D-Plus Pizza

I ordered delivery for large Caesar Salad, it was only lettuce and TONS OF CROUTONS.
Disgusting, it was thrown together.

This location is the worst. I ordered thandoori chicken pizza without spices through DoorDash. They sent me a one WITH spices. Once I called them and complained they even did not accept their fault. Disgusting

I give order on call and i said to her that i want my order at around 8.50pm and ahead said ok. I didnot finished the order, she cut phone After that, when I arrived at location, she said to me, that your order is at 9.50pm with attitudeand she did not feel sorry for taking wrong order. This thing happened twice with me. She is doing argument with me and when I eat food, it is sogyand didnot smell good when I open the container.so manager or owner of location is requested to see how they are taking the orders and how they treated the customer

My experience at DPlus Pizza Surrey Central location was nothing short of a nightmare. I ordered a medium veggie pizza with extra cheese, and they served me a half-raw pizza. When I pointed out the issue, they agreed to replace it, but the second pizza was even worse, blaming the dough they pretended like I handed my own doug to them and asked them to make a pizza out of this. When I requested to speak with the person in charge, she hid in the kitchen didn'tshow up to the counter. To add insult to injury, they refused to refund my money and offered a mere can of Coke to settle the payment for a $13 pizza. This was an utterly unacceptable and disappointing experience, deserving of a 0-star review.

Their tandoori chicken pizza is more than worst. The pizza itself had no taste but the chicken was having foul smell and taste. They did not even send a single complementary ranch with a large pizza. I also ordered dahi bhalle, bhala was way more hard. I did not like their food. I wasted my money on such a bad food.

Sorry I ordered 2 pizza. I am pizza lover person this is first time I said no to pizza after one slice. Its taste is really really worse.

This location overcharges, so it is necessary to check the menu and confirm prices before paying or else they will rip you off. I was overcharged $10.00 and when I questioned the owner regarding the difference, he stated that he can charge however much he wants.

Really busy and cramped during peak times. Service was not great and the way they were speaking to the customers was a bit rude. Pizza was okay but not great - had a meat lovers, veggie and cheese.

Worst experience ever! I ordered a large chicken curry but they gave a small chicken curry. When I called to check, they said I’ll have to pick up another one; they won’t deliver, even if it’s their mistake. And the other curry they gave me turned out to be goat curry, not chicken curry!

Worst experience ever, i came back from my shift totally tired, had guest at home. I ordered Shahi paneer (dish) and it was so sour. I Went back with the dish and I was really frustrated and disappointed. Never going back there again. Thank you d plus.

This pizza place is one of the best places so far undoubtedly. Great taste BUTTTTT staff is extremely rude amd unprofessional. Sometimes they do screw on orders and taste too.

One of the top places to get shahi panner and butter chicken in surrey but everything else is just average.

This place is always open when most places are closed along King George Blvd in City Centre. Many options to choose from. Because they have so many customer, recommend to call in ahead of time to pre-order. Lots of option for Indian food. The biryani has lots of lamb, packed very full in the container and on the spicy side; goes very well with the yogurt raita. Waiting time could be better. ; definitely check in with staff on order even if pre-order.

Very great quality food all of it but the pizza of course is the best. Always perfect the pizza the dough and everything comes together well. I've been hungover so many days and d hut food just spectacular and perfect. Recently I tried to order a meal with wings and pasta too but the store didn't have the same specific deal because the deal was on their website.but the woman very patient and calm she understood everything tried to fix it and just said call after I place it online to confirm. This was maybe my 9th time ordering. Went perfect. Also some days they have their own delivery guy come and they're always very respectful and service oriented. Top notch restaurant for sure.also don't forget to try a samosa or two when you pickup they are hot and ready. No I don't work here I don't know these people just a truly satisfied 3 month long client. Thanks

I ordered 4 paneer samosa out of 4 there was 2 samosa which was full of oil too much oil

Closest to the authentic Indian taste I found here in canada prices are comparitively cheap and the quality is good and they are open till late night for all those mid night munchies

Just picked up my pizza, long story short quality has went down and price has gone up. Just not worth it anymore.

