The best dairy queen, delicious ice cream and nice staff, especially the manager treats so nice and kindly.

Generic, typicall chain store, staff are competent, nothing spectacular or special on they work exactly what their job description entails. No more no less

We came for the free ice cream with app day. As we waited in line, we spoke with and saw numerous individuals and families in front of us being turned away despite having the app.

When we reached the front, the lady told us that we had to use the code on the app - this was okay except that we did not have wifi to enable the 15 minute code. When I asked if I could use the store wifi, she said no - I can understand this too. I told her I would step outside for a minute to get wifi and activate the 15 minute code and she didn't respond.
As I stood outside (literally visible through the store's glass), I activated my 15 minute code. When I came in to show her the code, she then told me "No, you had to do it in the store. It's not valid".
No where on the app did it say this and she could very clearly see the timer counting down from 15 mins. I always ensure that I follow the guidelines and rules and I had done my research and I'm certain she just made this up on the spot. She could see me standing outside for the 30 seconds it took me to click activate and come back in within the next minute (timer was counting down from 14 minutes by then) yet continued to gaslight me. After arguing, we finally received the ice cream but I STRONGLY advise everyone to avoid this location. The cashier on shift around noon on Sunday, July 16 was truly awful and she seemed to just want to start arguments with everyone in line and I feel terrible for all the other's who came out just to be berated by this cashier.

My wife ordered a couple of blizzards off door dash from here. Let me tell you something, they were a joke. They gave us the tiniest amount of toppings, you'd need the Hubble space telescope to find them. My wife was devastated. Please sort this out. Life is hard enough without weak ice cream.

Small little store but the staff was really nice on a late Friday night. FYI they now close at 2230. The cakes were really nicely decorated compared to some other stores. Blizzards we’re mixed to perfection!

Came to get a cake for my bday! The staff are super chill and friendly and will put candy on the cake if you ask. Great experience!

Dairy Queen treat is always yummy and good and I will always love Dairy Quenn until I'm old and gray.

Staff was very accommodating! Came 15 minutes after closing and they still took our order! Will continue to go back to satisfy my inner fat kid.

Dairy Queen staff never smile, me and a friend bought banana split and it still had banana peel on it. We wanted to bring back and get our money back but we had an appointment. No more going back

The shakes are DELICIOUS but the place doesn’t seem perfectly hygienic to me. Nevertheless I’ll be back for more!:)

It appears the delivery orders are more important than guests standing outside. 30 minutes and only 2 customers ahead of us. Not cool.

Cake is delicious. But it looks like my daughter wrote the msg on her cake. Lol kinda cute in its own way I guess.

The staff were friendly, the ice cream was tasty, but $16 for three soft serve DQ ice creams for my kids seems a little steep. I felt ripped off.

Three of us came in on 12/6. We had no wait and we each ordered pizza with different toppings. We got extra cheese, mushrooms, peppers, onions and pepperoni. The pizzas were warm, extra cheesy and downright awesome. We will return!

100% recommended for your special cake orders. I ordered my son's BD cake yesterday, and it was exactly what I was imagining to have, plus very easy to order, just I sent an email to them, with the photo that I want on cake which was BATMAN LOGO I've designed with my notes on it, and I just ask them few things (which they did exactly what I asked for) and that was all, the cake was delicious as always as DQ cake, but the design and how accurate and clean it was, was super. Thanks to them, wish them more luck and success
Batman logos on the side of the cake, is from Party Bazaar, North Vancouver, I've added my self to the cake, as well as the candles.and the Batman toy of course is not from DQ.

Waited quite a while because there was a family that was just hanging out in front of the counter. During COVID it would be nice to have people social distance properly. Other people were coming in against the directions for how to enter and exit. Mostly it's the other customers that I had an issue with, as I realize staff can't control them all aside from trying with the signage.

This place is dirty, Have a guy work there he don’t know how to speak with customer, not polite, smaller portions lousy service.

This place is terrible, the taste was old food, the guy who work there he have a bad customer service.

Didn’t think that I ever write a review for an ice cream shop but this place is exceptional. People working here are super nice, friendly and dedicated. My kid dropped her blizzard outside of the store, the guy working there saw it and offered her a new one for free. Really impressive how caring they could be.

Never thought I would be placing a review for an ice cream shop, but I must say the employee Jas has went above and beyond with servicing myself and my boyfriend. He always greets us with the biggest smile and he is very consistent with how he makes the products, such as Blizzards.as I find some Dairy Queens do not put enough toppings or sufficient amount of ice cream.

Went for the six pack of buster bars, got tempted by the ice cream cake and have not looked back since.

This is the only DQ location I really enjoy going to, all because of Jas. This hard working individual is always providing people top notch customer service and always making the best blizzard's and ice creams. I've never been disappointed by Jas' service or ice cream, and after being to many DQs I can confidently say this has been the best one on a consistent basis.

This location has great staff and the best looking ice cream cakes! Whoever makes the designs on the cakes is a artist and its always hard to choose one as they all look AMAZING!

Their cakes are awesome. Wonderful taste and design. Just tried their choco strawberry cake, you cant imagine how tastey it was. I have had so many cakes from this dq and all of them are wonderful. I give them 5 star and recommend it

Very nice lady that runs this location. Been several times and always had quick and wonderful service.
