Good service food was alright! But I wonder when they finally fix their Washrooms it’s been out for over a month now and had to pee outside the building
Ordered a Oreo Blizzard and it didn't have any Oreos in it. Got them to replace it and it still didn't have any Oreos. This DQ seems to be cheap with the toppings.
This location has a really hard time getting orders right. Truly 50/50 chance. High price to pay to not get what you want.already home by the time you realize. And I second the comment about "liquid blizzards". Really has been this way since they stopped having to serve them "upside down". Also why does it take 10 mins for each drive thru order?
Brought my kids here to get a treat. My daughter went to use the bathroom. Asked about if we needed a key for the bathroom as they were locked. I was told both bathrooms were closed because somebody used them earlier and made a mess. So there was no bathrooms available.
I gave all three employees that were looking at me a blank face as every family fast food establishment must have a bathroom available. This was not the case.
When we left, a sign was put up that the bathrooms were closed.
Not acceptable for a family establishment. With enough employees working, someone should be delegated to make a bathroom available.
Today I have been there around 8.30 Pm to pick an online order and the staff kept me waiting for 15 minutes for just 1 blizzard. The order was ready before my arrival but the staff kept me waiting for 15 minutes for that order and latter on the person told me he didn’t heard my order when i asked him politely for around 3-4 times. That was seriously unprofessional as if the order is ready and the restaurant still kept me waiting for 15 minutes.
Deserves all the low ratings. Have lived here 25 years. After the owner change a year or two ago I've noticed the service horrible, food horrible and staff rude. Its weird as it's the same owner of the nearby Willowbrook location. Save your self the hassle drive the extra 5 minutes.
Also, if you're gunna half fill the fry container can you atleast put the Fry's in the container not the bottom of the bag. Sundaes need more syrup. BADLY
This place is consistent for getting your orders wrong, just placed an order through Uber Eats, and to no surprise, I got the wrong food in the order. That is the last time I will ever spend money at this establishment, Worst mistake I’ve made.
Lady working there was rude. No interest in customer service at all. My smoothie was more than half ice. Disgusting behaviour and drinks. Will never ever be back.
Avoid! The last two times my burgers and wraps have been microwaved. My wrap was mushy, with wilted lettuce, and the ranch dressing burnt my tongue. I went inside for a refund and the manager admitted they “blast” them. I guess to cut down the time at the drive thru they started microwaving! Appalling when they are so overpriced to

(Ellie Baxter) the worker that was handling me DID NOT give me my drink after I had already paid my friends received there drinks but since Ellie Baxter wouldn’t give the receipt she said”sorry I can’t give free food” bad service please controle your workers
This place NEVER makes an order correctly, regardless of how the order is placed. Thought I'd be safe ordering through Skip so they could actually read the order nicely and take some extra time, boy was I wrong. Save yourself the disappointment and drive to the next location.
Pretty significant wait at the drive through, but that may have been because a minivan full of people were ordering dinner and desert for all 9 people.
Waste of time and money, this location is awful! Just ordered a d received a burnt chicken sandwich and a half melted blizzard. Save yourself a headache and check out the other dq in Langley on the bypass. Much better quality and more attention to detail, worth going out of your way for.
Buyer beware. I went through the drive thru and got a medium cone and paid by interact tap. I looked at my account the next day and they charged me double.
A very nice DQ, however the burgers sat at the food counter for at least 15 mins before they gave them too us. So I said cold or luke warm burgers are not acceptable and requested fresh made burgers. So buy the time we got reorder we had waited 40mins to get our food. DQ when braizer food is ready. Serve it Promptly Right!
I was so unhappy I sent 25.00 and got to the window to be total we don't have a scanner at this location and my bogo buy and get order one 1.99 but because they didn't have a scanner I lost out on the sale because it's on my app so if your going to have sale the app should work at all location that's why I was so happy to have the app to gets points and tonight so please if your going to have these points and special have a scanner please everything else was great thanks
Had issues with this DQ last two times I went. First time the burger was under cooked and I'm pretty sure made me sick SOMEHOW. Then today I went in for ice cream and there was a black hair at the bottom of the cup. My hair isnt black.
Great place to hang out and have a bite of DQ delicacies. Good location, very clean and great staff. I highly recommend this place if you are in Langley.
