I went there today for a birthday cake
The girls were pretty rude and laughed when I notice that the color of the icing on my cake was orange not yellow like i asked.

Not happy with the service provided.
Probably should get staff with better customer service skills.

Three stars because they don't have mobile ordering from the app. It's the 21st century.

I usually order the strawberry cheesecake blizzards and they are always great I have no complaints. The burgers and fries on the other hand are horrible.
The customer service at this location is very bad.both the drivethru and inside

Daily Queen is my favorite to eat hamburger great burgers and ice cream cake and ice cream cones i really recommend

Blizzards don't come as frozen as they should. I live only about a minute drive from dq and it's melted by the time I get home.

Waited for several minutes to be helped without a single person saying hello, even though multiple employees walked past me. Never properly mix blizzards.

Ordered an Oreo fudge Blizzard same thing I have been getting for 35 years. They gave me some weird coffee Oreo peanut thing, I went in to the counter and told them it was a mistake and they were extremely rude. The woman snapped at me and asked what I wanted I said an Oreo fudge Blizzard, she informed me that it wasn't something they make, so then sanpped at me again about what I want so I just said and Oreo Blizzard will be fine. They made it I left. So I now have a 7 dollar vanilla ice cream with so little Oreo I can't see it.

Horrible service.

Food portions are far too small for the price paid; your medium fry is a small fry at any other fast food place, and the burgers have noticeably reduced in size while the prices climb. Sad to see, but I suppose this is just how it is now.

Food was terrible and we stood there like we were ghosts for about 5 minutes. While three workers walked around the place wasn't even busy

I ordered 1 small strawberry and banana smoothie, drive thru it took 20 minutes. Once I got to the window I noticed the Manger and employees joking and laughing the lady came up to the window and closed the window in my face. Turned around and continued to laugh more. It felt very rude and disrespectful so I drove away without paying. The staff in this place is managed by East Indian they have the worst customer service.

Inconsistant quality. Sometimes the blizzards have almost no Oreo and other times its loaded. Service is great and icecream always tastes amazing.

The silly little drive-through took it silly little time someone in front of us had to have ordered way too much food.then we paid for extra cookie dough and didn’t get it, we didn’t get any cookie dough in fact. Where disappointed as this is my favourite Dairy Queen in the country

We were hungery and saw this DQ. We waited at the front counter as girls seemed busy but only two other people inside. Ordered hamburger, chicken strips with salad, drinks. Waited too long we thought, finally items in a bag came to our table. No ketchup, salt, pepper ect came, no salad as we asked this front girl K. Gurpinder three times for salad. I went to get a drink, no ice, asked got a few cubes in a ice cream container. No one was smiling, did not seem that girls were customer happy or just tired. Got another drink, no ice! Still. For 17.00 we will not be back to eat here again! Service with a smile should be done here. Very small burger patties, nothing on bun. Better meal deals elsewhere and nearby. (l.b.).

If you like your blizzard to taste like plain vanilla ice cream, this is the best spot. Absolutely not a normal blizzard like you would have at another location that would at least make an effort.

Today I ordered for the drive tru at Dairy queen which is in fraser/clearbrook. The one who attended me gave me a double meal and I only wanted one but he had already given it to me. The manager came and told me to return the meal and she would throw it away if she wanted a refund. I thought it was very rude as she said it.

In places like Macdonalds, Tim's, etc.they always leave things like this, they don't ask for anything back since the pandemic.she said that it doesn't matter that the policy is to vote the food.

What a shame

Outstanding ice cream dishes make dairy queen a frequent must-have in the summer, and a weekly treat all year round. Oreo blizzard hell yeah.

Great service. Came in on a Monday afternoon and the food was served hot and fresh. Really wish the patio was open for the season though.

Got a strawberry cheesecake blizzard with extra strawberry paid the extra dollar and got 1 tiny piece of cheesecake in the entire blizzard. The blizzard was also completely melted they didn't turn it upside down I'm assuming because it was to melted to do so. It wouldnt be so bad if it wasnt $5.50 for the mini

I will not be returning

Service was ok but was not pleased with portion sizes and our fudge was missing.

VERY Unsanitary Fast Food Restaurant.

