Dairy Queen

Grabbed a small log cake that was listed as $19.99 out of the cooler. Didn’t get acknowledged while I waited patiently while the staff made some ice cream for others. When they rung me through they said it was $29.99. Didn’t want to make a big deal about it since other people were lined up but didn’t expect to get surprised with a $10 extra charge then what was clearly labeled. At least apologizing for the mistake would go a long way.

Always a long wait at the drive-through, even though you are the only one there? !
They really scrimp in the peanutbutter cup ingredients in the blizzard.it was vanilla I've cream with a couple of pieces of PB cup.really disappointing!
I used to be good, but not anymore!

I have only had treats. The staff were always friendly and helpful. Filled our their surveys 3x with favorable comments.

I have gone there about 5 times in 2 months and not once have you gotten my order right train your employees to understand English all I ever order is a original cheeseburger and I'll get one missing a patty one with no mustard/ ketchup no cheese and one with BBQ sauce all over you are awful the worst one I've ever been to

The worst run DQ I have ever been to, multiple times this place has been a terrible customer experience. This most recent order, ny order was wrong, and they gave me a milkshake in a broken cup.instead of pouring it into a new cup they put the milkshake cup inside another cup.that was also cracked.who trains these people. It is not uncommon for there to be one person working and for it to take 10+ minutes for a 2 item order when there are no other customers in line

Still just as much a fan of dairy queen as I was in my childhood. Where else can you watch a cashier hold icecream upside down to prove it is that sweet blizzard treat? !

I was driving through Armstrong with my family a few days ago (July 12) and needed to make a quick stop to get some food and I was the first person in line in the store. It took 20 minutes for them to make me 2 burgers and 2 drinks. There were only 3 people working there. 1 manager and 2 workers. 1 worker had never made drinks before: (The drive through line was moving steadily). I wish they would pay more attention to people actually coming into their store.

Staff is friendly but they continue to lie about gravy being an extra add-on for chicken strip baskets and wont put it in the takeout orders. I've contacted the head office about this as it's happened numerous time and the manager is doing it on purpose.

They have really good meal deals & they serve good quality food & their prices are reasonable

Came here a few times on lunch breaks. Drive through is really really slow, we could be the only ones in there and still take like 10 mins to get 1 combo.

Came here with the hockey team (21 people) great service and very fast, I really liked this place.

The worst ultimate burgers ever! They coated every surface with special sauce, it was sooo gross!

Horrible wait time, expect to spend 20 minutes every time you go through the drive thru. (if there's no one in front of you) Surprised they keep open!

Got a combo 2 and 3 along with a blizzard and Sunday, me and my friend both agree the fries were gross and my burger was so soggy I couldn't finish it just tossed it out.
Flamethrower was fine just mine was gross.
Usually the food here is good but tonight not the case.got home felt icky

People who work here can’t understand messages when ordering drive thru ordered a 7 dollar deal with burger and sundae and a 2 for 5 deal with a burger and fries and they must’ve thought it was a 2 for 5 with a sundae and the other one with a drink people who work here need to understand stop at dq in Winfield or salmon arm better service no problems with drive thru

Woman behind counter was amazing and went out of her way! Had so much fun. My little girl was very pleased.

Conveniently off main rd. 97 hwy. Place seems clean. Single cheese burgers tasted.
Fine. Service slightly slow. But all in all a good experience.

Went through the drive thru and there was only two cars ahead of me but took almost 15 minutes to get to the window. Not sure what the first car ordered but the one in front of me only got a blizzard and I was only getting a peanut buster parfait. Didn't look like to many people were working, maybe they need more staff. But my parfait was good!

My friends really like passing here when we drive around. DQ really is so adorable, I know its weird but I just feel my friends have a such a cute time when we are here. Eating ice cream with your friends while enjoying the weather sometimes feels like a commercial or something.

I Love Dairy Queen Blizzards! So Yummy! The Staff are Polite and are fast on making orders. Family oriented!

I just had to try the new dreamsicle cone that everyone is talking about. The staff at the Armstrong Dairy Queen are very friendly, and very prompt to fill your order.

The cone is refreshing change, a light orange flavor in the dip, and the ice cream is creamy deliciousness. It seems like they have changed the recipe for the actual phone itself and it's very light and crispy and really adds to the flavors of the cone.

Walked in and the music was so loud. East Indian music. Tryed to order but gave up and left.never going back to Armstrong Dairy Queen.

Today I enjoyed my great cool blizzard. The team here at this location works well together from the customers view. Enjoy the Blizzards!

The worst drive thru I've ever been to. Waited 15 mins for 1 meal and 2 burgers and it took 15 mins and the food was cold! Worst dairy queen I've ever been to

Usually have decent service here but the last 2 times me burgers appeared to be punched after they were assembled. Not sure what has changed, I'll keep trying!

Got our food fries were cold sent them back and watched them put them back in deep fryer wasn't impressed had to tell them I wanted new fries

The food was fresh, hot and tasty. The service was good as well. They really need to replace the bare LED lights and create a nicer dining experience
