Their koobideh kebab is great.
But needs to be eaten right at the moment. Kebob is good when it’s fresh!

Perfect Persian food! It's wonderful. Removing a star for prices a little on the higher end but more so being closed during dinner time which isn't the best for the business or customers.

We checked online to see if its open to go there on Sunday and it said it is open on the website and we wait for a bit but there was no people inside, we drove all the way and it was close! I think it is so inconsiderate of them and the website is not consistent as well!

This is hands down my favorite spot for naan and kabobs. Their freshly baked naan is an absolute delight. I'm all about the beef kabobs, especially when paired with sriracha sauce – it's a flavor explosion. Though the food is fantastic, I do wish their customer service was a bit better, and parking can be quite a challenge at times. Longer operating hours would also be a welcomed improvement.

The Persian food here is legit but the cashier fails in terms of sanitation - wearing the same gloves to operate the cash register, pass and retrieve the card machine from customers, pack takeout and to even grab naan. Gross!

Food is honestly 5 stars but the cashier is definitely a 0.

Pretty good Persian food with a lively casual dining atmosphere. My usual go to place for Persian food around Vancouver is North Van (plenty of Persian eateries lining Lonsdale ave), but if you don’t fancy crossing the bridge, daddy’s grill has got you covered quite well down here in Richmond.
I like how they make freshly baked traditional bread in the oven right in front of you in their open kitchen, served piping hot and crispy with your kebabs so be sure to order your dish with bread. A lot of Persian establishments (even fine dining ones) lack the fresh baked breads and usually substitute with a packaged pita bread.

Persian food in Richmond. Love these guys, they went from making pizza to expanding their business and now strictly do dishes and wraps. He's been in this business since I was in high-school I'm 32 now and they're still here. Check these guys out!

We went from west vancouver to this place with my little daughter, and the owner told us, you are not allowed to seat in restaurant if you order rice! If you order a rap you can seat inside!
That’s a worse place with that behaviour I ever seen! Not recommend for those people who are living far from this restaurant they have many available seat in restaurant!

Bunk area, druggies and homeless live right next to it.dirty.don't recommend it. U might catch some kind of disease.

Meat is perfectly cooked and marinated. Rice was fluffy and just delicious. Daddy sure does know how to grill

Today for the first time I went to Daddy Grills with my husband. We bought koobide and Vaziri kabab. The Owner offered us a free bread. Food was great and so delicious and price was reasonable. I totally recommend this restaurant to everyone!

One of my favorite places for lunch. They close early, so not a dinner spot. But if you are in Richmond, then definitely worth a stop.

Everything was delicious, and the price is amazing consider the amount of food you get. The Persian drinks and the kebabs were my favorite.

The food here is amazing! The beef & chicken are seasoned perfectly, so juicy and cooked to perfection. They make their naan bread from scratch and fresh with every order. Even the salad is delicious and fresh. Can’t get a better group of people working there either. Highly recommend!

Amazing grab and go Persian food. Great flavours even the rice and naan was amazing. Great value I am a big eater and this filled me up. Place is busy but staff is efficient and the parking lot is a nightmare. Not 5 star dining but rated and reviewed for what it is.

My favorite place to eat in Richmond. Have been here over a dozen times and the food is perfect every time, absolutely delicious.

By a landslide one of the most authentic and delicious kabab houses in North America. You would have to buy a plane ticket to either Tehran or Istanbul to taste something as good as this 60 year family business recipe. Service is outstanding and food is quick and fresh. I recommend what we call back home the "kabab kasif" (translates to dirty kabab) #5 on their menu. It's their unreal kabab koobideh oozing it's juices over their signature inhouse bread, actually to die for. Just watch you and you friends fight for the last piece of this surreal treat. This is a true British Columbia hidden gem.

Great food, great price, and big portions. I recommend the Kebab Vaziri. The portions are big enough for my husband and I to share. Parking may be tough at times as it’s very limited but it’s definitely worth it!

A staple place in the area, the staff remembers the regulars, all food made to order, it's menu is simple but delicious everytime. Highly recommend their naan!

Come hungry leave happy. Been coming here for years. Shapoor and Naser consistently serve the best kebabs in town. I always get the vaziri but the wraps are great as well.

