As usual, work on my 2 wheels was quick and professional. Cycle Therapy, and Dale in particular always over-delivers.

The people I've dealt with so far were great, lots of info, easy to talk to, friendly, see you again soon.

This is my home shop. Best road bike mechanics in the valley for sure (maybe MTB too? I don't know, I don't have one).

What a great crew at Cycle Therapy! - Courteous, helpful and knowledgeable! There are local bike stores in my neighbourhood, but it's worth my while taking the extra travel time to get things done right. Absolutely top notch bike shop. I was visiting from out of province and was in search of a Gravel bike to rent. At the time Cycle Therapy wasn’t renting Gravel bikes but the staff went out of their way to accommodate me and rented me a beautiful Trek Checkpoint for the day, they equipped me with a lock, tube, bottle cage and really made my trip to Duncan a memorable one. Thanks again to this incredible bike shop for saving my vacation, I will definitely be headed back to Cycle Therapy the next time I’m in town.

"Handsome Matt" was very friendly, helpful, new his stuff, and wasn't pushy. Just let the bikes speak for themselves. They were also really fast at getting bikes ready for trial, nice job.

Exceptional customer service from the moment I walked into the store from all the staff. Provided me with a personal review of my requirements, tried to look at repairing my old bike and ultimately sold me a new bike for the purpose I use it and trying to sell me up to something I would not want, need or use.

Cycle Therapy helped me adjust my bicycle seat and handlebars so that it fits me perfectly. I take my bicycle to Cycle Therapy before and after big trips because they are so good at keeping my bicycle in tip top shape and doing repairs inexpensively instead of telling me I need to replace expensive parts.

Great people. They were welcoming as soon as we walked in and answered any questions we had.

While we were there there were many walk ins that were looking for help with their bike. They never turned one down and were professional through out.

My wife and I both bought a bike there and we will definitely drive from Victoria to get them serviced or for any other biking needs!

After hunting the lower mainland for a trek-specific part, even when online inventory said shops had it in stock, NO shop would sell it to me! On a trip from out of town and had a mechanical issue with my derailleur. I stopped by their shop Saturday morning to see if they could squeeze me in for a replacement. The shop was more than accommodating! They replaced the parts and got my bike shifting again in under an hour turnaround! Now I can go and enjoy the local trails. Much appreciated, cheers!

I had a great experience when I bought my new Ebike. The salesperson explained the components of the bike and answered my questions. I felt supported and was encouraged to call or come back if I had any additional questions or concerns.

Huge thanks to Cycle Therapy and their all star team. I sent an email through the contact form not expecting a quick reply as that's the norm these days. To my surprise, I received a very quick response - from the shop owner no less. I was chasing down a new Pivot Switchblade and David was ON IT! We played phone tag that same day resulting in an outside of hours chat - they went the distance and I have a new bike! All questions were answered by David and Mat and they made everything way too easy.

Bottom line, these guys treated me like a local and I'm so grateful. Can't wait to get over there for a shop ride when I'm next there on business.

I had the pleasure of having a bike part replaced at Cycle Therapy. The service I received was stellar and my bike received extra care when the service staff checked and adjusted my suspension. I appreciated the kindness I experienced and will definitely be returning. I was also appreciative for Cycle Therapy in getting me back on my bike asap!

The staff is very friendly, the store is well-stocked, and Tim was very knowledgable about my needs when I was in the market for a new bicycle. I am very happy with my new e-bike. I am 66 and it is a dream, taking the dread out of the many hills in my 'hood, and taking me far. I appreciate the one month's 10% discount on bike accessories, too, that came with the purchase of my bike. I also had my Gary Fischer serviced there last year and Dale was terrific! Cycle Therapy, indeed! My e-bike is a good one, so it was expensive, but it will be a lot less expensive than Psycho-therapy, of which, during Covid, I have been increasingly in need!

Best bike store around, BY FAR! The customer service is incredible and they are always looking to help without breaking the bank! I cannot say enough about how great they are, they won me over with great service and it keeps me coming back every time.

I like the level of service. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable.and very helpful. There was a delay in getting repair parts because of the COVID supply issue, and they did their best to accommodate, giving me options so I could keep riding while we waited for parts, which I appreciate.

The team at Cycle Therapy spent the time understanding what was important to me in a bike, ensuring a proper fit and providing additional details such as the benefits of cycling specific clothing and what items of clothing I own that could be re-purposed. Bikes are hard to find during Covid and I called every shop between Campbell River and Duncan looking for one for my son. The guys at Cycle Therapy had what he was looking for and were willing to hold it for a couple of days until we made it down. I was impressed how they spoke to him and dialed in the suspension for his light weight. We were out of there in just over 30 minutes and headed right for Tzouhalem where I kept hearing, "This is amazing! "

Has good turn around times, great service and prices, plus right downtown so you can do a bit of shopping or something if it isn't busy that day and they can get it done right away.

The service is great, the staff are helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Whether I'm dealing with storefront or service I always find that I'm taken care of and as someone who is newly getting into Mountain Biking with my young child this has been very important. You guys are all amazing!

Super helpful shop. Got us a chain we needed, made sure it was the right model, and then went over the top in helping my buddy fix a wobbly rear tire.
