I walked up there with a seven year old because it said that it was open until 12: 00am on the website. We got there at 10: 23pm and it was closed there was other people outside and the employee told us that they had closed. So the website is wrong they actually close at 10: 00pm

Terrible customer service, staff are rude and have zero knowledge of the menu and Dairy Queen items. I was told I cannot have extra cheese for my poutine even though I was willing to pay (which is obvious and was stated many times). Don’t waste your time here. Garbage quality and customer service. Big waste of time.

Make sure you check your bill before you pay, they try and sneak extra charges in. Then they say they manager is not here and they can't do anything about it.

Well here it is it would not of been rated so high but there burger was one of the best tasting burgers I have ate in a long time! Truely a awesome experience eating fast food cause of it. Now the fry's where ok but since I had them as poutine they where horrible the reason for this was the gravy. Tasted like garbage mixed with hard boiled egg smell mixed with that after taste you get from those super strong little blue sleeping pill that make you feel like you where chewing on tin foil. With that being the said the service was quick and no language barriers, as well as the place seemed like the cold feel of an empty church during an AA meeting while being hung over

One of the worst DQ store i have been to. Imagine waiting for 4 mins just to get your order and was asked to wait for a another 4 mins to get a large blizzard to go. There no one in store when i got there but the lady decided that preparing skip orders are more important than customers at the store. When in fact the skip order sandwiches are not even ready.

I paid $40 for 2 meals and a kids meal, my first burger had a hair in it, they made me a fresh one, but it was so greasy that I couldn’t eat it. Will not be coming to this location again. Very old and run down, but the staff is friendly. It’s just quite overpriced, and I received low quality food.

My ex-girlfriend and her mentally-stunted pet rabbit died in here. I think the spirits call out to me sometimes when I’m in the restaurant, asking me to buy the Brownie and Oreo Cupfection. So good!

Definitely not the best Dairy Queen- they're clearly understaffed. Store could be cleaner. But! The staff are friendly and professional; I watched two cashiers getting raked over the coals by a very rude customer- and they handled it well and were polite and firm the entire time, and great to all the customers while I was there. And my burger was not burned, they tipped my blizzard upside down and i didn't see any rats

Waited 20 mins for three chicken wraps.the store was empty too.the lady didn’t seem like she wanted to be there.

Staff was okay, burger was overcooked and dry.

Went again and was completely disappointed, everything is overcooked. I will only go for ice cream from now on.

Ordered cake online received confirmation number went to pick the cake.they told me cake is not done and we didn't received the order even I showed them my order number they denied. Very rude customer service.they put photo there without asking me and was charging me for it when I asked than they changed the amount.i think the management change.before they were good.instead of apologizing they wanted to charge extra for the stuff I didn't even order. Please teach your employees good customer service so that you have returned customers. Am not going anywhere near it.

The worst ever DQ I’ve been. Very poor customer service. No respect on customers. The substandard staff who works loose the reputation of DQ.very very worse!

This is worst store i have ever seen, Store sign was open at 10: 50 pm, online closing time is 12 am. But all the doors were closing. Two workers were chilling and dancing in the store and making faces to people. When I called in the girl had to manners to talk and told me store is open only for delivery driver. Total disaster.

Service was fast but my blizzard was all melty and that's probably why they didn't even hold it upside down

Super unprofessional. There’s half an hour until closing and they told us they won’t serve us even though it says the store is open till midnight.

Bought some dinner & a treat this evening a new bacon double cheese burger & Oreo mint blizzard. Sign says served upside down or next one free was thrown on the counter and server walked away no receipt no thank you food was good service was terrible

Hi there just want start off by saying how disappointing my visit was at surrey 108 ave location dairy queen I've been coming to.dairy queen since I was a kid iam now taking my kids too. Iam valued customer my visit I use the mobile app for redeeming points and discounted products. I was told that this location does not have a scanner can't get me coupon code and redeem my free blizzard. Evey dairy queen I have visited has never has this problem but this store Iam upset at this location I demand someone to get back to me regarding how a dairy queen franchise can not have basic necessity to run there buisness properly.

Um dq I forgot when I came here but dq seems cool since they have good food but dq looks tasty really yum (:

They were pretty fast and efficient for serving at 11 o' clock at night, not to mention the ice cream machine was empty but they handled it quickly, the staff were quick and polite, would reccomend this DQ at anytime of day to visit.

Very unsanitary as there was only one worker on shift, going back and forth between the cash register and making meals. The worker left the burger to burn, you could see the flames roasting the burger. Multiple items missing from the order, 2 medium drinks, 1 small fries, 1 dilly bar. Not a good experience at all.

Both of them not wearing a mask and even touching their face. Not even washing hands after taking cash then making ice cream.

Not a good experience. Went inside as no drive thru is available. Waited and watched 4 delivery orders get filled before anyone acknowledged me. Cashier cooked my burger without washing hands. Burger patties caught fire a couple times as cashier continued taking and filling other orders while my food was cooking. It was hard to eat knowing his hands were not washed. I did manage to try a couple bites. All I could taste was burnt meat and mustard. Couldn't eat it and went elsewhere. It was pretty clear no one cared about quality or service at this location. Tempted to talk to a manager but I think that is who served me.

This place is the SLOWEST fast food place literally! Waiting for 30 minutes to just order and then another 30 minutes for a brownie that they literally just microwave!

I ordered a chocolate cherry Sunday a large one and received a strawberry chocolate sundae and when I took it back the Sunday the replaced it with was half the size of the original one and they were pretty snarky about it! The girl just rolled her eyes! I like dairy Queen and have like dairy Queen for years but I am not coming back to this one!

