The customer service is excellent at this location. The only complaint I have is the 5 peanuts on my sundae when I paid for extra! It just doesn't hit the spot: (: (I'm pretty sure I could go buy a bag of salty peanuts at the dollar store for $1.25: (

Please mix yout blizzards more and read the fine print. This is the second time I've ask for extra filling in my blizzard and it's always half mixed and no extra. I live DQ please don't ruin it for us.

The staff was absolutely wonderful. Such a treat. I appreciated them wholeheartedly. I would recommend this location to everyone. They are the best!

Tonight After stoping in at liquor planet to grab a Fat Tug,
I arrived at 703 Treanor Ave Dairy Queen at 10: 53 and was warming greeted by the front counter attendant Yang, my surroundings where beyond clean. Her and late night team allowed me to order anything of the menu as they where still open till 11 PM she stated, I order a double mushroom burger onion rings, gravy and a banana split, not to mention toppings that where not included on the burger including lettuce & bacon.
I was out the door by 10: 59PM. In my to go bay the hot and cold items where separated and had napkins and spoon neatly placed in the bag.every single bit of food had no grease and was prepared with care in a healthy portion. Thank you will defiantly be bringing cash next time insure you receive a tip for your excellent customer service and kitchen 's staff culinary skill, something you do not receive from most dine in pubs or restaurants that are this near to closing time.

Dairy Queen; you make make more than enough money to include a tip option on your point of sales system and have it distributed evenly among pay roll based on the hours recored from the POS system. Do better.

Ice cream is very sweet and portions are huge.

What I don’t like - there is always a persistent smell of old oil, as if French fries is being cooked there all day long. The smell is so strong that there’s even no desire to stay there longer.

Ordered off UberEats, shoutout to Aron for going above and beyond with the friendly service, especially right before closing which I know can be a pain

I use this drive through every week and a half or so; and today, the attendant was confused and incompetent. In spite of repeating my order to him three times at the intercom, and once at the window itself, he still got my order completely wrong. I ordered a regular hamburger, no cheese and extra onions and a large chocolate shake. Instead, I received a single bacon ranch burger and a strawberry shake. Need someone of competence taking orders.

Ordered a B-Day cake over the phone. I was asked if I wanted it personalized. I requested they put DAD in one of the stars. I picked up the cake before heading to the birthday celebration. They decorated the cake with "Dad in one of the picture star" on it. Disappointing. I had no choice but to accept it since we were heading to the party.

I was contacted by the owner of this franchise. He apologized for how his team handled this mistake and also sent me a cheque refunding the purchase price. I have edited this review since I feel this issue has been resolved.

I will never return to this location. First they forgot about my order and by the time I got my order, the people I came in with had finished their meals and ice cream. I politely asked the staff about my order and they said they forgot and made it. When I received my smartie blizzard, it had chocolate sauce in it which I wasn’t aware of at the time I ordered — I really do not like chocolate. I asked the girl at the counter if I could please have it re-made without chocolate sauce and explained that I didn’t know it had it, and she told me no and was extremely rude about it. She told me I received the correct order and that she was too busy to re-make it for me. After arguing with her for several minutes, she re-made the blizzard but was very rude and told me that next time she will not re-make it for me. I felt very uncomfortable, unwelcome, and unappreciated here. The service I received was honestly atrocious.

DQ, Just not what it used to be. Prices are my primary issue, other fast food locations have same quality at a much lower cost.

I only ever buy ice cream here through the drive thru. Two out of three times my sundae order (the same every time I order a sundae) isn't correct. It doesn't stop me from coming back though. Maybe I'd have better luck going inside, but I like the convenience of the drive thru.

So we have tried this Dairy Queen 2 times now as we don’t live in the area and both times had the same result.

Sure, ice cream is SUPPOSED to be cold but when you pay nearly $30 for chicken strips and French fries, they should be HOT!

Cold barely colour changed fries, chicken strips both regular and my buffalo strips were barely warmer than room temperature. We picked up, drove 2 blocks up the hill for a picnic and opened up our $30 worth of cold food.

My wife didn’t even finish hers because by the time she got to a 4 strip, wasn’t even warm to the touch anymore.

