Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

Typically, I enjoy DQ, but I had the new honey and garlic chicken and didn't enjoy them. I'll stick with the standard chicken fingers and ice cream

I live in Penticton but drive to this particular Dairy Queen because the quality of the blizzards and food is done great. Love it when I have jobs in Summerland.:)

My burger and blizzard were both very very good. Service was great to. Bathrooms were clean. Restaurant was clean.

Kelowna Dairy Queen consistently gets it right, unlike other locations (Penticton DQ, Summerland DQ). Kelowna location knows their menu, always delivers in a timely manner. Our #1 treat day location.

We only went on for ice cream, but we had a very special request which was quickly made with a smile. It was perfect and the friendly service was so much appreciated. It was a really lovely visit and certainly warrants another one.

Three times I asked them to not put tomato on my burger. Unwrapped my burger and found tomato. Intercom person needs to learn what the word NO means when taking orders.

Order.kids cheeseburger meal, no mustard, no pickle. Kids chicken strips meal. 2 crispy wraps. Get 2 bags assuming kids meals in one and wraps in the other. Drive home to find out there is no wraps. Pack the kids back into the truck, back down to SUMMERLAND DQ and request fresh wraps. Have to wait 5 minutes which was fine but only to wait and get cold chicken (assuming they gave me the same ones even tho I waited). Instead of losing my chit and going back in, I went back home only to find out they put pickles on my kids burger. Soooo again, instead of doing what I want to by calling and losing my chit on them, im leaving this chit review for them instead. All you have to do is read the screen and follow it, pretty simple

I’ve lived in Summerland long before this DQ was even an establishment in town. And since it’s been opened up it has only been a disappointment, I can’t even count on both hands the amount of times I’ve ordered a simple combo meal and somehow my burger can be served to me without the patty (this is a very common occurrence and I still to this day have no idea how that can happen) food will be over cooked or dry and flavourless, this is just their food issues, I won’t even get into the absolute lack of customer service that this business delivers, if you’re looking for a good DQ that you’ll get your moneys worth, unfortunately summerland DQ is not the place.

Great hole in the wall Dairy Queen. Small store that gave me back my faith in DQ. In 2016, ate at a DQ in Apache Junction near Phoenix. Worst DQ experience I ever had. Didn't eat at DQ since today. Good job DQ Summerland.

Terrible drive through service. Teeny bopper staff let one of her friends put a huge order through drive through, the line up was around the block. Then when order was done they spent another minute giggling and chatting before leaving while making the rest of the line wait. I confronted staff and the snotty teens had the audacity to verbally insinuate that 'he doesn't have the right to be rude. ' Excuse me? Yes I do. I wasn't rude, I simply took exception snotty teens making me wait while they didn't do their job. Implying that I'm unhappy with terrible service is not 'rude'. Staff that is inconsiderate to customers to the point of insult and overly defensive to mild criticism will be the end of your business.

I 'USED' to go to Summerland dairy queen each week. Not any more. And I'm posting this on any website that allows reviews and will check back in six months to make sure it's still there.

Best DQ in the Okanagan, come here for lunch once and awhile. They messed up my order once and the next time I went they made it right. The food here tastes much better than the Penticton one. Not sure what they're doing, but the lettuce and stuff seems just fresher and looks put together much better.

Been there a few times now and if u order more then two blizzards they never put them.upside down. They are pretty fast and not all of the stuff are friendly

Tried the dream dip, was pretty good! Great service! Clean DQ! Can't beat 2 med treats for 5 bucks!

Been awhile since we have been in. Frandk7ds lived the chicken and waffles and new creamsicle cones. Unfortunately my daughter and I had the cheese and bacon burger. Both were so dry they were inedible and fried were cold. Ice cream always a hit but food suckef

Service was quick. But the food took too long to receive. The quality wasnt very good, seemed the food was just thrown together. Will not return to this location.

Just ordered the honey BBQ chicken strips, open the sauce and you could tell it had been used previous to my receiving it. Disgusting, will be reporting to DQ Corporate

Employees punched me in the face and the food made me have a violent miscarriage but Kiah was very nice and made it enjoyable:)

Always missing half of what you order. Basket poutine are a waste of money. You pay 12.00 for a family to eat for a quarter of the huge box to be filled. Dont go thru there drive thru they mess up your order and then dont repeat what you ordered back.