I ordered my meal, sat down, ate it, then sat back and enjoyed the rest of my drink when I looked up NONE of the girls were wearing gloves not even the one handling the food with her bare hands, NO GLOVES and she was handling the meat and the buns with her bare hands.

I just ate a whole meal that was handled by someone else's bare hands. NASTY

Everywhere else everyone who works with food MYSELF ENCLUDED wear gloves when handling food, but this store takes the cake and they have notes all over the place about being sanitary.

Needless to say, I will never eat there again, not even an ice cream let alone a french fry and yes, I will be telling everyone I know.

Sat at the drive thru for 7 mins with no response at 1: 30 in the afternoon. I left and took my money elsewhere

Got a poutine for three bucks and a cheese burger for two bucks and they were both pretty good!

Treatza Pizza for a birthday dessert for two. It was the Skor flavoured. Absolutely delicious! First time having this dessert ever and it was fully enjoyed. Staff was friendly. Store was easy to find with lots of parking. Will always be back!

Bought my niece an ice cream cake here for her 14th birthday, great selection but there all 30 dollars and up, a little over priced in my opinion. It was absolutely delicious though. Happy b day L?

I so rarely go to the Dairy Queen but decided to give them a try. I didn't know what I wanted. I described a cold coffee shake without sugar.on what planet.but I enjoyed the most memorable shake I think I've ever had. And it did me no harm. And I'm going back. The gentleman that waited on me deserves commendation.

My great-grandson wanted to have some chicken strips so I got some for him he really likes him I thought they were really nice tasting.

Just sat in the drive through for over two minutes without being acknowledged, so I left. There was no one else in the drive through. I took my money elsewhere.

The service was slow, something aboot my Blizzard was off, and despite paying for extra stuff there was even less than usual. I will not coming back here any time soon.

The soda machine was dispensing water with only a bit of Lemonade syrup rather than properly mixed Lemonade last week. This week it dispensed Lemonade syrup with hardly any water mixed in. So I tried the Iced Tea and it too was mostly syrup and was too disgusting to drink.

We went here twice this week my husband and I both order Blizzard's he asked for extra candy in which he only recieved 3 of the candy he asked for. We figured it was a mistake and went back the next day in which I proceeded to get extra candy in my blizzard. And only recieved 4 pieces! We've gone to other DQ's and have received a very good amount of extra candy for 0.99 cents. Diffently not impressed with how skimpy this DQ is with toppings and extra candy and most likely well not return.

Super slow service. Wait 20 mins for a simple order of onion rings. Over pay for them and then they don't even half fill the large container. Messy tables. Bring ur own wipes for the tables if u don't want to stick to them.

The drive through lady got a bit snarky when my daughter asked about the free cones tomorrow she said no so all my daughter said was is it the states only and the lady was like I dont know we just dont have them. It wasnt so much what she said as the tone she used.

DQ is great as normal, stopped in for a couple of banana splits and a cheeseburger.
I've been going to DQ since the mid 1960's. And have always enjoyed the food.

This location is decent except for the wait times in the drive though. Foods always been real good and of course I love the caramel sundaes, banana splits and dilly bars! Oh the onion rings too are super good! It's just pricey but they keep me coming with the $5 and $7 deals!

Waited forever in drive thru, messed up my order completely and made me pay extra to fix it, when I got home they still gave me the wrong size and my fries were basically empty:) thanks

I always get 2 flavors instead of one on my Sundaes at DQ 1/2 chocolate and 1/2 strawberry I didn't want extra amount flavor sauce They informed me they charge a $1 extra to do that when other Dairy Queens Do not charge anything to do this Seemed like a price GOUGH When I asked the girl I ordered from about that She stated that is the way we do it in Abbotsford

The $7 meal deal is always a good choice especially the cherry Sunday. The problem that continually plagues this dairy queen is its terrible service.

100 years of tradition unimpeded by cleanliness.dirty and old.east side of town location is cleaner and in a less sketchy neighborhood.and they got our simple drivethru order wrong on our last visit.

Haven't been to dairy Queen in a while my phone just picked up on the fact that I drove through the parking lot LOL but it's a really good bacon cheeseburger
