Cyclepath Kelowna

Well I am happy to update my 1star review to 4! Owner has asked multiple times for review to be deleted! So it is updated!
This is for a couple reasons, staff still are wonderful on sales side but you got to be cautious in the mechanics repairs side! If you aren't you might be left with insult notes on your receipt. Or the shop might might try charging you for a part for not replacing that you already paid and mechanic never replaced. I really hope the shop side of the store gets new employees or gets trained in customer service! The store side who actually sell the products are actually great! Just completely different sides! With service
The result of this is costing you more money going for multiple repairs not getting solution fixed! This store does seem to have lots of mis communication in the staff and on clients file. Hopefully this will get fixed out in future for the customers side! If you want a high end selection bikes or parts, this may not be your store. If you want good working standard bikes and accessories for you and your family's needs, then this is the bike shop for you:)
do be prepared to have waiting times for will do the job and have long wait for repairs! But owner will make sure to get any issues fixed as he cares about his shop! It's nice to see someone care about his business and be passionate about it for first time and read their reviews! Megan really good! I recommend her! For buying your accessories! Especially your women seats! They truly are made for right body!

Was looking for an e bike, Alan was very knowledgeable and i rode out on a great bike within budget. Looking forward to a great after sales service.

I wanted to take a moment to express my heartfelt thanks to Adam and the entire Cyclepath team. Today, I brought my bike in for its first assessment, after a long journey from Ontario about 3 years ago, since it had been giving me trouble ever since. The shifting has continued to be problematic, and I felt embarrassed by it. I finally booked the appointment, encouraged by my spouse’s positive experience here.

Today, in just 15 minutes, Adam worked his magic. Although it was a first assessment, not a service appt, he took my bike and fixed the derailler issue, lubricated the chain, and even showed me a hidden switch on my shifter I never knew existed. What’s more, he insisted that I didn’t have to pay for the service. The relief and joy I felt when he handed me my bike back were overwhelming. I was on the verge of tears right there in the shop.

Adam, your expertise and kindness have made a significant impact on my biking experience. I can’t thank you enough for alleviating my anxiety and making my bike ride like a dream again. Cyclepath, you have a gem in your team. Thank you all so much!

I would like to give a shout out to Bryce at CyclePath, for hooking me up with a New Free-Coaster wheel for my BMX Bike! Over all, great Bike Shop has everything you could ever need, from BMX Bikes/Parts, down to Slopestyle Bikes/Parts.

Such quality service here. Been breaking a few things on my 10 year old glory and they have either had stock or been able to help me source hard to find parts. 5 stars all day

I booked an appointment for a simple tune up (no repairs) and when I arrived I was told they only do assessments and I would have to book another appointment to actually do the tune up. Most places book the assessment and work at the same time. If you have lots of time to waste, go here.

Cyclepath is hands down the best store I have ever been to. Their service is off the charts. Every person in there is so helpful and friendly and they just want what is best for you. I just purchased a new bike from there, they went above and beyond to track it down and have it delivered from another store that isn’t even attached to them. They let me ride the bike around to make sure it was a good fit and made all the adjustments necessary. They also helped fix up my old bike to make it feel like new. They are all top notch people and if you need anything bike related you should definitely hit them up

Took my bike in to get a full overhaul and this crew did a bang up job! More than helpful and kind with everything, especially Brendan who was really helpful in taking me through all the work being done. This team cares a lot about bikes and those who ride them and it really shows. Would 10/10 recommend to anyone who needs a service, new bike or just anything bike related in general!

I bought a Giant Revolt1 and have loved it like no other bike. So comfortable to ride.
If fact I road it across Canada and loved it all the way.
Cyclepath has been great since purchasing this bike. I find the staff great to work with and knowledgeable with the information I give them and they are very keen to listen to my problems and help me out without judgement, (despite my mistakes in dealing with my bike on my own- DISASTER!). I have walked in with issues with my bike and they have looked at the bike and either fixed it right away (usually) or have done a complete diagnostic on the spot and help me set an appropriate time to do the work needed. Thank you

Great service and great staff. I recently purchased an emtb and they were very helpful with getting the bike setup for me. As well, they were very accommodating to service it after I damaged it in a crash. It was much appreciated as an out of town customer who travelled a couple of hours to visit the store.

Can't say enough about the staff, each time no matter if it is a bike or a lock they take the time to educate us and help us make a decision on what works best for us rather than trying to upsell to the more expensive item.

We are out of towners (state of Washington) & stopped in the shop with a question about our Thule bike rake. The shop was very busy, however, one of the service people listened to our concern, came out to the parking lot to examine the rack & with a few adjustments, was able to return the rack to secure working order. We then felt we could continue our trip without the worry of bikes falling off. The service man declined payment & wished us well. What a good experience which added to our already positive feeling about Kelowna. Wonderful town & wonderfully helpful bike shop. Thanks!

Very responsive. Texted pics of problem and they said no problem. Come on down. Fixed in a jiffy and on my way. Good looking store as well.

Very friendly and helpful. We brought in a through-axel with missing parts and they helped putting it back together.

Great experience all around! We were visiting town and I made a point to stop by to check it out the morning before our first ride. Everyone was super friendly, and checked in on us periodically. Good selection and variety of accessories, everything was tagged and organized. On my way out they offered some trail suggestions in the area. Despite not buying anything my time in the store was a pleasure.

I unfortunately had a mechanical on our ride and revisited them the same day. I had the same super positive experience walking in the second time around and got to interact with the service people that I hadn't prior. The people at the desk were just as eager to help and despite the circumstances I was pretty stoked to be back at the shop. They helped triage my issues, had the parts on hand to fix what I needed and cut some spokes to length for me.

On my way out the door we got invited to a ride if we could make it but I didn't get my bike up and running in time. Gutted to say the least. Nonetheless; it's something that really set it apart for me from every shop I've been to prior.

Everyone here was fantastic and I'd be more than happy to have it as my local shop. I feel bad not remembering everyone's names but Tom in service is a gem. Feels like a true community oriented shop with the expertise and selection to cater to everyone.

Excellent staff and customer service. I travelled to Kelowna with my bike and after taking it off the bike rack and riding it I noticed a noise. I stopped Ina cyclepath and they immediately checked it out for me and noticed something had been slightly bent and was rubbing. A quick fix and when I asked how much I owed they said no charge. Went went back another day and had outstanding service even though it was busy. We ended up buying a number of things. The prices were better than MEC sale prices and the service alone is worth it. Definitely my go to bike store in Kelowna.

Gary was in your store twice this last week. I was greeted on both occasions and had business and conversation with both your front end and service debt. Excellent, informed, professional and fun with very fair pricing. Your service had name in and out in 15 minutes. Wow. What else could a customer ask for. When you deal with people that are passionate about what they do, it makes a huge difference in the buying experience. Been dealing with Cyclepath since my son was 6 and racing BMX. Bought alot of bikes from this fantastic place and wouldn't go anywhere else. Thank you dearly as always.

Ben and the team of cyclepath were awesome! Two thumbs up! I walked in knowing roughly what my son and I wanted and Ben was very informative and knowledgeable which was very reassuring when spending 6k.

Bought my e-bike from them last June and the staff was so helpful which I found great as I am an older person who has not ridden in many years. Returned today for the free service and was delighted again on the staff and the assistance I received.

This was one of the best experiences I’ve had in a bike shop. Everyone was super friendly; it almost felt like I was already BFFs with all the staff! They went above and beyond with their service and shared a ton of knowledge with my partner and me. They have a fantastic selection, incredible staff and everything you could need. If you’re looking to support a local shop, this is your place. 10/10 experience.
