Dairy Queen

I have been to this location maybe ten times in the last year and I don't think they have ever got my order right. Simple order, nothing fancy. Wrong every single time, it is an absolute joke lol

The franchise owner doesn’t seem to care at all about this location. Always severely understaffed. The same menu screen has been broken (unreadable) for many months. The employees never seem to know what they’re doing. They all just keep running around trying to do the same jobs. I hate coming to this location. Go anywhere else if you can.

Don’t order delivery here unless you want the wrong order the food I did receive was stale and old…

DQ icecream is great, however felt like I'm at gas station store, I'm on my own that kind of feeling. Wasn't like regular dine restaurant, no one cared tor dine in table.

Open until 5am every day and you can use the restroom and good food. Plus if you're at home and don't feel like going out you can get it delivered. Or order ahead so it's ready when you get there.

It's a Dairy Queen, so you know what you're going to get. This one is more shabby than most. The blizzards at DQ are amazing, and the ice cream cakes are a standard. This location must be vintage, because the layout of the building and parking lot seem very 1950s or 60s - huge parking lot and little building

Lots of kids at that time but that takes away from nothing. This burger is genius. Lived the blizzard too

Came here at 1: 30 in the morning Saturday morning that is. Have to say it's really annoying that when a delivery driver comes in here they go straight to the front of the queue and the staff make his food and make the people standing in line wait and wait and wait and wait. There were about seven people in three different parties ahead of me took me 35 minutes to get my order taken. Hey delivery drivers, WAIT IN LINE

I want to thank you for your timely response In this matter. I love coming to dairy queen late night And get some much needed food or sweet treats. With the prevalence of delivery food services, I find the customer who actually gets off their couch and comes into the restaurant has to suffer, Whereas the lazy people who sit on the couch and order on their cell phone get front of the line service. A solution could be 1 employee that simply looks after delivery drivers or a better system so that orders are made in the order they are received period and mesh better with your on site order taking process. Again, thank you for your response as it shows you care about your customers, and I look forward to my next 1am Craving for "Hot eats and cool treats"

This place is FILTHY. It doesn't appear to have been cleaned for at least a full shift. One of the TV displays is completely toast so that definitely adds to the sketchy, IDGAF vibes of this place. That said, the service is significantly faster than that of the Victoria Drive location so I guess pick which one is more important to you if you're in the neighbourhood: cleanliness or expediency.

Worst experience ever! I was at the restaurant today (Nov 20) at about 7: 45pm. The works were disrespectful, not listening to the order, the cashier was dancing. I ordered a large and regular poutine but the cashier said get 2 regular since it is less expensive, wasn't really listening to what I wanted. Had me wait for 5 mins even though my order was ready because the cashier was too busy dancing. I wouldn't have complained but I found hair in one of my poutines. I will never go here again. Totally disgusted

Their Blizzards are always their signature and thats what I always go for, I especially love their Oreo Blizzard, its got a bit bigger chunks than normal which I actually prefer more, but thats more of a personal preference on my part, nonetheless its still good.
Their service is quite nice too when I went there, the staff was helpful and did what they can to satisfy one customer that was ahead of me.

One of my choices to just get away from the "clown" franchise. It's way lot better, not cheaper but fulfilling.

The food was ok, but the restaurant was bit dirty and in chaos when I visited. Employee should know if you’ve time to lean, you’ve time to clean.

Cashier staffs is nice but should listen order carefully next time, I order less chocolate but I got extra Chocolate plus extra charge for that.

Not the best service here. Didn't get points. Didn't get what I ordered. No compensation given by fan relations. Don't think I'll be coming here again

Worst dairy queen I’ve had so far. They will always mess up your order. They also gave me old meat which isn’t fresh. Don’t go here.

Ordered crispy chicken salad of uber eats. After waiting for 40 minutes I received a bowl of JUST lettuce and sauce. Nothing else. Terrible service.

They have the WORST customer service. It’s unbelievable, I am fed up! I go in every 2 weeks min and get the exact same thing! One day they forget to add the caramel, next day it’s served like milkshake not like an ice cream.i went back so many times asking for the caramel and they insisted it’s in it when it is not. They just keep talking and not fixing anything, even worse not willing to fix anything. They are very rude. I almost never get what I paid for and it’s always a headache. Not going back. Today was it! DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION!

There is a table with the vent dripping water onto it in the middle of the place.