Very rude customer service no matter if they are busy or not. Assuming my order and going to charge me for what I did not ask for (up charging without consent). Honestly would prefer not to come here
Worst service I've ever had. The customer service was non-existent. No gloves worn when preparing food and the food was dry and disgusting. Never going back. Horrible. What's the point of giving you a negative review though? It appears from the other reviews that you do nothing to improve your standards. Pointless. You're losing money, because you refuse to train your employees properly. Your loss.
I changed my review as Dairy Queen has changed. They've taken away the ultimate Burger they've changed the Delhi bar 12 pack to a 6-pack. Their meal deal has changed you pay more money for less food. If you wonder why you've lost so many people we're all going to Wendy's. Maybe you should send your corporate office there to check out their JBC Burger with lettuce cheese tomato and bacon and check out their baked potato with sour cream and onions and their little grilled chicken wraps and all their food on their special menus that's affordable. All my friends and family we used to always go into the Dairy Queen for the special meal deal it was wonderful. But now you're giving less in charging more. So we left to Wendy's where we even get a free frosty. You've lost a lot of customers cause we're all going to Wendy's a couple blocks down. So sad that you're giving less food for more money. And you've taken away the ultimate Burger which was like the big Mac. You're losing out on customers there was a whole group of us. Your corporate office should learn by actually becoming a customer. And start with Wendy's because they've taken over where you've taken it away.
Slowest service ever. Ordered 3 things and we waited for 15-20 minutes. Originally there was a new girl on the mic when we ordered who was actually sweet and you could tell she was trying to understand. Then another lady came on saying that she was new and to restate the order, she was incredibly rude and blunt. We got to the window and the girl genuinely felt bad as there were four other girls standing in the back doing literally nothing but talking and laughing. Not going back, but props to the new girl.
NOPE We used to go here every week but not after today. This is the second time we have been given a rotten banana from this location. My daughter was eating her banana split with her little sister and went to have some of the banana and it was all black. I will never go back here after this. The night manager at first refused to give me my money back and said it had mostly been eaten! My daughter's had maybe 2-4 bites of the ice cream before noticing. The lady offered me a new one instead and said that their bananas normally look like that. I ended up getting my money back fortunately in the end after arguing. They should have fresh bananas for an $8.50 item in my opinion! Can you imagine what they put into an orange Julius? ! Wasted gas and time to return it. Night manager was rude and made it an easy decision for us to never return. I hope that they have future quality standards. So gross!
Heard an ad on the radio for $1 cheeseburgers at all Canadian dairy queens But this Dairy Queen does not honor anything that thing that Dairy Queen is offering Or maybe they're just not a part of Canada
For the price we paid, this meal was awful! The buns for the burgers were dry and there was way too much sauce. The wrap was also dry. Also, part of our order was forgotten.
The service is pretty bad and slow here and nobody cleans the tables at all. Drive through and Skip seem to be given priority so the wait is long. Not good at all.
Came in about 9: 30pm with my girlfriend. Girl there didn't greet us or even say a word at all, just stared at us. My girlfriend then asked her if she was ready and she just slowly blinked and nodded. Only asked if my girlfriend wanted a lid for her sundae and, when she said yes, rolled her eyes and sighed before grabbing it for her. Didn't say a word when giving us our ice cream. Customer service should be the first priority.
I come here all the time, my friends and I sit there for hours and just talk. The staff tend to be young sociable people but they're quick with their work, and the place is always remarkably clean for how many children come through with ice cream. The food and prices are good too, even if ice cream is the main focus, definitely a good atmosphere
I am not one to complain about service I understand when it gets busy at work. But! This was the absolute Worst experience in a restaurant ever! Such rude customer service. We Stood there waiting for 20 or more minutes not one customer in the place and the employees just look at you? They don't even ask if you've been helped. Two skip orders came in while we were in there not a problem serving them but My friend and I couldn't believe it. Over 20 minutes of waiting 5 employees standing around and not a single one asked if we had been helped. Sorry to sound blunt but I think that's ridiculous.
Ordered the Reese's royal Blizzard and there was no peanut butter in it as it said there was until you reached the bottom and had to eat half an inch of frozen peanut butter
Was at this restaurant this weekend, dine in is now open so I figured I would sit down with the family, every table was dirty in the restaurant with atleast 6 employees working behind the counter. I understand things can get busy but it was late in the evening, my suggestion: the manager needs to manage the employees better to ensure proper work flow and customer satisfaction.
