Honestly do not recommend, food taste effortless and even made me think that I could cook better than this. Even after taking into consideration that restaurants in surrey are not that good in general, I was very disappointed.

The service was quick and friendly. The food was excellent. Served piping hot, smells and tastes fantastic. The Friday Special was Spicy Pork Cutlet which includes a bowl of miso soup and a can of pop. Great deal and value. The cutlet was mild spicy, served hot, oozing with cheese on top and sauce. It smelled and tasted really juicy and flavorful. Highly recommend. They’re less then 100m walk from the North Entrance of Coquitlam Mall outside of H&M. Worth the little walk, better then the food court.

Cutlets were big and the food was well worth what you are paying for. Staff were also very friendly and helpful

Waited for 15 minutes before our meals were served. But it was worth it as the food were so delicious. These are the best cutlets I ever had. Really crispy, not oily at all and meals were served together with rice and salad. Overall very balanced diet with carbs, protein and veggies

In 2015, going to this restaurant was one of my favourite things to do because there was no other Korean fried chicken restaurant. The chicken was really good and had a lot of meat and pieces in it. Now, the chicken size and amount is too small.

Delicious! The pork cutlet I got was very juicy and crunchy. The fries are crisp (cavendish?) and the sauce is why we keep coming back. It’s a savoury gravy with a unique taste that is a must try.

Omelette rice, rice is wayyy too oily. Feel like it’s soaked in oil. And the egg is over cooked.

Also, I don't know what it is, but the water is super refreshing and the perfect amount of cold? Haha, must be a specialty

Food wasn't bad, service wasn't as fast as I thought it would be considering there were only three guests in the restaurant. Although, staff were very friendly and welcoming.

I've eaten here about four or five times in the past three years and have yet to be let down. Prompt service, good food, generous portions and reasonable prices. What more can you ask for?

I normally go for a pork cutlet meal but have also tried the chicken. Either is good and always fills me up. I'll be back.

Has a nice homemade feel to the place and how the food is prepared. Prices are fine, menu options are somewhat limited outside of the fried options, but to be fair that is their specialty. I like it and would go back for sure to try some new dishes.

They make the patties themselves, meaning no frozen ready to cook patties. Price was just right.

I've been coming to Dae Ji for years and it's still my favorite go to spot for Korean comfort food! I love their combos, they have large portions so you get great value for your money, and the best part is, they are way more than just pork cutlets! Their fried chicken can stand up to any of the Korean fried chicken specialty shops, and believe it or not they also have amazing French fries haha! Anyway, you gotta check them out and bring your appetite!

Great Korean Fried Chicken. Some of the best in town. The sauce is delicious and the breading is not too greasy. It tastes fresh and leaves your tummy feeling good:)

Ordered take out three times and all three times it has all been delicious! Huge portions as well.

I always walked by there many times over several years. Wished I tried it out sooner.

Easy to find parking

I went to dae ji Cutlet House yesterday. The food was really yummy and i am impressed with the measures taken by the restaurant against covid.

We just tried this place on the recommendation of a friend. The food was fantatsic. We got the volcano chicken and it was spot on. We will definitely be back.

What happened? The size of chicken cutlet halved?

We do delivery at least once a week and 2 days ago I noticed the chicken cutlet size being smaller than usual (1/2) and I thought hmmm maybe they made a mistake or something and today I ordered again and it's that half size. I wonder if anyone else noticed this too. I don't think the size would be like this if you ate at the restaurant and this is a little disappointing.

Been here a couple times. Never too busy in the resto. The staff is very friendly. Food sometimes takes a while but there's a steady flow of food delivery services that come in. Burger steak is my fave. I always end up bringing leftovers, portions are quite big.

This restaurant has the yummiest cutlets meals, I have tried a few different ones and enjoyed them all! The salads are refreshing and the sauces are so, so tasty! A must try, if you like delicious food!

I have been to this location many times for take out and usually it is pretty good but today I was extremely disappointed. I ordered a combo A with mushroom steak and fish cutlet, miso soup. When I got to the restaurant to pay and pick up the order, I noticed that the miso soup was not in the bag. I asked the waitress, she apologized and then only poured the cup less than half full of miso soup. I left and when I got home I realized there is also no sauce in my take out bag for the salad or tartar sauce for the fish cutlet. The whole purpose of ordering the fish cutlet is to have the tartar sauce to go with it.

This location of Dae Ji really does the job well. The cutlet thickness is right in the sweet zone of tenderness and flavour. The sides are all fresh and presentation is nice. One of the better pork cutlet restaurants in this area for sure.

One of my favourite Korean spots! The food is so good and the staff is so good. The prices are great too.

I did skip the dish for this restaurant.
They first tell me it will take 20mins, then they add 30mins and another 20. We ordered at 1: 53 and it’s 3: 15 right now. And the app says to wait 77mins. Skip the Dish says to just cancel the order if I don’t want to wait. They are so irresponsible for their job.

I’m not saying this restaurant is bad. This restaurant is awesome. But just don’t do skip the dishes for it.

For the price we get enough food, love the big plates

I ordered spicy cheese pork cutlet and sweet corn cheese. I loved the sweet corn cheese! It was so tasty. Same with the gravy for the cutlet. However, I found the pork a little dry. I don’t know, maybe because I ordered for delivery? I’ll try to eat in next time to see if there’s any difference.
