Snorted "crushed rockets" through a 1 dollar American bill on the back tables of this fine establishment.

Well run DQ. Really enjoyed lunch with my grandson. Excellent fries, chicken strips and onion rings. Staff was friendly, the restaurant was clean, and the food was served hot! What else can you ask for?

Stopped in for lunch with my dad on Sept 15th and was pleasantly surprised with the excellent customer service from the cashier and rest of team, very refreshing in todays fast food culture. The food was also delicious and timely. I also noticed containers on the tables with ketchup mustard salt pepper and napkins, which is much more convenient and classy than the previous setup. Lots of families coming in and elderly couples, it was a calm and peaceful atmosphere in there. Thankyou for raising the bar, we will be back:)

Inaccessible to those in wheelchairs and unapologetic for it!
I went for lunch with a couple of my clients with disabilities and visited the washroom before we left. The washroom is tiny and impossible to access in a wheelchair. Speaking with someone clearly representing the franchise, I was given excuses about costs and attitude in response to my point that this was clear systemic discrimation against those with disabilities. Do NOT visit if you are in a wheelchair or care about people who are.

Food was decent except the way the time it all was really odd. They made the ice cream sundaes n blizzards first and then the milkshake and left it to sit out on the counter top whilst the food finished cooking. So by the time the food was ready the ice cream was melting all over the cups. Also we had a total of six cups to carry and they lack the ability to see they should have offered/put in a cup tray n stuck it in the fridge
Overall not sure what haas happened here but all I can say is timing was not good.

Always a good place to treat the kids for lunch and some ice cream! Good food, good service and delicious ice cream!

Disappointed, birthday cake was done with a printed top… I specified several times when I ordered and paid it needed to be done in gel icing and was told it would be.
I just don’t think it’s right to change the look and product when it’s been specified and agreed to.
When I pointed this out and discussed it, I was told that maybe the person making the cake wasn’t able to do it in gel, and they are sorry I wasn’t happy with the printed top, and while I appreciate the sentiment it doesn’t change me ending up with the ‘wrong’ finished cake.
Why they didn’t use the contact information I gave them if an issue came up? I don’t know.

My husband asked to get flowers all over the top of the cake. Completely covering. Well this is what they did (minus the few my husband quickly added at home) they should have called to question my husband if they were unsure. For the price you pay for these cakes you think they would put more effort in.

Me and my wife got dinner to go. It was during a bit of a rush but we only had to wait about 10 minutes for food.

The line up and waiting for food was rather unorganized, no one knows where to stand or who's ordered. I saw multiple people asking "have you ordered yet? " To other people standing around trying to get in line just to order food.

A bit of an older location but looked clean and staff was friendly. Pretty much what you'd expect from a DQ.

Well I've only had positive experiences there.they happen to mix up my order but when I called, they had zero problems solving the issue!

If you are a fan of Dairy Queen burgers, dogs, chicken strips or ice cream treats, this place has it all.

Went on a class trip there today. The staff were professional and got 30 kids ice-cream in a timely manner.

Peanut Buster Parfait. What's not to love. Quick service, smiling face, cool treat on a warm day after a hike.

Friendly service, good food, and always a good spot to chill with your buddies and have some good ice cream! As they say it’s fan food not fast food and after coming under new ownership this restaurant has become one of my favourites again. Their food is always warm and cooked perfectly, their blizzards are always so cold and delicious. Love the vibes and good times.

Sometimes the buns seem dry or stale but when they are not it's sooo good.

-edit, it's been a few months and the buns have improved greatly, I have adjusted my rating accordingly.

This is a busy location but the staff work hard to serve you as quickly as they can. They just are very busy because of the delivery apps it seems.

Poorly managed- don't take part in deals and work with skip the dishes exclusively ignoring lobby customers

At the beginning of the month, I attended this location and requested pecans in my blizzard. They rung it in and when I got home, zero pecans. Although I paid extra for them, I chalked it up to the restaurant either being out, or the employee forgot.

We went back this evening (Dec 1) and I requested pecans in my blizzard. Watched the cashier add pecans and then she repeated it back to me. Get my blizzard, get home and zero pecans…again.
I have paid for this twice and didn’t receive what I paid for.

I won’t be going back to this location.

Very nice experience whenever I went there. Tanu the salesperson in the registry or any people who work there was very friendly.

Was craving a medium $8.00 Skor Blizzard after an amazing Sunday dinner (even if the temperature outside was 1 degree Celsius) only to be served a cup of super fudge icecream and a scoop of Skor pieces.not happy.sorry DQ.when I order this its usually a white soft serve with an abundance of pieces.not this time.

Too many errors with food for pickup and delivery; orders not quite right too often.missing utensils, condiments, melted ice cream for a quick short distance delivery.unacceptable.

The food at this Dairy Queen is awesome.it does however take a little wait to get your food but that's because it's made fresh and it's always hot. I'll trade a wait for great food anyway.

Waited 15 minutes for food when there was no one else ordering. Food wasn't warm when eventually recieved. Really disappointed

The team makes me a special Tiktok Blizzard, with cold fudge and that cookie crumble from the bottom of the ice cream cakes.

Newly renovated. Social distancing protocols in place though I felt tables needed to be washed more frequently. Most people do take-out. Burgers were tasty and ice-cream treats are always a hit.

The food is good, but the service is terrible. I've ordered DQ from this location about 6 times on Skip the Dishes, and in 3 times a large onion ring is missing. I will never order from this place again.

