definitely recommend this company to everyone. Thank you!

I only dealt with them briefly for your repair but the service was very fast, efficient, and kind. Everyone there was friendly and I never once felt uncomfortable. Will definitely be back.

Went for an alignment and was charged extra 15% on top of a high price already for 2 simple adjustments that took less than 5 min. Friendly service but a money hungry shop.

You can't find better customer service anywhere. Honest and experienced staff. If you need any tire or alignment work, Curtis should be your first and only stop.

Daughter went in for ball joint replacement (as she was told she needed from another shop who quoted 2x the price Curtis Tire quoted). After inspection we were told we did not need them done but we needed brakes (which she knew). They did her brakes and alignment and we were off. They could have easily done her ball joints and charged us for them. The honesty and professionalism goes a very long way. Would definitely recommend Curtis tire to anyone.

Had a tire with a leak slow leak, went in expecting to patch/replace at least one tire. 15 minutes after arriving, they'd repaired it and sent me on my way.

Just went for a tire repair and it was super quick and cheaper than other places. They didn't try to upsell me anything either which was a nice change from a lot of mechanics.

I got a flat tire on my way home to kamloops and it turned out it wasn't just flat it was ruined. Had to call around to find my specific type of tire Curtis tire couldn't get one in but the fellow I spoke with on the phone called around and found a place that had the one I needed, talk about going above and beyond. Then he called later to check on me. Thank you!

Good overall service! They are fast, reliable and professional. My only complaint is that they over-torqued the lug nuts/bolts on my Honda Accord, last time I had them install my winter tires. They did 140 ft-lbs, instead of 80, which is overkill, in my opinion. That can cause rotors to warp and it's also a pain to undo those bolts using a tire wrench, if you have a flat tire on the highway. I'm not saying they do this all the time, I just wanted to let other customers know what happened to me.

I went into their shop with what I thought was a slow leak, and they informed me that it was a puncture. They immediately stopped my anxiety by telling me there was a cost effective route and a longer lasting option, and offered a used or a new tire. The rate was decent and the people were so friendly, will definitely go back here when I need my tires replaced!

Had a flat tire and rolled into Curtis on my donut. They were less than half an hour fixing my tire, super polite, friendly and knowledgeable. So kind, and had free coffee while I waited. Just got a set of BFG I was impressed has fast they got me in and out an plus free flat tire repair and fee tire rotation every 10k I am new in town and I will recommend this place as a go to spot as they provide high quality service

Curtis Tire are working at trouble shooting some Tire pressure monitor system issues for an account. They are polite and quick to address the problem and we hope to work it out soon. The poster on the wall was humorous so I took a picture to share.

Took my car into Curtis Tire with no appointment. It had a slow leak. Less than an hour (given it's their slow season), it was patched and I was on my way. Great customer service!

Got fuel rims and K02s on my ‘05 Ranger from these guys. Amazing service and looks great! Highly recommend this place, they do business the way it should be done.

My husband has been going there for years.bought new tires and they never returned the special tool to remove his lug nuts.now we have to spend like 150 bucks to get one. NOT HAPPY!

Super fast service was able to get my new quad tires switched over very quickly I dropped off at 9 am and had them back in just over an hour, super cheap. Compared to what I was quoted at some other places.

Also when I got hit by someone running a red the body shop dropped my truck off after they had done their work and they had my truck tire replaced balanced and all the other work they needed to do done withing 2 hours as well HIGHLY RECOMMEND! One happy customer!

I got exceptional service. I needed to switch my tires and they did it for me even though I did not have an appointment which I was really lucky to have had that done because usually they only do it by appointments

Went to them to make sure it's a nail in the tire before removing it myself and losing air in a parking lot I decided to bring it to these guys. I asked them confirm it's a nail in the tire (which was never done) and then proceed.instead the wheel was removed then the tire was removed from the wheel only to tell me there was no nail. I was told it was just the head of the bolt in the tread. I didn't get what I asked for I paid and left this is the second time I got burnt from these guys an hour and half wasted.im very disappointed with thr service I got second time around.

Had some new wheels installed by Curtis Tire. Steph was great for answering questions and explaining the best fit for what we wanted. The installed rims look great. Very happy with with our choice to use Curtis Tire. We would not hesitate to recommend them as a great place to get new wheels.

Bought four KO2 tires for the Navigator last year, 2020 March.
There's a slow leaks on one of the tire, and they fix it for FREE after a Year! Talk 'bout after sales and Customer service, WoW. AWESOME!

You *might* be able to get your tires/wheels done cheaper somewhere else BUT you can definitely rely on Curtis for good, honest service and a job done right. I wouldn't trust my vehicle to just anyone, so I go here!

I called. Got in right away to fix a flat. Stephen was amiable, personable. Love it when staff is will banter back and forth with you. Staff was friendly all around.
They have coffee on site as well.

They were very courteous, and more importantly, completed the job on time. The cost was reasonable as well. I’d highly recommend them for all of your tire needs.

I go here any time I need any tire work. They're incomparable.

I had my first car (and same car today) 21 years ago while living in Abbotsford and went to Curtis Tire because my parents had gone there for years. These folks are efficient, professional and have always gone over the top to help a guy out when in need.

Just today, even when appointments are now required for service work, they found time to fix a punctured tire in an unbelievably short half hour. I cannot begin to explain how amazing that is when job sites in Richmond and Chilliwack are needing service on the same day.

I've gone in to inquire about new tires and they've actually told me to wait a bit to before spending money in their own shop, even blank cheque.

These are the most honest and professional people to go to in the trade. Full stop. (Ha! Tire pun!)

I came with no appointment. 40 minutes later I was leaving with new tires on my ride for 500$. Thats 5 stars to me!

Best place for wheels and tires, been dealing with these guys since the 80's excellent service, honest, great guys to deal with. I've moved out of town and still do business with them and will drive there to buy tires or have any suspension work done. Highly recommend these guys.

Had a flat tire unexpectedly and someone recommended Curtis Tire & Wheel. Turns out Mazda wheel nuts need a special key (which Mazda did not include in my car when I bought it, had no idea!). The guy was super helpful and another gentleman who had the same type of Mazda suggested we try his key (instead of me having to drive to the automall to get one from Mazda and then come back), and it worked. He quickly fixed my tire and I was able to be on my way. Highly recommend this place!

TERRIBLE!
I had an alignment done 3 months ago and it was not done right. My tires are bald now, when i called to tell them they said "oh its another 150 for an alignment ". They did not care they did it wrong. They are not how they used to be. Poor customer service. Definitely do not recommend. They lost us as a customer aswell as my family and friends who used to go to them.

WARNING: Curtis tire installs your wheels with an impact. If you need to remove the wheel for any reason yourself. You will not be able to loosen the wheel nuts with the tools supplied with the car.

All of the employees I dealt with were very friendly, and knowledgeable without being condescending. They also got my car in and out much quicker than I expected as they were pretty busy. But by far the best part of the experience was the shop guys' performance of 'Crank That' by Soulja Boy, made my day, 10/10

The best place to buy tires in the Fraser Valley. I have been buying tires from them since the 1970’s. A few years ago I came in fully prepared to buy winter tires. They said your tires are just fine. Great honest service and excellent advice. I would never go anywhere else.