Good pizza, great prices. Delivery can be spotty at times and so can customer service. One girl was really rude to me on the phone once. But it seems to be a family ran business with younger kids working there so what do you expect.

Very egoistic staff. The guy at front desk talks very rudely to everyone. Do you guys even know what customer service is called? ! I would rather go somewhere else where i can get at least some respect.

Prices are fair. Quantity is very good. But taste is equivalent to price- cheap.
One suggestion- Never order Matar Paneer from here. You will not eat matar paneer ever again. The oil or spices used in their Indian food is very poor.
Shahi paneer pizza is a must to try.
Expect more than half an hour delay in the service.

Taste is good for most of the things, price is fine. However, their customer service can get better, they literally cannot understand your order in first time (either you're ordering on phone or in-person). Sometimes they forget your orders that you placed on phone.

This is a great pizza place, I originally fell in love with the meat lovers till I tried the Special. Amazing. Going to try the Greek next!

Very bad customer service every time I visit this store they say it takes 15 mints and have to wait for half an hour. I got late for my work today just because of these guys.

Too slow.
One girl packed the same samosa that was fall down on counter in front of my eyes, 6 people working in store, store was not busy, still took 30 minutes. No one was working properly except one girl. Zero customer service, employees were arguing infront of customers. Lol!

Good food for good prices, I wish the staff were wearing mask and hairnets, I'd feel more comfortable to have food from there.

Food is always on point when we can actually get an order through. It's a shame customers are being driven away by the person answering the phone. Not even stopping to listen for the order or take the correct information for delivery. Driver does his best but isnt given the correct address/items. These stars aren't for you, rude receptionist, they're for the chef.

Great tasty pizza. Been a customer since 2015 and mostly ordered from the Guildford location. Both convenient to me, they're also open till late hours.

Only thing I ask is, customers wear mask if your're entering the small confined space.
Sometimes theres 6-10 people inside and thats over the capacity of the Surrey central location.

Staff is really rude especially girls working there have attitude of queen Elizabeth.i mean what the actual f.i don't wanna be rude but there's a customer.hoping to gwt some food but when you call them.the girls was so rude that i got angry.after disconnecting the call.i wouldn't prefer this restaurant.

Don’t know what they keep doing inside the kitchen. I ordered at 5: 30pm today and it showed wait time of 25 minutes but still I went there after an hour and asked them for my order they said we didn’t get the order, our system is not working. Then I had to order again and waited for next 1.5 hour for the order! I asked them to make Paneer Bhurji without peas and hot. Still it was the regular one which they offer and none of the changes were done. I do appreciate that they delivered with no extra cost but still they need to work on their customer service. That was really awkward what they did today. I had to throw all the food because I don’t eat or can say I don’t like peas. Please be careful for that if you are reading it.

Worst customer service. Food is fine but these guys don’t care about customer service. And moreover the guy with the WIG always charge extra to the customers.

I just ordered the 3 pizza party deal. It was supposed to be 3 large two topping pizzas. Delivered within 45 min. Not only was the Delivery driver 30 min late. I didn't even receive large pizzas. I thought the boxes seemed a little small so I measured the pizzas and sure enough they are only 11 inch, not even a medium according to the menu.

This is a really small place and good for takeaway Food. The Prices are really low as compared to the quality, quantity and taste of food. The service is also fast and good. I've ordered multiple things and multiple time. Loves their Mexican Vegetarian Pizza which is amazing in taste and spicy as i always love. Four star because of the staff behavior. As the girl working there is really good but other guy is not good.

Love their Veggie and Shahi Paneer Pizza.
I have tried Lasagne too and it's also good.
Paneer pakora have been hit or miss.
Overall a reliable food joint when hunger strikes at 12am.

Had the veggie samosa and a slice which were amazing value for money. Samosa was tasty, crispy and not greasy at all. Pizza was loaded with toppings. Plus the owner gave me an extra gulab jamun which was so unexpected and nice! Will definitely head back here whenever I'm in the area:)

Cheap, but quality is not that good. Also, i ordered butter chicken and it had only few small pieces. No proper seating area for dinning a meal like butter chicken but seating is good to eat pizza.
