Cycle BC Rentals and Tours

I rented two performance bikes (Norco Search gravel/touring bikes) for a multi-day tour around southern Vancouver Island. Service at CycleBC was amazing-the team took interest in the trip and gave lots of local suggestions for things to check out and places to camp. They were also super accommodating; they gave us space to pack up in the shop, gave us some spare tubes, and made sure we had enough tools to handle any issues on the trip. The bikes worked great and had no issues during the ~400km of riding. The price for a week rental was also very fair-made it worth while to rent instead of flying with our own bikes! I highly recommend CycleBC and would absolutely rent from them again!

Had great service. They accommodated our large group of 15 with E bikes, and they all worked flawlessly.

Don’t waste their time. Showed up at 4: 30 for a 1 hour rental, we’re told it was too late in the day, you know just in case we got back after 5: 30, so they could close at 6 (or if you reference the website it says 7pm in spots). No need to go back.

I love this place and bringing friends here when they are in town for a visit. We usually rent a couple of Honda Ruckus scooters. It's an incredibly fun way to tour with friends and show them around Victoria. Riding up and down Dallas road and checking out all the lookouts, beaches, and cool houses. Also the staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. You also get a thorough lesson on the ins and outs of the scooters.

Friendly fast service, excellent bikes equiped with great locks and helmets. The person at the desk also gave us a few suggestions on where to go for great tour of spring flowers on our rented bikes. We had a great time!

Incredible service and a fair price, I highly recommend it if you are spending vacations in Victoria during an appropriate season. Bicycling is very enjoyable in the city, and this site allows those who are passing through to enjoy the activity.

Ander the owner is really awesome. I was in at the last minute for a ICBC motorcycle road test a few months ago. All his motorcycle was rented however i requested if there was any chance as i just needed for test and will be back. Somehow he manger to help me with one. Really appreciated, as i had came all the way from Nanaimo to Victoria. Also getting a ICBC appointment again was difficult due to covid protocols. Kudos to Ander thank’s a lot.

Excellent service, staff courtois, accommodant et efficace. Nous avons loué deux motos pour 3 jours, ils ont donc gardé nos bagages, les motos étaient en parfaite condition, espace de rangement supplémentaire disponible. Nous avions notre équipement, mais ils ont tout sur place. Juste WOW!

Did a 24 hour rental and went to salt spring. Super fun and the staff were very helpful and accommodating. Reasonable prices. Highly recommend!

Straight forward, huge fleet for same day, on-the-fly rentals. Reasonable prices for by the hour. They had a map with route guides for tourists like us.

Easy to deal with, good price and I was on my way quickly.
Jacket, gloves were ok, but they don't rent pants and helmet was basic.
Overal I had a great experience, I will be back!

This place has always had AMAZING service, which is why we bring anyone who visits us on the island to rent a scooter so we can all enjoy riding around. Today was no different, except they went above and beyond when the mechanic made sure my tires and chain were all good before I went off riding with my friends and I had my OWN bike, they just show that much support for the biker community. We will be back again and again! Thanks guys!

We hired electric bikes and an Africa Twin adventure motorbike for 4 days. Pickup and communication beforehand was superb with no issues and the guys were really helpful and patient explaining everything. We also needed gear and this was provided at a great price as well as fitting perfectly. The bikes and gear were top quality clean and undamaged. The bikes ran faultlessly and had been maintained to a very high standard. On return the guys came out to welcome us back and dealt with the admin in minutes. We can't recommend Cycle BC enough! Perfect in every way. Definately THE place to go for all your bike hires.

If you are looking for a place to rent a bike for the day, this is the place to go. The employees are welcoming, outgoing and friendly. The reservation process is extremely easy, fast and efficient. Above all, the price is reasonable and really fair! I expected to pay a minimum rate, but no! They charge to the nearest half hour! I highly recommand this place.

Cycle BC was so great to rent a motorcycle from for the day! The staff were friendly and knowledgable and they had great gear. We had a blast ripping around Vancouver Island for the day. We will be back!

Tip Top, first rate experience. We rented electronic bicycles and went out for about 3 hours. Amazing trail (Lochside) goes on forever. A must do for anyone looking to spend a few hours (or a day) checking out the sights in/around Victoria BC.

Marty hooked us up with two e-assist bikes for 24 hours and we were not disappointed. He had some great suggestions for where to go and what to do on the bikes. Easy to get all hooked up and ready to go, from helmet to utility bag, we had everything we needed for an amazing day. Conveniently located near all points of interest. Would highly recommend this place for all your Victoria biking needs.

We rented a Yamaha 2 seat scooter for a night ride! We did 30-40km along the cost and took in the sights. However on our return the scooter broke down on us due to an unknown mechanical issue. We had to hide the scooter in a bush and call a cab to get home. The guys at the shop made it right and paid for my cab and did not charge for the rental. I had assumed the belt has failed but it seems I was incorrect.

These people were pros from start to finish for my week long motorcycle rental. Great communication and easy to deal with. Have rented from them 4 times now and it is a breeze each time. Most of the staff are "two wheelers" who can impart local knowledge on where to find the best twisties.

Super simple to rent a scooter here. In the heart of Victoria. Rented here a couple times. Very laid back.

Rented a roadie from them for two hours. Bike was in great shape, clean and an absolute joy to ride. They supplied a pump and lock in a convenient bag attached to the bike. The rates were great and the staff was very friendly. Absolutely would recommend.

I have rented motorcycles and e-bikes from Cycle BC over the years and have always had a great experience. Excellent service, and the bikes are always in really nice shape. Highly recommended and I will be back to rent some e-bikes soon.

We asked to rent two bikes. The condition of the bikes were good. They cared for everything we need to do. Gave us the lock for free, which needed to be pay for at other places. Should go this place if you need a bike to rent.

What an awesome place. Was just killing time one day so I decided to walk in a see about a day rental. Was around $120 is for the whole day. 10 minutes later I'm cruising up the coast enjoying the great BC scenery.this is awesome!

If you're in the Victoria area and are looking for a great way to get around the city and surrounding area, these guys are a fantastic choice! Ander was very helpful in assisting us with our bike choices, showing us the great trails and giving us his expertise on the area. We would definitely come back. Kudos all around!

Other than my buddy getting a 500$ bill for a small crack in plastic it was actually epic took 2 scooters 90 + kms in 24hr

Rented a scooter from them to show my buddy around town, was good fun and I believe under $50, a great way to show someone around the city or go on a date, was super easy to learn too.
