Very friendly staff. Food was fresh and hot and the restaurant is nice and clean. Easily one of the better DQs around.

I always order Uber or Skip from this location.

Food is always hot or in good condition, and packed safely too.

My wife and I eat here every Friday, we’ve tried other places and keep coming back to this place. Food is consistently spot on, the staff and owner are always friendly. It’s fast food folks, but they do a great job at this location.

This DQ always blows me away. We often pop up for ice cream on the weekend and the staff here is just amazing. It’s one of the only fast food places I’ve ever been to where the employees seem genuinely happy to be there! I’m not one to leave reviews but I had to stop by and acknowledge the wonderful service we receive here time and time again!

I went yesterday. Absolutely great experience. Food was fresh and delicious. Crew member named Damon he took my order and he was so nice and smilie face. I absolutely loved him. Great customer service.

Customer Service of Rupinder was extra ordinary. After seeing such a wonderful service I would be coming back to this store.

Ordered a burger on a lettuce bun, to go. That in and of itself is self-explanatory. Went to eat it after pulling away, only to find it was a container with some chopped lettuce, sauce, chicken patty, and a tomato slice. Basically like a salad…which wouldn’t be the end of the world, if they’d put a fork in the bag! Am I supposed to eat it like a dog?

I tried phoning to talk to someone about it, and it goes to voicemail…painful:/

Decent. Your average chill fast food restaurant. Not very crowded, although sometimes full of teenagers.

Such a pathetic place. Long waits. Ordered online and kept waiting in the "mobile pick up" area for 30 min for 1 blizzard.

Had the classic hot fudge brownie delight which of course is called something else now. It did not disappoint me. So worth the calories. Ordered through the app. Ready when I arrived. Sweet treat for my birthday

Have done takeaway a few times in the past. Twice i have paid for extra cheese on burgers and not received it. Then i purchased a 6 piece chicken strip only to find out they gave me a 4 piece. Make sure you double check your orders before heading home with it.

This location is much better then the one on 84 & 120. The prices are significantly cheaper then the other location and much newer! The only problem I have is they make frequent mistakes in my order. I order a royal Blizzard and they never add the peanut butter by the time I get home it's to late: (I pay extra for the royal Blizzard and they always leave out the main ingredient: (this frequently happens. Also, when you use the BOGO. 99 they charge you a 1.29. Just double check your bill and your order before you leave:) overall I'm happy and I will be back again.

Great food, and nice staff as well. The ice cream/ice cream cakes are amazing, and burgers/fries are made quickly and are always warm.

On June 11th, 2020 I went to go pick up a Brownie Blizzard cake that I had ordered weeks ago for my brother's 21st birthday like we do for every birthday in my family. After coming home and cutting into the cake, we noticed the cake was sinking in when we cut it, collapsing basically, and that had never happened before. They made a cake for my brother with barely any ice cream at the bottom layer and when i called to mention this, they were so rude and did NOT offer to replace the cake for me. Instead they accused me of lying and even after I sent them pictures, they still refused to own up to their mistake. As you can see there is a huge difference from the cake on the website vs the one they made for my younger brothers birthday. I am so disappointed.

Been wanting a Blizzard for months, but been trying to get back in shape and drop all this extra pandemic weight. Hit the spot when I finally caved, though!

On June 11th, 2020 I went to go pick up a Brownie Blizzard cake that I had ordered weeks ago for my brother's 21st birthday like we do for every birthday in my family. After coming home and cutting into the cake, we noticed the cake was sinking in when we cut it, collapsing basically, and that had never happened before. Then the slices barely had any ice cream on the bottom layer, beneath the cookie crumble which explains the cake caving in - it didn’t have a strong foundation. I have been ordering ice cream cakes from DQ for 20 years for any celebration and have never had a problem with the presentation and quality of your cakes, except this time. Specifically, we’ve been ordering cakes and getting treats from this particular location since it opened as we live just down the street. The next day I emailed the location and also gave them a call. The employee speaking to me insinuated I was lying and that she would need evidence to prove the cake didn’t hold up to DQ’s standards. I said I obviously did not tell me guests to stop eating the cake and put it back in the case. However, we had some left overs so I took pictures of those slices and emailed the store. I also emailed them stock pictures from the DQ website and there is a stark and tragic difference in the presentation. I am sure there are protocols to follow, and certain grams of ice cream that must be used to make the cake. Days later, I receive a reply from the store owner I assume, offering me $10 off for the next time a purchase a cake from them. Keep in mind, this compensation offer came AFTER I followed up. That is 100% not a genuine and transparent action, as it does not mean they bear any responsibility, sincerely care about my family celebration, and they expect me to continue to give them my business. This situation could have been handled a lot more professionally, without treating the customer with such disrespect. Now, I have wasted so much of my time, contacting the store and unfortunately, having to leave them a negative store review, and now writing to you. I am very disappointed and heartbroken, that what was supposed to be a happy celebration, is now overlooked by the mishandling and disrespect of this store location.

My family has been in customer service for a number of years and we’ve never handled client feedback in such a poor and distasteful manner. Upon receiving client feedback particularly from loyal clients, the correct form of resolution is to maintain clientele and take the steps to give the client another opportunity to trust your business again.

Awesome place, awesome people. Very friendly and cooperative staff. Delicious food, everything fresh. I'll recommend everybody only D&Q.

My boyfriend and I order from this location all the time since being new parents. We love this location in particular because they ACTUALLY take the time to read the notes off skip orders.

I like extra extra extra cotton candy in my blizzard which they pull off everytime I love it!

My boyfriend orders mint cheesecake blizzard, it's always good only small complaint he has is that you guys could blend/mix it better as all the cheesecake is at the top and for any blizzard toppings should be throughout whole blizzard.

Other than that, we love your guyses work ethic.

Some say DQ is a bad restaurant chain. They're wrong. The burgers here are amazing and the fries are pretty good. The blizzards are a bit pricy and sometimes hard to finish but overall, if I need a good burger I go here

Nice place! Great selection. Staff were nice. There's lots of space to sit and it's not cramped compared to other locations I've been to.

Front door is always broken and boarded (it's made of glass, don't think that was the smartest decision for the location) so it makes the building look shady. Staff wasn't kind to my friend who just wanted a dilly bar, they seemed very stressed. And there was a weird smell by the entrance, like sour milk that hadn't been found and cleaned in some time and every time the door opened, the smell wafted into the whole "restaurant" area and when I tried to let them know, I got an eye roll and a "yeah okay". But no one left the back area, at least not before we left 20 minutes later.

Waited like 15 mins to get my food and they gave me the wrong burger and the onion rings were under cooked, they werent crunchy they were very chewy.

After the previous experience I was scared to order another cake here. But just look how they decorated this new cake! Thank you so much! The manager was sooo nice and they really impressed me. My sons birthday was a hit! (Picture not loading with review but is in the photos: cake with army tank)

Location is clean and modern. Service was very slow for my visit. Waited about 5mins at the front counter with no one in sight.

Nice and friendly but a little common sense would go along way. Got myself a burger and an ice cream and a Sundae for the girlfriend at home. DQ staff decides to give me the ice cream first and a few minutes later, the burger came out. I asked to have new ice cream and they seemed shocked that I asked. I guess after seeing half of the Sundae turn into milk, they got me another