Every other DQ we get this combo from you have to tear them apart to let them cool AND the strip combo includes gravy. This location makes you pay for it extra. Quadra location and Sidney location both include gravy with combo.

The drink had maybe 3 ice cubes in it and also not very cold.

What a joke this location is. Never again and I will happily recommend the same to others.

Went there the other day with the kids and had some great food and treats. Who doesn't love dairy queen.

Always friendly staff.the front counter person noticed my blizzard was lacking a full serving of ice cream so sent it back to be topped up. Drive thru is super popular so I always go inside.

Disappointed. Ordered delivery, Royal Reece’s Brownie with fudge instead of peanut butter. The writing on the cup was correct but the order was wrong.

This location hasn't been open for long, the service is usually pretty quick, lots of different desserts to pick from, I especially like the Frozen cooler The peanut Buster bars.
They have a great deal on a meal that comes with a Sunday, hot seller. I recommend if you have young kids that's the meal you get.

Was good when they first opened. New staff has driven it down hill. They don't even answer their phone. You can't hear them when they speak at the drive thru. They rush you while digging out your cash at the drive thru, but then you wait 10 minutes for your meal. No care has been put into it anymore.

This is our local spot for ice cream goodness. The family often celebrates small events with a Blizzard night, courtesy of this DQ location. The staff is friendly, even when the location is crazy busy.

Parking and drive-thru are often very busy. It’s best to walk or cycle here.

Good ice-cream but the hot food seems lower quality or maybe just hastily prepared at this location.

This dq is fairly lame do to fact they dont use all the app benefits, they dont have a scanner for a bunch of the best coupons. Basically all other dqs use a scanner? This is also the newest dq, strange how they dont use the newest features dq has to offer

This is our favourite DQ in the Greater Victoria Area. I'm extremely particular about my Blizzards, and they always make it perfectly at this location. I was exceptionally impressed today after being served by Dave, who was so patient and friendly and made my Blizzard exactly how I like it!

Terrible service! I was there last night to but 2 banana split at there drive thru. The line up was long. It took me almost 15 mins at the line up to get to the window. At window the lady charged me for my order and made me wait for another 3 mins! Then she comes out at window we are out of bananas! Like seriously! After wasting nearly 20 mins of customer u realized u were out of bananas. Like why wouldn't they tell me when I just got at the window.
It seems there is lack of communication between staff and they are very disorganized. I am truly disappointed coz they wasted so much of my time.

Love this Dairy Queen. Finally have a DQ with a drive-through is super handy. They almost always seem super busy and yet they are usually pretty quick. Would highly recommend.

Horrible service and horrible food, burger bun was in pieces, sauce smothered everywhere and they consumed to wrap it up, so it was wet znd soggy.the order guy clearly heard what I ordered but failed. I asked for a side chicken stripes and asked for honey mustard and got nothing and gave a meal. Ordered gravy and it was half full. I didn't ask for ketchup and they gave me 7 packages, why, what a damn waste

I came here the other day to fill my chocolate craving. I had the most amazing customer service experience to the point of pure joy! I had this experience with your wonderful employee Chelsey. Thank you sooo much for making my drive threw experience one I’ll always remember! Dairy Queen for the win!

This is my favorite place where I can get a little treat for my wife and I. Excellent ice cream

Every time I come here the staff are polite and fast, and get the order right.
Unlike other places where I haven't seen them get an order right in 15 years, this place is staffed awesomely.

This Dairy Queen is one of the best I have ever visited. The food is always hot and well prepared. The ice cream treats are always made perfect, blizzards loaded with your favourite flavor. All the staff are polite and hard working people. Shelley the manager is doing a great job running this location. I never go to other locations in Victoria as I am now a regular permanent customer here.

I bought a pizza treatzza for my sons 4th birthday. I saw the guy ahead of me buy a bigger cake and had a name put on it. I asked if they could put his name on it too. He asked the manager and they said no. I would have paid for the icing. The thing was $15 already but it’s not about the money because you ruined it. I live down the road and will not support your business anymore.

I feel overrated, their smoothie and onion rings weren't that convincing for me to try the rest of their menu.