Since newer ownership, we have noticed such a positive improvement in the staff's demeanor, everyone is so friendly now! Also, they have chocolate soft serve ice cream, get your treats made with that over the vanilla, game changer!

This is the worst Dairy Queen location I’ve ever been to. Their blizzards are served half melted and it quickly turns into a disgusting glob of sugar. Other locations the blizzards are well frozen. They show this by flipping the blizzard upside down and nothing falls out. Avoid this location at all costs.

The staff were pleasant, we got our order quickly and they were delicious.

I had asked for a carmal moolatie but all I got was a milk shake. There was no whipping cream on top or drizzle of carmal sauce as I had expected. Maybe next time.

My spouse and I went there on Wednesday night for some food. We had the 2 can dine coupon where you can get 2 double cheese burgers, drinks and fries for $11.99.unfortunately, we were given tiny value burgers. I know they were the value burgers because my husband ordered two extra burgers from the value menu and they were the same size:/

On top of that, it took them 25 minutes to make our burgers. Due to this wait, they came out very very dry which is usually not the case for DQ. We placed our order at 4: 55 and only got it at 5: 20 and no one else was in the restaurant! And to add to that, they made our blizzard first so it melted and we had to eat that while waiting for our food.needless to say, we would rather drive all the way to Victoria than to return to this location.

Very disappointed. Staff are lovely and friendly, but SO slow! We have ordered there several times, as it was the closest to us, but I think we will drive to one further in an attempt to have better quality.
Apparently newer owners, and was advised that they've got rid of gel decorating on cakes, even though staff said they still know how to do it, and enjoy doing it, and now only offer digital edible pictures, for a $7.99 additional charge! NOT impressed! I also made the mistake of prepaying for a birthday cake, and they changed the wording I requested on the cake.

Second time we ordered lunch, and though it was fresh, it took a really, really long time! (Like beyond reasonable). The burger was kind of slimy on the edges.

Tonight, ordered Blizzards, and they were so runny! No flip test passing there! (Apparently a known problem staff advise. Management apparently need to get it together!)

I was really tired today and idk if I showed it but thank you very much to the person who went to the back and tried to find me a box of buster bars. You could have just said you were out and whatevered it but you were very pleasant and tried to find me some which was super nice so thank you!

It s 2 time I come here in 1 month and its always full food smoke inside. Need new fan systems in the kitchen. Probably terrible for the worker.

It took us a long time to get attention so we could place our order. Then it took a long time to get our order. There were many people waiting most not wearing masks. Lots of parking.

We waited in line 20 minutes for our blizzards. Told the staff mint Oreo and no lids. Got plain Oreo with lids. Took them home to the kids, disappointed kids.: (

The wait is extreme & i swear its more expensive at this location. But i dont know. Theres a difference between a classic retro and run down. The kitchen looked impressively clean and cared for. The food is top notch here too.

Always nice staff, but never wash their hands between handling cash and preparing food. I have come here for years and it has always been an issue - I had hoped they would improve with the current health emergency. Management, please consider implementing a policy for staff staff to wash hands or change gloves in between handling cash and food.

Just grabbed a few ice cream treats, service was fast and the treats were great. The peanut buster parfait was the best I've ever had. Awesome!

Never had a issue ordering blizzards/cakes there but a large percentage of the staff has attitude issues and rarely if never smile. I would recommend anyone in the Westshore wanting a blizzard to go to the new location on millstream by Costco. I suspect a big part in why the staff have attitude issues is Langford still has a reputation regardless of what the mayor tries to do and the staff reflect the attitude of the youth of the area

Staff always courteous and helpful. It is when there are deals and coupons that this site fails. Almost every occasion that there is a limited time blizzard or a awesome coupon deal the product is unavailable.

ATTN MANAGEMENT.

Well the service is usually good, friendly staff. But this afternoon I believe I witnessed some basic food safe violations. The girl on till finished taking a mans order then she proceeded off the till, to the back kitchen assembly line, and began preparing food without washing hands or putting on something as simple as gloves.better training and food safe needs to be implemented right now before someone gets very ill. I love DQ but this has to change. I understand, I have worked in fast food for a few years.but come on this is basic.

The service here is meh. I have never gone without out being in a long line. Staff chat amongst each other and seem annyoed to have customers. Their uniforms are always messy as well which grosses me out as they are serving food. Have only gotten ice cream here which is the usual good stuff so can't vouch for food.

How can you not like Dairy Queen? The staff at this location are awesome, they work hard to get you your tasty treat, they make sure that it comes out perfect each time.

The girls here were friendly and eager to take our order. -they accommodated my last minute request and my wife's peanut allergy.
I even got winked at multiple times.

Entire experience was appalling! Don't expect anything to be clean. The staff was terrible. Young overworked tired and underpaid. Its sad this generation at 16 expects that everyone owes them something!

Wish i could give 0 stars, horrible customer service and absolutely disgusting.i found multiple hairs in my food and saw a staff member eating out of my blizzard before they gave it to me.i asked them to remake it and they scraped off the top and have it back to me.

Went into the store to order a 10" oreocake.as they wouldn't pick up the phone. Nor take online orders. They want 48 hours notice for an oreo cake where every other location does it in 24 hours. The place is dirty, the bathroom nasty, take your business elsewhere folks. One star only because I had to. Better off using your kids easy bake oven to get a cake baked faster.
