Dairy Queen - Orange Julius - Brentwood

The lady is really nice and friendly, and the ice cream reminded me of the times I'd ask my dad for ice cream on cold day.

I don’t have much bad experience at this location except the guys at this location don’t seem too proactive in their work. This location doesn’t have a scanner to scan the app deals but the workaround is to provide them the 5 digit code from the app.

Annoyed is an understatement! I asked for the Orio hot coco blizzard, (its a favourite of mine, so I am expecting the same thing). He gives me something totally different. I literally pointed to the board and said that's the one I want and they refused to fix it, just continued to hand me the incorrect one, thinking I must just be fine with that it! 0 for service on your night staff tonight!

Service was terrible. Got a brownie Sunday and he barely put one pump fudge only against the wall of the cup to look like there’s fudge in the cup. When asked to put more he wanted to charge extra. This little Sunday cup with a cheap brownie cost me almost $9 with barely a spoon of fudge in it. And the guy was hating life lol don’t blame him!

2 hours before closing and cannot serve orange apple and carrot drink. Very disappointed and this will be the last time i go there to buy anything from there or this company again

Buster bars are the worst here. The worst DQ for any of their boxed products. Anytime I’ve purchased a buster bar box from here, it’s terrible. No peanuts or fudge. Ownership cheaps out on the ingredients while charging full price. Go somewhere else.

The worst location of Dairy Queen. The size of the soft serve on a cone is way smaller than other locations. When I ordered a small, it’s 50% smaller than other location’s small size. Also they don’t have chicken strips.

Came here with my sister and our orders were served with fast service! The cashier- kristin I think- was super friendly and cute! 10/10 would recommend

This location gives DQ a bad name. They don't take the app coupons, says they can't scan at that location. Also starts shutting down at least 15 minutes before closing, happened twice. They said no more Blizzards at that time but cones were ok. Then I got a drippy cone on the verge of melting.

I ordered 2 X medium sized Banana Split Blizzards. Both were made with nearly no ingredients. It was mostly white soft ice cream. I been ordering the banana split blizzard for decades. I kept eating the blizzard hoping I would taste a pineapple, strawberry or a banana and even some chocolate. Nothing. There was zero ingredients. All ice cream. I went to complain and they didn’t care. Dairy Queen has fallen into a corporate business of not caring about their customers. I strongly encourage you not to eat or drink at the Brentwood Mall location. Bad service and they shrugged their shoulders. Poor service and products. Take your business elsewhere! I’m sick of these chains screwing over people. Dairy Queen locations aren’t what they used to be!

Smoothie was well made, a little runny, but not a big deal. Service was good. I had a bit of a hard time hearing the employee, but that’s probably because of the masking. All in all a pleasant experience.
