Absolutely terrible service. Old sign up with half off blizzard treat for sign up of app, so I did and they said sorry ita old sign. I suggested they take it down then and they were still rude and Aldo wouldn't give the half off for the mix up.

Ordered an oreo blizzard and basically got a vanilla ice cream withlittle to no oreo as if these were the crumbs leftover at the end.

The food was great the burgers were piping hot so fresh. The best thing about dairy queen is everything is made to order so it's super fresh.

This particular location is the most disgusting restaurant I have been in in a long time. Clean your floors, tables, bathrooms, glass and counters. Where is the manager. Do better. I know its fast food and I don't expect much because of that. The ice cream cakes inside the freezer had trapped ice inside the cake boxes and the quality of the decorating, it's terrible. The Management needs to step up and fix these problems. Don't eat here, ever.

Just don't come here worst place ever pay 50 cents for a small water cup before it was 25 cents now 50 not good. Don't allow refill you have to pay for it and its the same price as the cups. Washrooms dirty af guys washroom don't even open. I ordered and blizzard and they got me the wrong order. Don't come here

This is the second time this has happened but every time we have ordered from this specific place they always miss one part of our order it's super frustrating and since it's happened multiple times they obviously don't care

They didn't hold the blizzard upside down and the service was terrible and it looked very dirty and unkempt. I will never go to this DQ ever again.waste of money and time.forgot to add the blizzard was runny and I didn't get what I ordered

The person taking orders today.can't even understand English or just being ignorant and using selective hearing. I ordered XL blizzard as I always do here, even though its not on the menus.i said EXTRA large, and they started making the large sized blizzards before I even payed for it, they had already made it and I felt bad so I still bought it. They say the discontinued it, I know its not on the menu but still always do it for me for the past 10 years, WHY is that? Was it because these new workers already made it before I paid for it, and did not want to correct them self. Lie. On top that I gave my own breath and time explaining on how I needed it made, even that was also in correct order.

Avoid this place at all cost! The food was nasty and yhe staff had a terrible attitude. The food was cold and even after I had the replace it.have a look at the pictures, definitely not worh the money.

I've been here twice. The first time three people were in line and they didn't take one of their coupons, the other they took the coupon but charged extra to upsize even though the coupon was for a medium, and they stuck their finger in the third guys ice cream. Not good.

A good place to eat out, super customer service and good choice of options. Must try the sundae, ice creams. Recommended

I see that you have a ton of poor reviews so why don't you do something about the problems?
I ordered just ONE Dilly bar. That's it. Waited in the drive thru for it and finally had to drive off as the service was insanely slow. I went in on another day and the service was super slow then as well. If you are understaffed then hire more! Don't be so cheap. If your staff need better training then train them! Waiting more than 10 minutes for a premade icecream bar from the freezer is ridiculous! These experiences make you lose customers. Try and serve your customers better and take more pride in your business! Service has been slow every single time I have been here. It is easy to see with all the bad reviews of this place that the owner doesn't care about giving good customer service and gives the same response to every unsatisfied customer. Proper management is severely lacking here. Obviously the owner isn't concerned about customer satisfaction here or their reputation as a business or they would actually do something about it. Service os not the best and icecream seems to always be on the runny side. Hopefully after this post they will try to get better, but until then I would find a different location to go to.

Went thru the drive thru, saw the prices and left. Didn’t even order. I can get a cheaper, better quality burger at any pub or restaurant. You guys are pricing out your customers. Wouldn’t be surprised if this location (or all DQs for that matter) closed permanently soon

Trash. Slowest serice, unfriendly staff, and can't take an order properly. We turned our engine off in the drive thru because they took 20 mins for a dipped cone and a blizzard. There was nobody else there.

Love how it feels classic and bring those childhood memories even though it was my first time being there. Employees seemed very tired from all work they have been so thank you for working so hard.

The workers are really understaffed trying to keep up with the orders, so cheers to them for doing such a good job!

Learned the hard way that DQs have different standards for the same product. Very disappointing. Got the Brownie and Oreo cupfection.

