I travelled all the way from Alberta to purchase a sled from Cycle North Powersports as they were the only dealer in Canada that had the Polaris sled I was looking for. Sheldon was very responsive and helpful right from the beginning. He was quick to respond through email and phone calls and kept me up to date through the stop sale recalls from Polaris. When I arrived to pick up the machine the staff was very friendly and helpful, from the girl that greeted me at the door all the way to the guy that did the walk through. I was offered help from multiple staff members in between. I would definitely recommend this dealership.

Kodi, the salesman was easy to deal with, prompt in his responses, and had everything ready for us. Dropping off our trade was painless and final numbers were as agreed upon + a full gas tank in the new machine which a lot of dealers don't do anymore. Finance dept did not push extended warranty options. Finance advisor could benefit from being more attentive to his customers as we both commented on how he came across as disingenuous. Overall, I would recommend Cycle North to a friend.

This is the kind of place that goes above and beyond. My motorcycle broke down in Burns Lake, and I ordered a new fuel pump from Cycle North. I got ahead of myself, it was really a broken spade connector in my fuel pump assembly, which I discovered when I pulled it out of the fuel tank. They were short and brittle wires with barely any slack and I only had my under-seat toolkit so I was worried I'd do more damage if I tried to fix it myself. I brought my fuel pump assembly to them when I picked up the new fuel pump and they fixed it on the spot for me free of charge in minutes. Obviously you can't ever expect free service, but this is the kind of place where that sort of thing can happen. Real kindness from competent problem solvers. I tossed the new fuel pump and assembly back in my bike and continued my trip. Thank you so much for getting me back on the road when I was far from home!

The parts department is fantastic. Fair to good prices and even better service from the parts people. I'll recommend them to anyone! The motorcycle sales department unfortunately is not. I wasted almost two months trying to buy an Africa Twin on consignment last year, and was willing to buy the brand new one on the floor. Getting a price from these guys was like pulling teeth. The owner of the consignment bike wasn't great, but I would have bought the new one in a heartbeat if the sales staff would actually have given me a price (wanted some luggage as well). As I was losing months of the riding season in the process, I got fed up and flew down to Vancouver and bought one from Burnaby Honda instead and rode it home. Very disappointing to say the least. These guys need to realize that markets fluctuate, and it is the customer service that will carry them through when it becomes a buyers market again. I try to shop local and support my neighbours, but that experience was ridiculous. I'll still buy my parts there, but I can't recommend them for sales.

Huge selection on hand for boats, quads, and all sorts of outdoor power gear and accessories. We spent an hour or so shopping for a boat with Sheldon. Service was top notch; honest, helpful and easy ro talk to. When asked a question he did not know was honest about it and got us an answer. Not pushy, but eager to help.
Highly reccomended.

Poor communication, no response to texts when they advertise text option online. Other places thrive for sales.

Terrible customer service and customer retention.
We took our boat there to get it winterized last season. They gave us an estimate of approximately $450. When we went to pick it up they charged us $750. They charged $50 per litre of engine oil.
They put all the plugs and clamps in a bag and noted that they needed to be put back next season. I’m a handy guy, and I found where it all went but 2. So I thought that I would just swing by on my way to the lake and have them point where they go and I would put them back. They would not even spare one minute to help me, and our plan of boating was ruined for the day. I work in a different type of shop, and this scenario would NEVER happen there.
They didn’t know, but me and my wife we’re getting it running because we were selling it and buying a brand new unit. They lost my business and I took it to Dockside in Kelowna. They were amazingly helpful to us in the past and the staff was the best. We love our new boat and we’re disappointed we couldn’t do business in our home town, but that’s the way it goes.

Just a joke with horrible service and hang up on you! Have call recordings with Courtney screaming and Dustin lying lol just a joke don't ever go! Tried buying 2 bikes.both Danny and Dustin couldn't call back then make up lies and never call me back than I ask what's up they scream and yell! Will never go back!

Bought a Vstrom 1050 through Kodi all over text and email, did financing with Britt the same method. Never actually talked to them until I drove down from Dawson Creek to pick up the bike. This was so easy to do with both there help and patience that I recommend this dealership 110%. Was surprised how large the dealership was and the amount of customers waiting at 9am for them to open, busy place tells me a lot about a business. Great job you guys!

I think that some of the staff is awesome, however we did have a extremely bad experience with one sales lady on Friday. It was a sad day for us that we had to leave our planned cash in hand purchase behind.

Overpriced and waited several weeks for an item that was told would arrive in two days. Was torn between a husky or ktm - went ktm because of this personal experience. Decided to buy my bike from the other guys.

Dayan made the purchase of my new motorcycle a pleasant experience. He was very patient, knowledgeable and helpful. The effort he put in to get me what I needed …. Made it worthwhile for me to drive from Kamloops to Prince George.

Looking for accessory handle bar mounts. Waited 20 minutes and asked three times if I needed help just to be directed to the 2 busy folks at the Parts counter. And they had nothing, so if your looking to customize your ride, best stick to Amazon.pity really, long drive for nothing.

Bought a 2021 polaris general xp 4. Decent people to work with. Machines been great so far. Hopefully it has very few issues, time will tell!

Bought a new mower from Shawn. He was super helpful and kind, and being from a high risk household, it was very much appreciated that he kept his distance and was super easy to deal with (he didn't know I live with a new transplant recipient). Shawn also noticed one of the wheels of the mower was off, so he took it to the service department to fix it up. He explained all the functions, proper way to operate and care for it and helped load it into the truck. Highly recommend Shawn (and I'm sure the rest of the team is wonderful too). Oh.they have a store doggo - Ranger. 10/10 the goodest.

My husband and I went in today before close, maybe a half an hour, and everyone was great. The finance manager, and salesman stayed late, and didn’t seem bothered at all by it. Everyone was very kind, and very helpful!

We purchased a quad from Dayan, his service was phenomenal! We didn’t have our trailer with us to transport the quad home, so Dayan went out of his way to deliver the quad to our house after work. Would definitely recommend him in the future.

Don't shop here. Easily the work experience I ever had buying anything! The guy running the Financials is a crook and the customer service is garbage. Talked to 3 seprate people that all said they would get back to me or have the manager contact me. 3 weeks latter not a word from anyone. And to top it off my bike wouldn't even start when I got it home.

In apr 2020, I purchased a sportsman 450 H. O.from this dealership. The purchase was made over phone and went really smooth. The salesman (Shawn Landaker) made sure I was taken care of and even was able to facilitate it being delivered to Fort Nelson even though at the time it was a huge challenge for shipping. (They are in Prince George). Both my wife and I are very pleased with this unit to a point I may have to get my wife one of her own. We have put on over 125 hrs on this unit exploring the back country of northern bc.

While I appreciated that they did do a prompt flat repair I found their service rate to be excessive. Because of this when I needed more work on my way home, I chose another shop to do the repair.

Great service, friendly staff and not expensive! They saved my but, changing my BMW bike tire, when I was traveling through! Highly recommended!

Parts department is generally pretty busy, can be a little slow at times getting what you need. Most are very knowledgeable and helpful

I have never had a good experience with this place. Have had to purchase stuff through them, and they have always gotten something wrong with my order. This is a huge inconvenience when I need to drive an hour each way to return stuff. They all act like they know what they're talking about, and they probably have no clue.

Dan went out of his way to help us, made sure we got what we wanted.

Britt the finance guy went out of his way to make sure that we got it the same day we went in even though they were closed back east he still made it happen.

While we were waiting to hear about the financing the rest of the staff were awesome and friendly making sure that we still happy with everything.

I am extremely satisfied with the customer service that we received from them!