I saw this place is always busy so I gave it a try.

You Can’t go wrong with anything on the menu.

Beef & chicken skewer, juicy, fresh, full of flavour.

Naan, crispy on the outside, moist on the inside. Great!

Plus the staff are super friendly, price is great, $8-10 can buy you a fresh meal that makes you satisfied and full.

Better Order though the phone before you come because they are always busy and full of people.

I am in love with this place. My meal was amazing and I really enjoyed being able to see what was going on in the kitchen. The owner was working in their and went out of his way for our table. Also the nann bread is perfect.

My favorites are the wraps, specially the mix one. If it is your first time, try it and you'll get both meat and chicken (Vaziri in other words)

Amazing staffs, enough parking spots, easy to access. The food was so good and it was well decorated, they make the best kebab. Price is fair to the amount of food they serves both dine in and take out. I recommend this restaurant to everyone, try and support them.

Hands down best persian food in town! Could have this all days of the week! Meat is super juicy and can't get enough of their rice, super buterry and melty! Staff is super friendly and always deliver the best service! You can even order pick up through delivery apps (Fantuan & Ubereats) which is what I usually prefer for fast and convenient service!

The owner and staff are very quick. The dishes are large and generous. Food quality is great, always fresh and hot. Very clean and sanitized. I totally recommend it to everyone.

I have been coming here for close to 10 years and the food has always been very good and consistent. They offer chicken and beef in pita wrap or on rice. Out of all the places for kebob they seem to nail the flavours very well.

Such a hidden gem! They make their pita to order and their chicken wrap is one of the best I’ve had in the city. We’ll definitely be back soon!

Great Food, the best Kabob I have ever eat. Very pleasant and friendly service. Going there for the past three years and it is always great.

Keeping up with their wonderful food quality for year. After renovations and significant improvements in customer service it shines even better. But still sometimes it takes multiple tries before they pickup your phone to place order. BTW only pickup available and no dine-in during COVID times. Make sure you call 30 min before arrival to place your order on phone as they make fresh kababs and it takes minimum 20 min to prepare your order, during rush times up to 30/40 minutes. Also sometimes they get sold out of menu items for example chicken kabal or beef kabab and even rice one time. Few times place was closed that day or early, probably sold out. So rule of thumb ALWAYS call them and place your order before heading down there.

Simple but tasty food. I have been going here for a few years now. The chicken is always juicy and perfectly grilled. Friendly and fast service and they are soccer fans.
I have had the wraps and the rice, I like the chicken better than the beef (both are good).
Parking can be an issue, but there are parking spots nearby at 2 min walking distance.

Best tasting kebabs in all of lower mainland. Fresh Halal meat everyday. It doesn't get any better than this.

The menu is small but powerful.
The chicken kebabs are so tender and flavorful. The staff is friendly and fun to be around better than fast food at almost the same price point.

Wow does this place ever exceed my expectations. Thought I'd be getting another average donair plate, instead delicious fresh baked pita still hot, with juicy, tender meat and nice fresh salad. Very much a cut above, going to be a regular spot for lunch for me now since I work close by. Parking situation isn't great so keep that mind. Parking in the little strip mall across the road may be an option. Delicious food, fast, friendly service, prices marginally higher than average, but totally worth it.

Fantastic food and service as always. Staff remembered me and my order after only two visits spaced months apart and now I go there all the time.

Only downside is I keep showing up on Mondays to my own disappointment. I need to start setting an alarm.

10/10 Best place in Richmond. Delicious food. Great price. The guys who own it are so wonderful. I grew up in the area and have been a customer since the Daddy's pizza days. Very nice atmosphere cozy great place to take your family and loved ones. You can tell the take pride in their work and love their customers. 10/10 would recommend.

Happy with this place compared to other Persian restaurants in town despite its seclusion. Flat bread is baked fresh and makes a great wrap and koobide is not overly adult heard adultered with fillers

The best wrap in Richmond, nay, in the Vancouver area! The naan is fresh made, add to that the delicious grilled meats and fresh veggies, you can imagine how good that is.

This place is pretty much always packed. The food is just THAT good.

I recommend adding rice to the wrap. I personally find it helps the sauce settle.