Very Slow at drive through service. Only ordered a 4 piece chicken basket and waited nearly 10 minutes

Service is very nice but the only issue is that the food is getting quiet expensive. Compared to other fast food places, DQ is not competitive enough. The only thing I would get from DQ is the ice cream (even though it is almost $40 for the 8 inch cake).

The bottom line here is the service was quick enough, the staff was nice enough, the burgers were not good enough. They didn`t look anything like the menu board suggested. They looked like a `mini me` version and squished`.

Staff were great so this is not a reflection on them. The reason they are getting only 1 star is the price. Ordered chicken strip combo not knowing the cost as the order board is so not lit up. Get to the window to pay and it was almost $20. For chicken strips & that's just the strips. Doesn't include fries or a drink. I can get better quality & quantity for that price at the neighbourhood pub. Won't be back for anything but a blizzard here & there. Not worth the cost. I feel for the staff.

Very long wait in the drive thru. Ordered a chicken sandwich, it was tasteless, would not eat or order at this location again.

If I could give zero I would. Never again you pay for extra toppings in a blizzard thinking you would get enough to fill the cup. Bottom was just Vanilla ice cream waste of money. Don't waste your time.

Ordered a chicken burger combo (with fries and a drink). I waited in the drive-thru for at least 10-15 minutes approximately. The staff member was friendly however way too long of a wait. The burger was tasteless, with very little sauce. I felt completely disappointed, overpriced at $15 for the combo and did not enjoy it what's so ever. Will definitely not be visiting this location again.

Ice cream here is horrible. Employees do not care. Zero effort on their end. Look at this dipped cone.horrible it looks watered down.

Worst experience in life time we were dropping a friend in Surrey wife had a craving for ice 11: 19 pm nobody else open find this dairy queens on king gorge highway waited in drive thur for 10 minutes to place an order then 15 minutes to get the order after spending 25 minutes got the order wrong call the dairy queens to let them know about the mix up we order 2 different ice cream came out both of them same.we run a restaurant we understand mistake happens. Was shock on the response we received she said have you ever order from dairy queens, I felt sorry to my wife because it’s was my mistake to take here there not there mistake to give here wrong order. Wait and watch there will be closing soon I read all the review nothing positive about this place written.
Staff and management don’t give s*** to the customers 2 girls 11: 30 13 November plz train your staff properly. They will lose the job you will lose this location.

Car battery died in this parking lot.thankfully i grabbed a sunday and waited for BCAA Thankfully They Didnt take until sunday either.:)

Order was incorrect, but still good. The exterior is unappealing and the drive thru experience needs work. Slow service. I hope they turn things around

I have just ordered one onion ring basket from uber eats but i got chicken strips that is unacceptable because i didn't eat chicken ever. It was very bad experience for me. Now i call them three times and they didn't response.

It was a sad evening visit.
Asked the girl at the front as to what other ice creams she had to which she said only one type (there were 3 different ones locked in the fridge) so I asked again, she said yes just one type $18 for 6.
While I ask the next question she just walked away. Came back after 5 minutes and asked yes what can I get you.
So I got a chocolate fudge. The chocolate syrup was so bad. Never again! Never to a DQ ever.

Usually I like this place but last time I asked for no chocolate on my Sunday so thry added extra strawberry. Instead I got a watery Sunday I guess they poured a can un and gave me all the juices, it was leaking and when got it all over me. Not fun =/

I have been going there since i was a teenager 50years ago and never thought that it would look more like a cheap greasy spoon dive with dirty floors and dirty windows so now i don't think i will eat again.

Absolutely the worst DQ I have ever visited. The store is filthy, the coolers are smashed. There was bicycle locks on the doors where the cakes are. DQ is hurting but this particular store makes all the others look like the Taj Mahal. Corporate needs to step in and either close this one or clean it up. Will not go back. I went in for a cake, tried to look past the guy walking up to the drivethru, the garbage everywhere, the broken doors and messed up freezers but the last straw was $43 for a small ice cream cake.