I went to get a dr.pepper and Rootbeer float and I wasn’t disappointed. Other snacks were ordered as well and they were all good. Nothing melted at an unordinary pace which ls cool too…no pun intended

Got charged 15 cents for a bag when my order of ice cream cones didn’t come in or need a bag. Also, mobile ordering that gives me a pick up time doesn’t mean a whole lot when you show up on time and still have to ask them before they look you up and start making it. I appreciate it was hot summer night type of busy but that’s the name of the game DQ! Tasty soft serve.

Workers receive a mobile order for a hot brownie and decide to put it in the freezer 10 minutes before the order is asked to be picked up.never order mobile.

It was my birthday and the manager gave me a free Sunday there the rest of my family had chocolate brownies with icecream very good icecream I have been going to Dairy queen since I was small and always good

Good place, same as other DQ places but really small area.better to do take outs than hangouts.as for DQ, the company is hiking up the prices too much.the mini blizzard is like buying a medium before.see pic, i have asian hands and it's tiny but expensive now even when they have the bogo deal for the summer.sadly i do think DQ is supposed to top off blizzards and not just to the rim based on the Newwest and metro DQ i have gone to.maybe the person is new.in any case this is the only place near metro that takes in the mobile deals.i will probably go back here again if ever i crave specifically blizzard.not sure if i wana try their other savory food.they are trying too hard to expand what they are not good with.fries maybe but the rest neh.

Waited 40 minutes for 2 chicken strip meals and a kids meal and when I asked about my order they gave me attitude because they gave it away to someone else. Then when I told them I didn’t get my order the guy tried to argue that I already got my order and shook his head and walked away. I had to ask multiple workers for help when finally the guy who took my order helped me and got them to start my order again. I was asked to wait another 7 minutes which I was fine with.then they didn’t even get it done right away and we waited another 15 minutes Then the food was cold and stale when I finally got it. I was ok with the waiting but don’t give me attitude because of your mess up. And at least try give me decent food instead of what was obviously old.

Was just at this location for my lunch break & requested 4 chicken strips.just the strips. They wouldn't sell me just the strips. They wanted me to order the meal deal which I did not want or I would've asked for the meal deal. I left with nothing. Terrible customer service.

Convenient location with a big parking lot! Staff are generally friendly and service is good. I usually only stop in for ice cream treats and they are usually very quick to get my order ready to go.

Packed and super busy they were on top of ordering and serving. Gave extra options and ways to make the meals. A+ above and beyond.

My wife and I went and bought 2 boxes of buster bars today and shared some with family. To all our our surprise there was almost no fudge at all in them except for a dot if u were to take the total fudge in all of them and it wouldn't make the total of 1 at any other dq. There is no way this was an accident. This was either done itentionaly to save on cost or they just didn't have it and decided to make them anyway. My brother had never had 1 so when I asked if his had fudge and he said no looked at the box and laughed cause he said it says it has a thick ribbon of fudge.if you wouldn't have told me I would never have known they had it.
It's was so bad he thought he had a nutty dilly bar.
I wanted to add in. I contacted the location (tried the other day but no one would answer). They asked me to bring a bar. There were none we did not think to save extra as proof however If they would have picked up the phone yesterday when i called multiple times at different times one would have been left and I could have provided one. I offered a pic as I took one but they said they found it hard to belive as they did not have another complaint.
Most people don't just complain they just stop shopping somewhere or do what I did and try to call before it becomes a complaint. Also since it was 2 boxes logic dictates they could have just opened another box they still had there from the day before batch (they are a 24 hour location) and checked. Also I wasn't looking for a replacement when I called I was looking to let them know. Originaly I thought this was a manufacturing error till I read on the box they are made in store. So I guess if you buy buster bars from here make sure to sacrifice one in store to make sure it's ok and u don't have to drive back or have it indicated your a liar.

CashIer seemed like he was having a bad day, or hates his job. No customer service training at all. Idk if day but every one seemed miserable. 0.5/10

Thanks for the respond, its not the employees fault but there were only 2 people working and was impossible to help a packed place plus online orders at a no time. They need one or 2 people more

Good place for tasty ice cream, fast service with not much waiting time, nice perfection with food and ice creams! Tried few type of ice creams, was tasty and like it:)

If you plan to come here and eat, don't. This is definitely an uber/doordash hot spot & you'll be stuck waiting in line for your order.

For some reason this restaurant is okay with leaving out items that you’ve ordered and paid for. Their fountain soda is indistinguishable from flat carbonated water.