Me and my family decided to go here after we went to the park waited 20 min for our food spent $50 and to get frozen fries.talk to an employee and she offer me more fries as I declined as that was off putting for me didn't offer to refund me nothing do not recommend this place take you business else where as it's a waste of money and time

So this place must have recently changed owners. There are no signs saying their “machine” that takes gift cards isn’t working. Secondly took them a long time to get our order which was three dipped cones and a blizzard. Would not recommend this place and certainly won’t be returning. As for observing covid protocol the cashier has the mask below her nose and while there was a partition between us just didn’t seem right.

Decent burgers. It can be a little slow to get your food but in the end, it's hot and fresh. (or cold and fresh depending on your order!)

I have tried so many times to get the Royal Reese Brownie Blizzard, this time even specifically asked for extra peanut butter and once again I did not have any peanut butter in the blizzard.

It is incredibly frustrating that I am paying more for this specific blizzard to have the peanut butter in it, and constantly I am not getting what I've paid for

Burger patty was burned and nasty. Oil on the fries was bad. This location was a big let down from DQ standards.

This DQ location you cant use their washroom until you order and paid. My kids and I went there and my oldest son really needed to go to the washroom and I asked for the key and she told me you need to order first? Its terrible customer service. Since this is closer to my kids school we still go even though service is not that great, if there is another dq nearby I prefer to go there instead.

This dairy queen location was an absolute delight, I ordered a cake from save on foods, and the day of my party they told me they were unable to make it, I called this location and right away the person we talked to was so helpful and was able to create the cake that we wanted for my sons first birthday. I am so grateful for the service they provided and help we received you saved our party and made the cake so beautifully I am amazed at how fast they got it done. Words really cant express how thankful I am I really appreciate it thank you!

What's not to love about dairy queen. They are super friendly and of course the ice cream is delicious

After avoiding this location for 38 years NEW MANAGEMENT I tried them and it was great, good food service and they take coupons and will substitute! We usually go to Fraser hyw. This one is 2 minutes away from my house.keep it up!

Quick courteous service. Food came out very quickly. Opened up the wrapper on the burgers.buns were NOT toasted. Condiments were all over the outside of the buns. Service is nothing if you are serving garbage quality food. The Dairy Queen would NOT be amused.

It's DQ.decent food, fair prices, great deserts, easy fast in and out.no drive through at this location

Loved it! The place is under new management. I got to chat with the new manager and you can tell he's super proud of it. When you walk in it feels like a blast from the past. The dairy Queen must have been around since the 60s or something. I hope he leans into that classic feeling with any updates he does.

Portions are very small. Impolite staff. Place is dirty and dated. Do yourself a favour and go to another DQ location.

The staff was polite and quick and knew their menu off the top including the price with tax added off the top of their heads. The are also very patient. With less then polite customers

Edit: I drove to another location since they didn’t honour my coupon. They’re overcharging banana splits at 7.99. The dq on 152nd only charged me a little over $6 after taxes!

It's not particularly attractive or inviting to sit and eat your treat. Lots of fluorescent lighting, and no effort at design or decoration. Also, there can be lineups because there's usually just two people parking. But there's lots of parking, in large windows to look at the parking lot. Of course the treats are typically dairy Queen, which means delicious.

This is by far the worst dairy queen ive ever had the displeasure of going to. This is a filthy disgusting site. The staff are very rude and this is a rip off blatantly pure and simple. Now I am accustomed to receiving all sorts of sizes and portions at all manner of fast food and restaurant places but the portion of ice crean in a sundae cup that these scammers tried to pass off was disgusting to say the least. The entire large i order did not come up to half way in the cup this is absolutely atrocious. I have never asked for a refund for ice cream until this day. Dairy queen should be ashamed of this franchise and if anyone in any sort of position wants to know why This place is failing just needs to go here just once to see the injustices being passed off as Dairy Queen.

This has got to be the worst franchise location for all the Dairy Queens in the lower mainland and does not deserve any customer business. I promise you the location at Guildford Mall, Surrey Central Mall, 152nd at Fraser and King George at 96 are worth the extra travel time. The people here are rude as hell and the place is disgustingly dirty. Don't go here. The Icing on the cake, after a long drive in rush hour on the way home I stopped here to get a Camel Sunday but before that I wanted to use the bathroom. The arrogant woman wouldn't let me until I placed an order saying bathroom for customers only. Well I WAS a customer until that moment.

Very slow service, consider hiring younger ladies that will be quicker and not forgetful of what you order. Waited 20 mins, and didn’t get my order correctly.

Customer service was great, food was good, the store itself could use updating. Not sure what's happening at the back of the parking lot.but it really needs cleaning up.

Diluted mix in their pop, inconsistent portion sizes always less, never more, need direction that food given to customers should be hot or at least warm, poutine should come with gravy hot enough to at least soften the cheese, gravy film and lumpy not appealing. These issues have gone on for years. Keep giving them chances and it never gets better. Great otherwise.

They're advertising products they don't have, service was slow, they got my order wrong and there was a giant hole in my boy's cup.
Won't be returning.

How can one resist a blizzard on hot day, you just have to eat quick. Unless you want a delicious milkshake.

Place was filthy, two elderly ladies working that could not communicate in English. Got my order wrong and charged me $2.93 for a drink that should have come with the meal. Never going back.

Service was good and food was ok, but for having just opened at 10: 30am, the store was dirty. I had to find a clean table to sit at. Looks like closing staff didnt even bother to sweep either. A bit turned off to say the least also bothered by their diet pepsi being unavailable seeing as I'm diabetic. Manager needs to "manage" this store better imo