Even when busy, still the best DQ in town! The staff are always extremely friendly and never showing their stress (I would be stressed if the line never ended lol) but they are always nice and make good ice cream!

Dairy Queen is famous for its ice cream! We all know that. Their ice cream will always be super yummy! Their burgers on the other hand is not to bad. Miss the actual grilling of burgers. But fast food is fast food. I love their french fries. Super tasty! This location, the staff seem friendly and make sure your happy customer. For sure recommend this location! Its busy place, so keep that in mind.

This is the new caramel apple pie blizzard in the picture. Its my new favorite blizzard. Its a MUST try! Or else your missing out big time.

Pretty busy place tonight, plenty of skip the dishes drivers here too. Had to wait a bit on our walk in order. Tony seemed a bit stressed but kept his composure throughout the ordering process. Did a bang up job until he forgot our 4 drinks though, no big deal really, I took it home where I had drinks. If I were on the road with the kids.wow, instant nightmare. Staff was busy yet on point, food was made as fast as they could and it was served nice and hot and tasted good too. I'll definitely give them another shot and see how it goes from there. As of now, I recommend this location

High traffic area that can be super busy at night due to covid. Still haven't had any issues with the food. Just the line up.

Bad service. Skip the dishes drivers blocking the entrance and access to the exit. Incredibly rude. Staff speaking in another language laughing immediately after my order. And having to repeat my order 4 times before even paying was ridiculous.

This place is amazing. The service is great and very kind staff. Quality is always there very consistent. I highly recommend this place.

Ordered three medium blizzards tonight via drive through. Handed to us half melted overflowing no lids. By the time we got home melted in the cup holder currently dripping in my freezer. And one of them was made incorrectly. As someone who worked at Dairy Queen for five years this was extremely disappointing to see.

I mean ice cream is always good. Just customer service was lacking. I mean don't ask to help me if your not really ready to take my order.

I have been there many times and the food is always hot and fresh and the staff is the best I have found at any fast food restaurant.

Millstream Dairy Queen is awesome. The building is beautiful and clean and the staff are so helpful. We’ve had excellent service every time we’ve been there. We love their ice cream.

Waited 25 minutes for a strip meal.ok suppose to be 3 strips but we got 3 nuggets, might as well go to McDonalds and get twice the chicken for half the price. Last time I will waist my money here

First visit to this new dairy queen location. Great service, friendly staff, fast service, and clean restaurant. Manager was greeting everyone. Pedestrian access needs improvement

Its a real shame how this visit went. Burger was drowning in ketchup and mustard, ended up thrown away meaning wasted product. Fries cold, and stale cardboard like. I get its fast food, but thats scary. It took close to 10 minutes or longer waiting for 1 cone and dilly bar, which was smashed. The milkshake was great, service. Initially good. However when ordering dessert, the service went downhill. One cashier on cellphone, another server complaining, 'im so thirsty', And pretty much all the workers looking like they dreaded being there. Very slow Dragging feet staff.
Was a real turn off. Wont be back.

Love the new location that opened up in Langford, staff are friendly, a little slow at times but there still learning so it's understandable and we've never had a issue ordering food

We love Dairy Queen and come here weekly. We were so excited when they opened up this location. Service is always very quick, even in the drive thru, and the staff are always super friendly! Food is delicious and we've never had an issue with any of our orders. The store is very spacious and clean as well:) and they have a good selection of cakes!

Employees don't know what they are doing, took 5 minutes for the employees to even see me waiting to order. Doesn't look like they have any management what so ever. The only good thing is the food it accurate it just takes about 15 minutes for one ice cream. Recommended giving this place a few months to get everything together before visiting.

My blizzard is always perfect whenever I go to this location. But the one time I got chicken strips I was very disappointed to see I got almost no fries.

And sometimes the wait is very long but that's understandable since it's a new store with lots of staff still learning the correct procedure and how to do so efficiently.

That being said the drive thru is awesome and I love how theres a cover above the window so your car stays dry.

It's alright.place is run by tired teenagers who don't know what they're doing and managed by tired middle aged folks who can't understand why the teenagers "can't even make a got-dang blizzard stay in the dang cup"
chicken strips are good though