Came here to pick up a cake that was pre ordered and my boyfriend walked in to pick it up and he had a medical mask exemption. They refused to give him the cake a girl by the name of "patty tall young blonde" asked what his condition was and asked to see his card. They then told him to walk through the drive through as per the manager who didn't come out. He then called me I went into the store with a mask and my bf standing there paid for the cake and took it. Won't be coming back very rude customer service and very discriminating to someone who has a legitimate health concern that makes him unable to wear a face covering.
We ordered an ice cream birthday cake. They had a question about our order so they called to clarify. I appreciate the attention to detail. The cake das good too.
Ordered 2 cheeseburgers through the drive thru, service was fast but burgers were both ice cold and inedible. Sear he'd through bag but store did not provide me with receipt. Very bad experience, will not return again.
Went at about 3: 45 pm with only 1 customer in front of us at drive through and no one behind us in line. I had the 6-piece chicken strips with fries. Sweet and sour sauce was worst version I ever tasted, and was incorrect since i ordered Flame Thrower sauce. Chicken stayed piping hot for maybe 10 minutes. I basically had to eat all my fries first before the chicken, but no biggie. The last one or two pieces of chicken were a little firm and dry. Chicken was tasteless. Fries tasted good without ketchup, but texture was so-so. That and the small blizzard came to $20.
Attention to detail is lacking. I was literally just at this location and they completely messed up our order then made us pay for the difference. The lady was laughing about it. Wow
I just came through the drive- thru and asked for a blizzard! With a lid! It spilt all over me and my car! The lid wasn’t even on the cup properly when givin to me. And the lady in the drive thru was such in a rush to serve me didn’t even say thank you
Yes, it's a small fly, not a huge deal, just add protein to the nutritional facts, most importantly is that there was no full refund for purchase, only a portion there of.
There is nothing i can complain about. Every time i have visited this location the service is top notch. The food is fresh and made to order. The restaurant is always clean and well kept.
I I am sorry to say that I won't go there again they woman through the drive-thru was not that friendly and I asked her if there was napkins in the bag and you might as well have committed a sin because the way she looked at me it was like of course who do you think I am so there was a little bit of narcissistic personality disorder there not too much but I picked up on her mannerisms which I did not appreciate it and that night I had some diarrhea so I won't go there again and I think going through the drive-thru was a turn off and I don't say that too often about people
I ordered a 1L tub of soft serve ice cream and wanted to get a side of hot fudge sauce that we could put on later. The MANAGER refused to sell a side of hot fudge sauce, regardless that I did not mind paying what ever cost he deemed appropriate. He stated that “it takes away from the DQ experience”. What really takes away from my DQ experience, is having melted ice because of hot fudge sauce. He then offers to give away a free ice cream cone (in lieu), rather than have a happy customer and charge them the appropriate amount for some sauce. Absolutely atrocious customer service! You have now lost our business! Seems very silly to take such a stance when it’s really easy to cover your costs and keep your customers satisfied.
No pictures to share bit the peanut buster parfait and the skor blizzard were delicious! The young staff that worked to create our desserts were friendly and gave amazing service with a smile.
Overall decent service and wait times are okay, usually it's pretty busy and they still manage to complete orders fairly efficiently. However, my boyfriend and I come here relatively often and a couple of the times we've been recently, they've forgotten some things.first it was the chicken in my sandwich, the second time (tonight) it was a whole burger. If an employee/supervisor/manager of the Fraser Highway location sees this, I hope that from here on out, they double-check to make sure that all food is in the bag before the customer (s) drive away or leave. Not trying to be rude or cut down the location, but as someone who has a good bit of experience in fast food myself, I know that sometimes customer comments can help the service and overall quality. Thank you for making the experiences positive in all other ways.
The sundae and blizzard were great. Crew seemed to be moving in circles and slow motion and it took 15 minutes at drive up window. Several cars showed up while I was waiting. Hopefully they weren't in a hurry.
Been going here for many years, used to have a 5 star rating on this but now I need to downgrade it to 1 star. This place has gotten pretty cruddy since they got a new owner and renovated. Service has been bad or slow and food and treats are being made badly. I remember when dq used to have quality standards. Every time I am in there now there is sketchy drug addicts coming in and out too and I really wish they would clean the door handles because they are getting really sticky these days. I miss the old retro dq!