We walked in and my skin was already crawling from having touched the shockingly filthy door handle! NO Covid protocols being implemented here! Everywhere we looked was filth. The bench seat in the corner where we would have sat with our family group was covered in crumbs and sticky spills. I would NEVER risk eating ANYTHING they served here!

Definitely the cheapest, Dairy Queen ive been to ordered the 3 pieces chicken meal. I got 1 and a half chicken it’s like a child’s meal. My sundae was half as well. The employees here are so cheap

We love their 2 for $5 after 8pm other than that I can't believe how expensive their dilly bars and stuff are now I remember when I was a kid you could get a box of 12 dilly bars for $10 now it's like $22 ugh

This is by far one of thee better Dairy Queens my husband and I both have visited considering it's location and surroundings. It works. The food is great and the desserts are always awesome as always!

Very expensive food for the quality, as its very poor quality food even for fast food. Made a very simple order and they overcharged and then argued that it's not what I ordered and that if I wanted it fixed that I'd have to pay more even though they made the mistake by not listening to my order. Then even after all that they gave me something completely different than I asked for. Very disappointing. I wouldn't go here unless you're starving and have no other option. Even orders made through skip the dishes are always wrong. ALWAYS WRONG.

The service is so bad. The manger is so rude has no respect I bought food from a different restaurant and he threw my food in the garbage all through out is a really bad service I never want to come here again

The worst service ever, I order two banana split and a blizzard, first she took so long, second she didn’t even bag my food. I asked her to put it in a bag. Her response was “oh you want a bag” she just handed me a bag and walked away. Never coming back to this location, I drove from 64 ave just to come to come to this location

Just cuz i didnt know why my tummy was soo sore right after i ate a cheeseburger from dq and i feel like it was because of the burger i just ate from the dq then and thats wat i was thinking though but i didnt know 100% though so thats why im saying 2 stars only but other times.

Prices double from location in nearest mall for certain items. Screwed up order. Let animal into store, didn't look like a service animal. Plus there a man walking behind counter with no hairnet, gloves or mask. Very unprofessional location.

I am a healthcare worker from across the street in the hospital. I have gone to this location a bunch of times and with little satisfaction. It needs a shake up of staff and corporate needs to come get this place to a basic company standard that the name DQ come with. I usually don’t leave poor reviews but after today I had enough with this place. Walked in with a coworker and we were the only ones in the store besides a gentleman that looked like the front till ladies husband. They continued to shoot the breeze in Punjabi while enjoying ice cream for ten minutes without an employee even acknowledging us. When we were clearly standing right there. We waited patiently for over ten minutes then just left. Not all locations are like this. This one struggles to achieve even a minimal service.

DQ is great! The staff are always friendly, fast and the place is always nice and clean. But the price.

I was not to thrilled with the fact that the main doors were extemely hard to open and it was not the cleanest looking. No handsanitizer available on the counters for customers or at the doors. The customer service was great tho

This place need facelift, especially drive thru especially when we look at the vagrants and junkies walKing around. Otherwise service is good.

My husband and I not. Impressed Burger fries icecream. I ended up not well. Meat not grill enough cheese taste gross. We will not go back again.

My experience at DQ was excellent. It was already 12am and they were about to close. I was there to get a birthday cake; the girl (Parmeet) at the drive-thru provided wonderful customer service. I am thankful to DQ for recruiting such a gem. The cake was delicious and I am waiting for the next birthdays to come in my friend list. Superb service, superb taste!

Burgers lately are starting to taste like something I would have found in a Hospital cafeteria. Not great.

The location on king George Blvd and 94A Ave is absolutely horrible. Most staff are extremely rude. Ordered an ice cream with peanuts and took it home. It was completely covered in salt and peanut husks (from the bottom of the bag of peanuts) and totally unedible because it was so salty. It cost over $8 and when I brought it back and asked if I could have a new one they told me I was too late and that I only had 2 hours after buying it to get a new one. It was the worst customer service I've ever experienced. Restaurant is also dingy and dirty looking. Would not recommend this place to anyone.
